They are very nice, do a great job and are very professional. By accident I bended the frame and they were very nice and responsive, fixing it without any cost.

Best experience I’ve ever had at a glasses store! Everyone working was so kind. I had a hard time choosing my glasses but Priya was so helpful and patient. The manager Jodie was also so kind. I would suggest everyone to visit this Lens Crafters location. They have a huge range of glasses and sunglasses.

My husband I just got new glasses there. Exceptionally service again. Special thanks to Nanette for her patience to ensure our glasses fitted properly! VJ and the LensCrafters team are incredible. I've come to this location several times to select a frame, pick up my glasses and adjustments to my glasses and each time all the staff were professional, extremely patience and friendly. You may paid a bit more than buying "on line" but you won't benefit from the amazing customer service! Thank you for making my experiences 5/5!

Good customer service and all questions answered by Sabira. Ten months later (dec24) had a accident with my glasses and needed them repaired. On morning of Dec 26 Priya and LensCrafters team did the best customer service job and repaired my glasses within an hour.

I like this location of LensCrafters for whatever reason they seem to have the best customer service out of the locations I've ever visited before. Sometimes they seem to be understaffed so that's one thing they could work on because making customers wait so long is definitely not good. So far everything else has been good.

Even though I did not get my eye exam done there, the lady who helped me out at the South Surrey location was great! Knowledgeable, patient, kind, not pushy at all but assertive at the same time… overall, a pleasant experience.

I cheated on them and went somewhere else. But when I realized my mistake they took me back as though I never left. (Alright I may have moved away for awhile) Lol. They’re great. Their selection is great. Super helpful.

Came in to get sunglasses and ended up getting regular glasses as well. Sabira was extremely friendly and helpful and made it a very quick and easy process.
