Went in today to get new glasses, Wendy was very nice, courteous and very helpful with picking the right frames and lenses for my new specs. Definitely would recommend to everyone to come to this location.

Exceptional service provided by Morteza at the store! He guided me through the selection process and helped me find the perfect Reyban sunglasses. His expertise and friendly manner made the shopping experience enjoyable and efficient. I highly recommend Morteza and the store for their excellent customer service and quality eyewear selection!

Exceptional service and can do attitude! The entire team there went above and beyond to help my husband and me to secure an eye exam appointment and prescription over the labor day long weekend so that we could benefit from the time limited promotion offer. Even though we have insurance coverage, the discount helped a lot given how expensive progressive lens are. We are very grateful!

UPDATE- It's amazing how things change. So my Oakley glasses temple arm broke. My repair warranty window passed so I was left to buy a new arm and have Lenscrafters fix it or do it myself. So I contact these guys to ask for help. First they instantly said they could not help me get any help from Oakley thru their contacts. So I went and contacted Oakley whom were very apologetic to be unable to give my particular replacement part. Their answer was though to give me a 30% Voucher code for my troubles. GREAT right? Ok so I go back to this Lenscrafters location and ask if I can buy a replacement pair of frams.s. Ame type.and will they take the 30% voucher that Oakely provided? First answer was NOPE! I rationalized it out for them thinking they may see me as a valuable future customer AND I was asking to buy another pair from them.which was a cost to me.and the best they could do was "well 30% is alot.maybe come down and we can see what we can do. "
This was NOT feeling right. I decided to go to another Lenscrafters and WOW.they INSTANTLY took the OAKLEY voucher and had my new frames swapped within 15 mins.
It speaks for itself. If you are not getting satisfaction, shop around for a shop that appreciates your repeat buisiness.

From Dr Lee and her very thorough eye exam, to Maggie the Product rep, this experience was super pleasant. I enjoyed the experience even with all covid protocols being respected. I will recommend this place to friends.

The interesting feature that alerted me to Lens-crafters was their large number of designer eyeglasses and sunglasses that were available…the warm welcoming that I received upon my arrival set up the atmosphere that made choosing my glasses quite easy.as I strolled through the store, it became very easy to ask a variety of questions and made my selection easier.later when I arrived for the eyewear fitting, the fitting adjustments that I made was easily completed…the whole process was one of the easiest that I can remember when choosing and purchasing the latest eyewear innovations…high praise for the whole process at this Lens-crafter store on 41st Ave in Kerrisdale…

Service was timely and excellent. Doctor was friendly, reassuring and very knowledgeable.

I was completely unsure about what eyeglass frames to buy but Yan was amazingly helpful. She knew what frames suited my face best and helped me find the perfect colour for my eye and hair colour. She was very diligent and patient. I am very, very pleased.

Fantastic staff. Got me everything that I needed. Everyone was really great, especially Bounxou. He was super helpful.

Pretty bad experience. Salesperson tried to force me to buy blue light filter and brand name lenses with shady marketing tactics and was resistant to me saying no - had I not, it would have cost me an additional $600. When I arrived to pick up the glasses, they were the wrong pair.

The employees are nice but different over work for just three people. LensCrafts needs more customers service people in store to help customers but it very small space which could difficult to have more people in store. I personally think that location should double check glasses adjustment after their done to see if the glasses are fitted properly which is very helpful in my opinion because it does lead to only one adjustment to glasses which is nice.

The eye doctor who at this location are extremely lovely to work with.

If there was a way to put a negative star I would put 1000 of them. I purchased the “protection plan” from jaz and was told I would receive a reminder before the due date (which of course she now denied telling me this) to come by and get replacement lenses. TOTAL SCAM - DON’T FALL FOR IT! They sing all kinds of praises and tell you EXACTLY what you want to hear when they want your money but when it comes time to deliver, they DENY DENY DENY. I’ve purchased many pairs of glasses over my lifetime and have to get a pair now but it sure as hell won’t be from LensCrafters. I have lost all trust in this store and will never set foot in it again. TOTAL SCAMMERS!

I had such a wonderful experienced getting my glasses done here at LensCrafters, Kerrisdale. Jaz was the license optician who assisted me in picking out 3 frames to suit my daily activities, we went over which pair was the best and narrowed it down to the Burberry frame. She took the time to explained the best progressive lenses I require based on my current prescription. I will be returning for a prescription Ray-Ban sunglasses prior to my trip to Bali. Overall, it didn't take more than 25 minutes. I highly recommend anyone who is looking to purchase their glasses to swing by here.

Had another great experience at Lens Crafters (Kerrisdale) today.
When I purchased my glasses 9-10 months ago, It was recommended I purchase the extended coverage, which I did. It paid off today, after I had broken the frame and scratched a lens.
The cost to replace them was $25.00 each. Made my day!

I have been a client of Oakridge LensCrafters for many years. I followed them throughout their transition from Oakridge Center to Richmond (temporarily) and now to their new home on 41st Ave.
I commend Jarrod for having a truly wonderful team and I cannot express how exceptional I have found the service every time I have been in the store or had to call in.
Buying glasses can be daunting and in my personal experience with Oakridge LensCrafters, I have not walked out with something I don’t like.

I never buy extended warranties because I think they aren’t worth it but I highly recommend the protection plan LensCrafters recommend. I have had to get lenses replaced due to scratches within the first year of purchasing new glasses and the minimal deductible is worth it not to have to live with scratched lenses or to have to buy brand new glasses.

Such excellent service! The sales associate Morteza helped me to find exactly what I was looking for; he was very professional, very kind, and had so much knowledge and expertise. Would highly recommend!

From the visit with Dr. Sasan to the sales associate, Morteza, the experience we had here was amazing. We spent around 3.5 hours here from our 2 appointments to the purchasing of eyewear.
