Level Ground Coffee & Tasting Room

Had a delicious ginger latte! Just right on this snowy day. The cosy ambience was perfect!

Wonderful coffee experience that arguably should be on a local coffee tour given their long legacy of best industry practice.

The facility is terrific and really takes customer needs and wishes into account. This starts with their beautiful patio that takes full advantage of their view and includes a bicycle repair stand. It continues through their dedicated tasting room that doubles as a special event and meeting space. And carries on through their clean, plentiful and accessible washrooms.

As one would expect, their drinks are well composed and milk steamed with skill. We did not try the tasting flight, but this more than justifies a return trip.

The paper muffin cups on the brioche donuts were sincerely appreciated.

Had a nice coffee here. The staff were all friendly. They have some coffee, tea, and merchandise for sale.

Beautiful coffee, great price, pleasent and accommodating service. Cozy atmosphere and they even offer blankets! Come drink coffee the way it's supposed to be.

We came into Level Ground for the first time today for a tasting flight & couldn't be happier with the experience! The staff was thoughtful, knowledgeable & helpful. Coffee was delicious.we had to buy a bag! A hidden gem in Keating, you MUST go. We will be making this a regular stop.

I have not been to the storefront location but I buy their product from the grocery store. Hands down, this is the best decaf ever. This is a zero-sadness decaf. From a coffee addict: it doesn't taste like decaf! It tastes like great coffee, and no jitters from getting overcaffeinated. Highly recommend if you want/need to get decaf.

Great coffee, great ambiance, great staff. Recommend it for business meetings too, loads of space and not too busy.

If you love coffee, this is a must do experience - a coffee tasting. We had a wonderful time and learned all about beans, brewing, roasting etc. Thank you Josh for sharing your wealth of knowledge on all things coffee!

It's disheartening to drive all that way for a watered down Americano. Even after asking for less water they still filled it up then offered to dump some out, further weakening the taste when I added cream. I asked in advance to please fill it only 2 inches from the top, and still it came back over filled and less than a cm from the top. I suspect they use the one button machine that requires no skill from the barista. Will not go back- the view was much much better than the coffee. Sadly. Especially because we often use their coffee at home.

EDIT: as I can't reply to business's kind response below, I want to add that it was two coffees in a row that were done poorly. When the first arrived almost filled to the brim the barista just offered to pour it off. My friend said they would take it. I asked for mine to leave 2 inches for cream. It came out about the same as the other! And she did nothing, just shrugged and offered to pour it off again, even after I had declined the last time. Neither of us finished our coffees. So it wasn't just one bad coffee, and they were not busy so there was time and space to make another. That is shoddy barista work in the extreme. I appreciate the offer to make it right, but I have no faith in your barista or their training if they felt this was acceptable - and it's too far out of the way to make it worth trying. Oh, and this was when we dropped $50 on beans to take home. Your coffee and your customers deserve better.

Level Ground coffee is totally rad. Very good tasting coffee. They also, I just found out, have the best customer service. I had an issue with an order that was TOTALLY MY FAULT! I accidentally sent my order of coffee to a wrong address-totally my fault, I should have checked-and when it didn't show up but Canada Post said it was delivered, I emailed Level Ground support. When we finally figured out my error, they said, "no problem. Here's an order totally on us. We just hope you keep liking our coffee. " Crazy, right? Please support these homies. They're awesome.
