I was just visiting the area and i needed a new screw in my sunglasses. The staff were lovely. They replaced the screw and tightened my glasses free of charge. Very toughtful of them.

They did a quick repair of my sunglasses without an appt. The staff was friendly and professional.

Adjusted until it was perfect. They were friendly and patient. Fixed some missing nose pieces on sunglasses too! It was awesome

I was helped by an associate named Chay. He went above and beyond to provide me with an amazing in-store experience. He was kind, patient with all my questions, not a pushy sales rep, and made recommendations that really mattered! After being scorned by other big name competitors, I will always deal with the Orchard Park Lenscrafters, and Chay specifically! Go see him for any and all glasses related needs.

My wife and I have always had a positive experience at Lenscrafters. They are professional and very helpful. Ben is great. Good service and convenient to our Optometrist Dr Broschak next door. Highly recommend them.

Excellent service with attention to detail. Evan helped me work through my decisions with my regular prescription glasses and a pair of prescription sunglasses as well. Went in to buy sunglasses, they asked us to take a seat and said they would be right with us. For 15 minutes the associate ignored us and helped literally everyone in the store but us. We eventually walked out once we hit the 20 minute mark. We went to sunglasses hut in the mall instead who had the same glasses for the same price and great customer service.

Great service and care while looking after a large volume of people but made sure everyone got excellent service. Great job Ben!

The staff were very helpful and professional. They let me browse on my own but said if and when I wanted help to let them know. When I did want assistance they were there and spent a lot time helping me make my decision.

Earlier this year I purchased my glasses at Lenscrafters in Orchard Park Mall. Right from the get go, my experience has been stellar. There was a bizarre and unique issue with my glasses where the lens kept randomly popping out, so without hesitation a new set of glasses was ordered for me. The customer service at this location is amazing! Everyone has been so friendly, positive and helpful. I recommend this location to everyone.

I phoned LensCrafters Kelowna in Orchard Park Mall on Friday afternoon after I lost my prescription glasses in the lake. As I am leaving on a road trip early Sunday morning, this was definitely a huge problem. Jeff took my call and patiently explained how to read my prescription to him and he checked to see if glasses could be ready and picked up the following day. This was not possible because my eyesight is ridiculously poor. Jeff then spoke with optometrist’s office for me and facilitated the situation where I was able to pick up contact lenses the next day. He went above and beyond for this somewhat frantic customer and deserves kudos. Thanks Jeff!

UPDATE: I have been contacted by the manager who expressed his concern and understanding for the errors that were made. He looked into what happened and why. Systems have been put into place now to help ensure that this won’t happen again. Pretty impressed with how they have addressed this.

Went to Lenscrafters in Kelowna to replace a pair of prescription sunglasses that the dog ate. The shopping experience went well and I got a set ordered that I was happy with. I requested that they be shipped when ready as we live in a different community. I was told to expect them before the end of July. In fairness I guess they didn’t say what year. On August 4th I called to see where they were. It turned out they were sitting on the shelf and had forgotten to send them out. I had a trip that I really needed them for coming up on August 12th and they said they would be shipped right out. I called again on August 9th and was told that they had been sent out on August 7th. Seemed odd because it was a Sunday but ok. I called back on August 11th to get a tracking number. When I searched the tracking number it showed that they hadn’t been dropped off until the 10th. Theoretically they were suppose to arrive on the 12th, about 4 hours after I left on my trip. Not impressed.

Jay, the sales associate was awesome. He knows what he’s talking about when it comes to sunglasses and was very patient as I tried on many types. The store is clean and has a huge selection and the sales team was very helpful…quick to attend to the customers. I very pleased with my experience with LensCrafters.

Great staff, great service. Have shopped here a few times over the years and never disappointed. Recently they again really took the time with me and I am super happy with my frames. Broke off a nose piece and brought my glasses in today and they replaced both at no charge. Thought a good review was really in order now.

I brought in a few pairs of glasses and sunglasses I have mishandled over the years (not all of which were purchased here). Aleah kindly took them all and straightened them out for me, literally saving me from having to buy a new pair of sunglasses. I really appreciated the fact that it was done cheerfully, professionally and amazingly, at no charge. Highly impressed.

I returned to this location because my first experience was excellent. First time was for regular glasses, this time for sunglasses. The service was great, with Chay completing my order this time. He was friendly and efficient.

Evan, at the Orchard Park Lense Crafters, helped me find just the right frames. I've been procrastinating getting new glasses because it feels like too big of a decision and I didn't know where to start. Evan walked me through the process, explaining frame shapes, colours, measurements, and then exploring all of my lense options. He was super patient with my questions and indecision, and his passion for glasses and eye care were very clear. His kindness was so appreciated and I'll go back there again.

The woman who helped me make my purchase last year was very nice and I love my glasses.

But I've been in constantly to have them adjusted. Finally went to my eye dr and when they adjusted them I was told that due to poor adjustments previously, the plastic of the arm was twisted from the wire inside which was causing the plastic to fold over and cause the incredible pain I was in. So sure, buy your glasses here. But don't let them touch them otherwise.

Aleah went out of her way to ensure I received all I wanted in my eyeglasses. Taking the strength of my prescription into consideration, she consulted with the lab techs and manager as to the best way to get the criteria I wanted for my lenses. I am looking forward to receiving my new eyewear!

100% recommend coming here, everyone was so helpful with getting new glasses and helping me get the lenses replaced after realizing that the script was wrong. Ben in particular went above and beyond the call of duty.

Saw Dr Otte at the Orchard Park Optometry, he was so kind and quick to get me in, he retested me and corrected the script and I'm so happy with the customer service in general.

Overall my wife and I had an amazing experience here. Our first visit we looked around and I found the pair of glasses I was looking for, however, I needed an updated perscription. Once we had that several days later, we came back and got my pair.

Overall the employees there genuinely care about you. We didn't know the mall closed at 6pm, and they stayed a bit late to finish our order up. I do recommend them not only for the selection, but the service as well. Not to mention, the prices were actually quite reasonable.

What's to say about a place that could care less about you, has no interest if you don't look like you have money, and feels it is not necessary to keep you informed about what is happening with your expensive purchase? Arrogant, rude, entitled and obnoxious male staff members.

Glasses arrived a week early, YAY, but came in and frames were not correct, so rather than inform me when I stopped in to check if they may have arrived, decided to tell me nothing. A week later when they should have arrived, they hadn't and rather than explain or apologize, they decided it was my fault for being more than angry and finding the situation unacceptable. I'm sorry but when you are handling a product I paid upwards of $400 for, it is customary to inform your customers of any change that happens with their account, It is called customer service, and this place has NONE, unless again you are a millionaire.

I am completely blown away by the service and advice but especially the product. Because of my prescription I was directed to Varilux Lenses and it has changed my world. From the moment I put them on it was like I could see clearly absolutely everything with no straining to read or look in the distance they made my vision seamless like a new pair of eyes!

LensCrafters Kelowna is the best eye care place to visit, no other optical compares to the level of service, knowledge, state of the art tech, and luxury product that they carry. The staff at Lens Crafters Kelowna and the Dr office next to them are incredible if I could give 10000000 stars I would.

Not very helpful. I went in and spoke to someone there, I explained that I was looking for new glasses that are comfortable. He showed me some displays and brands and then left me by myself. He said he'd come back on check on me soon but he didn't so I just left, unfortunately. I was really hoping to have someone help me find new glasses with good fit - if I wanted to just look myself without any help I'd go to Costco, Superstore or another big box store. I figured that going to a reputable glasses store like Lenscrafters I would find staff who have expertise and would be able to help - but that wasn't the case, at least not on this visit.

I was very happy with the thoroughness and the helpfulness in selecting my new glasses. The service was impeccable.

Horrible experience. Bought the warranty for my glasses and wasn’t told there was both a cost to use it and an expiry date. Won’t ever be going back.

LensCrafter has gone above and beyond not just once but twice in three months! It seems my puppy has a certain love for my glasses and has chewed on them for the second time now. And by chewed I mean into tiny little pieces. Frames and Lenses. Not only did LensCrafters replace my first set of glasses in a day, they sold me insurance just incase it happened again.
Well unfortunately, today I put that policy to the test. The staff at LensCrafters were caring, efficient and fast. Sadly, I now have to wait two weeks as they no longer make the full prescription in the store but they will be replacing my lenses and frames for the small co-pay price of $52.50.
Plus, they treated me with respect and dignity even though my determined dog (who opened the bathroom door, rooted around on the counter, under my clothes and grabbed my glasses) once again ruined my glasses. You have to love when a company stands by their product and gives great customer service!

Phones are broken there, they have been for almost 6 weeks. Frustrating. I have called from multiple different phones. I was never emailed, my glasses where sitting there for about 12+ days more than should have. Had to call the service desk at the mall to get them to call me! I needed them for work pretty bad.

So helpful and patient with me lol. Aleah (sorry if I spelt it wrong) was so great and helped me save a few bucks as I am on disability at the moment. Then it only took an hour to have my glasses ready and when I went back Jack was gnarly helped me right away was just an all around good dude. Had a great experience and I hate shopping and all the b.s that comes with it but would recommend this lens above all else thanks guys

Paid $500 for Rayban sunglasses. Almost immediately the coatings delaminated. Took me too long to go back to store; "nothing we can do".
To get just new Rayban lenses costs $500. Are you kidding me?
Ok cheaper option is 'only $300'.
I have enough on my insurance to cover it. Check insurance but no, they won't cover the full amount. I will be out of pocket $180 to replace lenses that were defective. Not happening Lenscrappers

Update: they were good at getting back to me the next day but "working together to solve this issue" is a joke - they basically said I am out of luck. Won't shop there ever again.

Absolutely hands down the best customer service I have received. I’m from Edmonton, Alberta but my health insurance is based out of BC and I’m having trouble finding businesses in Edmonton to direct bill my insurance company. I called and spoke to a few associates at the Kelowna location to see if I could possibly just order through them and they could bill my provider because they accept them (still waiting on that part) lol. One of the ladies I spoke with went absolutely above and beyond and went as far as calling LensCrafters locations here in Edmonton to see if they could do it but unfortunately they couldn’t but none the less I am incredibly thankful for the help. You guys are absolutely amazing and really set the bar high in customer service! So thank you!

What wonderful customer service. A young gentleman by the name of Jack was superb. He helped me while picking out my frames, and then again helped me when I brought my husband in a week later to see what he thought of the frames I tentatively had picked out. We ordered them and two weeks later I attended the store to pick them up. Jack called me by my first name when I attended the shop to get my new glasses. I was very impressed by his memory and very friendly service. Very happy overall with service
