The furniture is excellent quality and looks great. Though delivery took longer than expected (everyone is having trouble with supply chains these days it seems) the customer service agents were friendly and helpful as much as they could be. We will keep Leon’s in mind the next time we are furniture shopping.

I would review the items but we still havent received them. Partially our fault for requesting a change of address for delivery but when you buy an item because they tell you it’s in stock in the warehouse you don’t expect it to take 3 weeks. Poor communication leaving the customers to do the foot work calling daily to remind them to do their jobs

Bought an aircon unit. Got a better model than was available locally elsewhere and for a slightly cheaper price than competitors where asking for the next model down, and although the website quoted 3 days til pick up, I got a call shortly after purchase to say I could pick up that afternoon or the following day if I wanted as the store had it in stock. The pick up location is a little weird, and sign could be improved, but the guys who brought our item out were pleasant and helpful.

We had a very good experience at Leon's in Victoria. Our salesperson was Srima. She was very professional and friendly. She was very knowledge about the products. She arranged for our purchase to be set up with Leon's store in Saint John NB. Also, other staff we encountered in this store were also very friendly and helpful. Would recommend this store for furniture purchases.

We bought a range in November and were told with their 60 day price guarantee that if the same range came on sale at a better value then they would match it. The one we bought did not have a air fryer rack but it came on sale on November 17 with the rack. We notified Sara S.who said she would look into it and didn’t. She obviously doesn’t care about post sale customer service and the Manager refuses to call me back. Suggest you don’t deal with Sara S. And look elsewhere for good customer service.

Srima was so helpful when I purchased kitchen appliances. She helped measure all sides and advised if it would fit my kitchen. She gave me the best price at that time. Then I returned for the sale price match and was given difference no problem. I also bought an upright freezer the following week with her guidance and knowledge.

I Had a great experience with Sara at the Victoria location. We had a few amazing experiences with Sara. At first she helped up by getting us a wicked deal on our absolutely amazing mattress! And patio set. And then just last week she helped us get a great price on our motion bed frame.

I’ve never slept so great in my life! Thank you Leon’s, and Sara!

We bought a recliner sofa from Leons 3 years ago. The frame on it broke and other things happened to it. Because we bought a 5 year warranty we reached out to leons who put us in touch with a 3rd party to take pictures and see what the problem was. It was determined it could not be fixed. Went in today and spoke with Joe in Victoria office. Found a really nice loveseat recliner.it will be delivered on Saturday. And the old couch will be taken away. It was a pleasure to speak with a very informed person such as Joe. Can't wait for Saturday to come.

I just left Leon's and no one said a word to me the entire time Iwas there. Walked the entire stor, went upstairs, and walked the main showroom again.

During my visit I observed Leon employees socializing while I tried out sofas and couches.

Now I'm heading to Dodd's down the street.

This is definitely worth my time. We had an amazing salesperson by the name of Aazii.
From the get-go, he had a very warm and welcoming smile that made you feel that he was really paying attention to us as customers. He was very helpful in comparing the different pieces of furniture we were looking at in terms of quality, comfort and cost. It was an educational experience as well as a very positive one. In the end we bought two beautiful small reclining chairs, apartment size and a mattress. When I forgot to get the plastic wrap to take my old mattress away, he offered to drop it off at my house on his way home. It was the last day of his work schedule and he forgot. Aazii went into the store the next morning and got the plastic cover and brought it to me on his day off! So I would give him a double plus plus for his amazing customer service! Thank you Aazii

My wife and I just went in to look at options, but a salesman, Nicholas, approached us, offered to help, then left us to look around. After a few laughs with him, we asked some questions, and he was very helpful. We ended up buying a couch, but unfortunately had to cancel the order after finding it would not fit very well. Cancelling was a no-hassle experience.

My experience at Leon’s was outstanding today! I had phoned the store early that afternoon inquiring about furniture as I had no luck finding affordable options to purchase at any competitor furniture store. Srima, the sales representative, answered all my inquiries and offered to show me the options in their store.

I went to the store that afternoon to meet with Srima to get assistance and view the available options. She was friendly, professionally answered all my questions and made the process easy and enjoyable. She was knowledgeable about the products, patient, and never pressured me into making a quick decision.

The one amazing thing I appreciated the most was that Srima had taken the time and care to have available options already picked out for me from our phone conversation earlier, reducing the time I would have to be in the store looking for options. I just wanted to thank Srima for the hard work she puts in to get the job done!

Both the service and delivery were awesome! I will definitely recommend Leon’s to my friends and family, and I will definitely shop here again! Thank you, Srima; you are the best!

After being terribly disappointed with the Brick
and there sky high prices I went online to Leon’s
and found the exact chair I had found at the Brick
but way more reasonable. Stoma was such a great
help and we were take care and out of there I’m great timing. Srima was very friendly. Thank you Srima for you help we now have a new store to shop at.

Went into Leon’s in Victoria BC today looking for a new couch, love seat and chair. I was greeted upon entering by a nice lady and she asked if I needed any more assistance to let her know. As I looked at Leon’s furniture I approached Srima and asked her a few questions. She was so helpful and nice. And looked up information for me as I was searching for a particular colour. We have shopped at Leon’s in the past and will definitely shop at Leon’s again in the future. I also had a question to Srima in regards to a new TV and she sent me home with a sale brochure and we called her that night and also got a great TV on sale. I was so pleased. With Srima’s knowledge of product and excellent customer service.

I decided to canceled one of my unfulfilled order. The problem that I encountered was no one process that cancelation so it took a long time aswell to get the money back. After more than a week i had to call them to follow up and to my dismayed on one process it so until now here I am waiting for another 7-10 business days to get the refund.

I met Srima when she was at Sears. She and her hubby helped me out when a brand new fridge failed to operate. They brought me a bar fridge from their home at 8 pm! That was above and beyond service. I knew I had to find her at her new place of employment, Leon’s. She is exceptional at working with her customers!

We had a negative experience with Leon’s, and wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

We bought a couch, only for its delivery to be repeatedly delayed – from initially ordering in May thinking it would arrive in August, to being told after repeated delays in November that it wouldn’t arrive until likely February or March.

Leon’s attempts to rectify the situation also added insult to injury. First, they offered “re-selection” of couches, but these selections were all for couches that were more expensive - an upsell. Second, upon complaining to the store after waiting many months past its expected delivery, a salesperson tried to sell us a returned couch (aka a used couch). When that didn’t work, they then showed us an inferior couch that was still more expensive. Eventually, I just cancelled the order, got the refund, and left.

I understand many furniture stores are experiencing issues with supply chains right now and working in customer service is difficult. Nonetheless, this does not excuse not providing a product to a customer for nearly a year after they have paid a significant amount of money for said product. Customers should be treated far better than this.

Sara was so kind and patient with me while we navigated through the showroom. She listened to my needs and wants, and said I have the perfect product for you. I've been with my new bed and couch for over a month now and my only complaint is that I can't be on both at the same time. They are both so comfortable! Bought a tv from here a few years ago but it doesn't work now.
And they are so annoying, I asked them to quit calling me last year. But they still calling me. I will never buy anything from leons again.
They said I will be taken off the calling list. But it's obvious I wasn't. So STOP CALLING ME!

Lots of options, huge showroom floor the delivery is a bit of a gong show, they won't commit to a time until the night prior - and even then its a 3 hour time window. Very inconvenient for blocking off elevators in condo buildings or trying to plan a day around a 3 hour time slot given to you 12 hours beforehand.

Went to Leon's in Victoria, and Srima was a big help! She helped me for more than 2 hours as the credit card company is taking forever for the approval, she also gave me water while waiting because she I told her I was pregnant and it was warm inside. She will do offer adjustments so that you can get the products as soon as possible. Received a great service indeed.

The service in here was unreal. Basically didn't want our business and told us we had to carry out our own furniture explicitly several times, frustration from the staff member due to events beyond our control was apparent. Terrible customer experience.

Prabhjot (Joe) helped us choose an excellent dining table and chair set, had it packaged and stored for us until we were moved into our new place, and checked in with us frequently to make sure everything was going well. I purchased a mattress from Leon's a few months ago. I went back several times to try out the different types. Susan Morris - Smith my sales lady, was always patient and kind, never pressuring me to hurry my decision. She is the quintessential professional. She also made sure that I received a price guarantee, which resulted in some money back! I will shop at Leon's again without hesitation!

Leon's customer service was fantastic. I purchased a stackable washer dryer and there were logistics involved in delivery and installation. Susan, my sales agent, was so helpful and friendly. The staff were friendly and let us shop/browse without feeling pressured. They had a good selection. The store got pretty dark the farther you go into it, and the appliances section looked neglected - it needs some love.

The GF and I were on the hunt for a new fridge a while back and that's what drew us into the Leon's - and what we found inside was way better than any appliance - I was surprised at how much I liked a lot of the furniture, not to mention the sales people, the layout of the store, the prices, and the overall feeling of the place. Pleasantly surprised. Though we did not end up making a purchase at that first visit, the really nice full length mirror I saw there did make an impression. Some days later after many discussions with the better half, back we went to Leon's with the intent of buying that mirror - unfortunately it was no
longer on the floor being displayed. Then we met Sara, the most friendly and nicest sales girl I think that there is anywhere. She knew the mirror we were talking about and said that we could still order it, tho it'd take four or so weeks to get it in. Done! I left Andrea
talking with Sara while I went around and tested all the comfy chairs (which are nice too), and was struck that by the time we were leaving, it sure seemed like Andrea and Sara had been friends for years - really funny, but no matter as long as I get my awesome mirror. Then the pinnacle to this story (review) - Sara calls and tells Andrea that the mirror is in and that she will deliver it to us when she is done working for that day - and so she did! Talk about going above and beyond even the highest of expectations. She was so nice and store has such nice furniture that there is no doubt in my mind that we will be back for more, not to mention that I talk up Leon's to anyone who will listen to me now. Thank you very much to Leon's Furniture and to Sara.

I had been to the Brick twice, bad service and selling junk in the clearance area, recliners not working, rips & tears etc. I realize they are in clearance for a reason BUT to me it was someones garbage. I seen a Leon's ad on tv and so I headed there at Tolmie Ave in Victoria BC. I was met on my way in with a nice lady by the name of Srima. I was after a love seat recliner, she showed me around and even the clearance area. I seen one I liked and I said what's wrong with it? After the BRICK experience! Nothing she said, WHAT? It's just out of stock, customers did want it, then wanted a darker colour, as newer one's are different & darker. She was great to deal with. I felt I got a deal and she made a sale. She called the delivery guy Paul. It got delivered next day at noon and he took away my old love seat.
P. S Second Brick day the guy filially did talk to me after 10min, he sounded to me he was having a bad day. They were having a tent sale and things were moved around from when I was there two week ago. I said I wanted to see some love seat recliners he just shrugged and flung his arm and over in that area. I turned and walked out.
So from now on, any of my household needs I will head to Leon's.

We had the pleasure of working with Srima to get furniture and appliances. We had some very strict dimensions for our appliances due to small spaces. Srima did the research to help us acquire appliances that fit our dimensional constraints and all the functionality of full size gear. My old sofa was wearing out, so I made the rounds of the furniture stores in victoria, and wound up at leon's. I found the sales people to be friendly, genuine and knowledgeable, sara and especially joe.
I found such a good deal, that I bought two sofas!

I recently purchased a home and I need to purchase a living room set, beds, mattresses, a new dryer, a tub chair, etc. After looking at different places, I decided to go to Leon's and I was amazed by the selection, style, and price. Smira was excellent, she understood from the start what I was looking for and my style. She provided me with excellent and professional advice and took the time to go over with me with patience and giving me options. If you live in Victoria, don't waste your time in other places, go to Leon's and ask for Smira for excellent customer service. I'm a happy customer!

I had the pleasure of dealing with Sara when I went to Leon’s to buy some furniture for my apartment. She was very helpful and personable as she showed me several options. I eventually decided on a love seat and sectional for the living room as well as a bed for my second bedroom. Sara was able to get me a good deal on a base for the bed as well as some gift coupons that I later cashed in on a new coffee table. I am very happy with my purchases and have had the chance to pop in to the store on a few occasions where I always find Sara happy to say hello and help. Not bad at all! Been to IKEA, Lowes, Brick, Dodds, ETC! Leons seems to be PRETTY FAIR! Last time I was in, their clearance section had AWESOME DEALS. We bought a couch.they delivered.it was great.good value. JUST GOT A THANK YOU CARD IN THE MAIL FROM SUSAN! WHo does that? WOW that is SUSTAIABILITY! IMAGINE IF CAR DEALERS DID THIS?

This is like 1950 service! I was surpised.they also called after delivery to ensure we were happy.the delivery took 5 minutes.

Couch has been great, and overall would buy again

Be wary of their zero return or exchange policy. We were unhappy with our purchase once we got it out of the box at home but found out that they will not accept exchanges or returns so we are stuck with it. They are quite happy to hound you in the store and make a sale and are totally OK with unhappy customers as long as the money is in their pockets. You better be sure you are 100% happy with your purchase if you shop here.

Like a disreputable used car dealership. I declined the protection plan on the inexpensive sofa so the sales person made me wait for five minutes. They returned and offered a significant discount on the protection plan. I didn't want it but I took it just to get the deal over with. Now I get a call saying I need to make arrangements to have someone come over and spray the couch, or the warranty is voided? I have to miss work to get my couch sprayed? Not happening. Ok you got me with your crummy spray scam. A big $30. Hope you enjoy it.

Great experience at the Victoria store from Greg the salesperson as well as the desk staff. Delivery went smoothly, and when one of the drawers seemed to stick they quickly sent someone out to see if it needed repair and they ended up replacing the entire dresser because of internal damage that I hadn't even noticed. The replacement dresser arrived promptly as well so the switch was painless. They also honoured their 60-day lowest price guarantee so I got over $500 refunded on the bedroom set from holiday sales that I noticed weeks after the purchase. All communication was quick, efficient, proactive, and friendly. I will say that a different salesperson on a different visit for mattresses was extremely pushy and would not let up, but everyone else has been fabulous.

I bought a microwave here on Saturday. Took it home and cabinet installer said it wouldn't work, so I returned the unopened box to the store on Monday. They said there are absolutely no refunds on anything in the store. My receipt did not say "final sale" anywhere. They have "Leon's does not sell on an approval basis" on the receipt and they say this means final sale. Just know going in that you must be absolutely sure before you purchase here. Seems like a pretty shady way to hide the Final Sale on EVERYTHING in the store. They said they were going outside their policy to give me a store credit for the amount of the microwave, but it wasn't a gift card, just a credit on file with them.

Terrible customer service! Walked in looking for a mattress.the salesperson was extremely rude & bossy. He drags us down to feel a few mattresses and disregarded anything we said of what type we're looking for. As we walked out of the store, we could hear him complaining about us to the other sales people. Terrible! Would never walk into this store ever again!

I'm giving Leon's Victoria 5 stars for customer service. After purchasing a new washer and dryer set, I asked for a couple days grace to change my mind. I did so the next day with a relatively easy process of refunding my original purchase and then processing the new machines (they were more expensive). I was not pressured to buy the extended warranty and was guaranteed delivery on that Saturday with a reduced delivery fee. Unfortunately, my washer's panel was damaged by the movers, but I was offered compensation which I accepted. The dryer didn't work (not Leon's fault) and they processed a replacement immediately for delivery the following week. They phoned on delivery day to inform me that the deliveries were running late. New dryer works great. Thanks Leon's Victoria.
