I do all my glasses through the Coquitlam LensCrafters and have enjoyed excellent service every time. Over the holidays this year though I was thoroughly impressed. I bent my oakleys to what I thought was beyond repair. I went in on a busy day, was greeted by Lois. She had my glasses ready for me the next morning - no charge. Considering it cost me nothing I was gobsmacked at her customer service. Kudos to Lenscrafters, specifically Lois.

Loved my overall experience at LensCrafters. Booked an eye exam, and it was very smooth, on time and informative. Lois helped me pick out the perfect pair of glasses. She spent a lot of time with me picking the perfect pair of glasses. I’d recommend her!

Both eyes exam and frames shopping was a very smooth experience for me, the consultant Kiran was very helpful and patient with me. I look forward for my new glasses to arrive!:)

Good selection, staff is a little over zealous though… I wish they would just give you a normal price… they were going to charge me full price until I said I was going to shop around and then the “deal” came out. Just set decent and competitive pricing and be done with it.

Never coming back to this place. 1 month past the extended protection and denied replacing scratched lens. Bunch of crooks.

The customer service here is excellent, with very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Especially Mahta, she is amazing and was very helpful today, like always. She puts in a lot of effort to help me with my requests and genuinely cares about finding the best solution. Great experience overall!

I lost one small screw on my reading glasses, and the frame was falling apart. They repaired immediately on the spot without any charges and plus I even didn't buy glasses at their store. I buy glasses at my Home country Croatia and Vancouver I just visit only for one day.

LensCrafters put a pad on my glasses that came off and they said it was no charge which was so nice and they were so pleasant!

Azar provided exceptional customer service and I would recommend this location to anyone based on my experience with her.

Walked in on March 18,2023 at 2pm. Place was relatively busy but was beginning to empty out. I began looking at frames and had finally decided on one at which point I turned to look for a sales associate. 2 were standing by the till talking. I thought I would wait and see if they would approach considering I only came to this place due to the great reviews on customer service. I am literally standing there facing them holding frames when one associate leaves the till to help a customer who just walked in. The other decides to get to work picking up frames and walking to the front of the store. I am standing there dumbfounded. I approach the one "cleaning up" and ask for help at which point she passes me onto a sales associate who just came out from the rear of the store. Thumbs down for customer service at this store. I was NOT impressed at all. What happens next? As I was speaking to my sales associate, the associate who passed me off walks over to a customer who just walked in and begins to assist him. Absolutely not going back as the reviews don't match my experience at all. To the competition I go!

I recently visited LensCrafters to fix my broken glasses, and I must say, they provided me with excellent customer service. The staff was very attentive and promptly addressed my needs. I was expecting to pay a fee to fix my glasses, but to my surprise, they didn't charge me anything. They took care of the issue in no time, and I walked out of the store a very satisfied customer.
Their service was top-notch, and I highly recommend LensCrafters for anyone in need of eyewear or optical services. I appreciate the way they value their customers, and I will definitely be returning for any future eyewear needs. Overall, my experience at LensCrafters was a positive one, and I couldn't be more pleased with their exceptional service.

We have been going to lens crafters and dealing with Kieran for over a decade. Her exceptional service tied with her patience and effort to care about us, keeps us coming back to lens crafters. Would highly recommend dealing with Kieran!

Rude sales person. Over priced. And they always charge you that $50 insurance without telling you about it. Apparently LensCrafters, Pearle, and a bunch of others are all owned by the same parent company that owns 80% of all glasses/lenses manufacturer/retailer. Unfortunately, they own all the glasses brands including RayBan, Oakley, M Kors, Tiffany, etc, etc It's a huge monopoly that has pushed prices up. Go support your local, independent glasses shop.

The woman that helped me was kind and knowledgeable of the products and brands within the store. She was able to help me pick out frames that were within my budget. I will definitely be coming back for my future glasses.

I bought a pair of Oakley prescription glasses and a pair of Oakley prescription sunglasses. The in-store experience was great mainly because of the sales associate, David, who had good product knowledge and was very patient, not pushy. He waited until I tried on a number of frames and even waited for my wife to come to give me her opinion without trying to close the sale and move on. He was professional and let me decide on what I wanted.

Note that I haven't received the product; so, not sure if delivery will be equally as good, but I hope it will.

Sales staff and clinic personnel, and the doctor were helpful and friendly. They gave me a good customer service. They patiently listened to my concerns and provided a resolution to my satisfaction.

Receptionists extremely rude. Called to ask if I seen a doctor for my eye irritation and symptoms hasn't been improved after my first visit, can I come by for follow up for free or I have to pay? First said there no follow up we decide if you need! I keep saying if you "decided not " no come for follow up and my symptoms didn't go away, can I come for follow and there will be charge or no? She started to yell at me and repeating same stupid answer calming I am understanding. Never seen such reciptiontist optometrists before! Definitely will call the management and report this.

I came in to get a pair of sunglasses that I purchased online adjusted, and to ask about repairs for an older pair of sunglasses. The sales associate who helped me kindly adjusted my sunglasses and fixed my other pair of sunglasses free of charge! Service was quick and courteous.

Marta, fixed my glasses very well! I bent the frame and the lenses popped out. But now they’re good as new.

My experience at LensCrafters was great. Mahta was super kind and helpful she made the job much easier with her tips.

The optician that helped me, Morva was so helpful and honest. I was a bit of a pain in the butt, couldn’t decide between two frames, she was very nice and very patient.

Lois did a wonderful job helping me with my glasses. She ensured to assist me with the best deal for my frames and lens during the Black Friday sale. She is very professional and polite. I am very pleased with the service I received.

Staff was absolutely great! Very helpful and accommodating. Solved our “emergency “ by going over and above the expected. Wry resourceful and efficient!

Was in the store and picked a loved a frame that was over my budget but David was able to find a pair that had some features and color and less expensive and I loved it even more. Thank you for going the extra mile to make myself happy taday. My fancy new galsses are coming in 2 weeks. Yeahhh!

I got some terrific progressive multifocals in both pair, RayBan and Oakleys, a smart and knowledgeable Soraya helped me. She was the best and gets my business for life.
