I am super disappointed that the spa cancelled my sugaring appointment two times in a row on extremely short notice, negatively impacting my schedule. I will not be using this spa in the future.

I had a haircut from Leanne this week and then some spa services from Ashley and was very happy, and again impressed, with the outcomes. The new addition of Megan up at reception is awesome. She just has a good nature and is so pleasant to deal with. I keep coming back, why wouldn’t I when they treat me so well and provide top notch services? Keep doing what you’ve been doing for so many years now!
