Levels Nightclub

The bouncers (especially the Persian one) and the lady who works at the cashier/coat check have the WORST attitudes. So rude and disrespectful for absolutely no reason. At the coat check she took her precious time texting on her phone despite the line of people waiting. Also there are MAJOR safety hazards all around the club. Poorly positioned stepped and bright lights that make it nearly impossible to navigate between the halls. I don’t even drink and I nearly fell on my face several times! For a place that charges 26 bucks to get in and 5 bucks PER item at coat check (which is so unfair to women who often carry purses) I expected better. Or at least to be treated like a person. Honestly, would not recommend this place to anyone I care about.

The staff was v friendly- bottle service was rlly slow tho…not rlly a safe place for women even if u are with a group of friends imo. So ladies if ur planning to go out bring a guy friend with u to help defend u physically when it comes to sa/ the aggresive men that fill the club- bc the security sure wont.co-ed bathrooms which gives men even more of an opportunity to harass women. Quite literally couldnt make it to the sink from the stall without a man coming up asking to by me drinks & being rlly aggressive. Even in the private section we got for bottle service- bc we were being harassed upon entry into the club- we still had men heckling us leaning over the barrier to get our attention screaming out for us while we try to ignore them to the best of our capability all within like 2 yards of us max. Was physically pushing aggressive men off all night, security would just kind of watch and not lift a finger to help us— and when we were LEAVING the club we were approached by another aggressive man and i, a 5’4 woman felt like me and my friends safety was in my own hands and i was about to punch him in the face however the staff was generally nice and i somehow managed to have a good night with my friends despite all of that, just wouldve been nice to have felt SAFER

Worst bartender ever. Total spoiler. Asian female with no etiquette whatsoever. She was incredibly rude and unhelpful, making our first 5 minutes feel unwelcome. It's unfortunate that a single staff member can tarnish the reputation of an (maybe) otherwise good establishment. Behaves like she owns the owner of the place lol.

Fun place to spend a night but not something that can be done all the time due to the expense to get in.

This place is terrible!
-Bad atmosphere
-Crowd was dead
-Bad DJ (no offense)
-Don't officially tell you theres an entrance fee before entering then charge you inside $26 to enter
-Guest list makes no sense because the normal line is shorter most of the time

This place tries to seem very prestige with their bouncers and layout but don't let this fool you, the club just wants your money. You can definitely find a better place to go to with cheaper entry fees and better crowd.

PS- the dance floor was ~90% guys just looking for a girl which really kills the mood.

Never knew a place could be both snobby and low-class simultaneously until i came here.desk workers are very rude, bathrooms are nasty, and the whole place just has a weird vibe.

Every long weekend on Sundays there is a fantastic event called Soju Sunday. Really worth checking out.

They accused me for stealing someone else's jacket when they are the ones which put an wrong tag on my jacket. I was surprised to see that very similar thing happened to one of the other reviewers a month ago. It seems like that they routinely accuse people for being a thief to make up for their mistake.lol

Nice place was able to see an incredible show by Georgias Mattiel here. What an awesome venue! The size is what you want for an intimate concert/show. They support local artists, the drinks are semi-reasonable and the place also doubles as a club. I’d recommend this place if any of your favourite bands are playing here. It has an awesome location, and the aesthetics of the place are just cool.

All good without a bar tender who was angry, disrespectful and impolite, my first time in here and honestly I won't return.

Went on that bollywood night. The reception treated us like we are animals. Never going again

This place is nothing but a shame. The security on the door is terrible and just scums. Dude was rude and wouldn’t let my friend in even though he had multiple IDs. He said give me $40 cash if you want to get in. When we went inside, the bartender added her own tip and handed us the machine to pay. Seriously? At least have some respect for your patrons. Never coming back to this place.

Overpriced drinks & bad atmosphere. 20% gratuity automatically added to every drink. Levels fits in perfect with the Vancouver nightlife scene. Horrific, over priced & just plain boring. What a terrible place. Skip it entirely.

Security people were not friendly, also a bartender guy was very unkind. I don’t usually like to give feedback but I didn’t like how I was treated.

Staff is prepotent and I think they are racist. A security came to our table and started yelling at us even tho we were consuming shots. He didn’t tell us his name even when we ask for it so Im gonna refer to as a tall asian guy. He was yelling cause we had our coats, when we asked why tables around us could have their jackets ok he said that he didn’t care about the others. We were the problem. We were a latin table so I think that’s why we got disrespected. Also alcohol has no taste.

LATIN PEOPLE, BE AWARE OF THE RACISM HERE! If I could give 0 stars, I would. I went to Latin Halloween, and an Asian security guy (I don’t want to put labels, but he didn’t say his name) was extremely rude. He began shouting to my group of friends and me for something none sense. When I told him that multiple people were doing the same, he said that he didn’t care and I needed to do whatever he said or, if not, he had the power to quick me out. I then said I could go out but refund me for my entrance because I hadn’t been there for more than 20 minutes; then he said that he didn’t care and that if he wanted to kick me out, he could do it anytime. Not all the staff is terrible but be aware of him; he is insulting and prepotent. Because of that experience, I won’t go again because he ruins my night!
You better visit other clubs that do not have this awful person.

Alright club, really expensive drinks though. We are talking $26 for two canned beers. Sound system and light display was decent from what I remember.

Poor management all over, staff are either drunk, unprofessional or rude, I wonder if the owner actually knows whats Going on, its a Chaos, no security downstairs either, Managers lure girls downstairs to staff room to drink and do drugs, bartenders give free drinks away at owner’s cost

Went there for the Halloween event, music was pretty good with DJs rotating every hour. Cover charge was 40$ which is on the high side considering the place is small and gets packed. Also found it weird that the barmaids choose their own tip when making you pay and the tip gets higher and higher every passing hour. Security was respectful.

Nice club to party all night, you should come early, because sometimes the line is long, on Wednesday there is a Latin Party!

Some security lady called me illiterate for going to the womens stall and i had to go really bad when men section only had urinals: (how am i supposed to check the other side for unisex when i have to go real bad: (

Spent longer queuing to get inside than actually being inside. Bouncers /staff allow anyone they know to skip the line. Didn’t get any better once inside. Drinks overpriced. Event advertised as 2 rooms but one was “closed for a private party”. Average sound system. Deffo not worth the cover charge.

Terrible staff, this is the worst night club i have ever been too everyone who worked there was useless when it came to trying to get help and it felt like they were all on a power trip competing to see who's ego is the highest, the bouncers who work there are also way to aggressive almost like there out trying to find someone they can pick on.

Went here with some friends, bouncers were rude and disrespectful, worst I’ve ever encountered. Drinks were way overpriced, $ 30 for 2 shots. Never go here, much better clubs elsewhere.

Don't come here this is the worst club i have been to you'll have more fun anywhere else. Staff was horrible and they all have a superiority complex, the woman who works at the front desk also tries to scam people she tried to make me pay my cover fee twice and then called me a liar

Horrible service if you don’t have a table you don’t get in. Rude staff. You have to be rich if you don’t have money to pay for a table you won’t get in. Been here for 3 hours and so many people passed in front of my group. Just ridiculous.

Not worth the $30 cover… DJ didn’t play anything relevant or exciting. Drinks are expensive and service was awful. Waited 25 mins at the front of the bar for a drink when it was so slow and early in the night.

Literally the one of the worst clubs I’ve been too. I couldn’t even stay there much longer I don’t even know how you guys run your clubs with Covid going on after seeing someone coughing profusely near our booth is quite unprofessional of you guys allowing just anybody inside and worrying for the rest of us thats exposed to it that can’t even have a good time. Didn’t even receive any type of acknowledgment about the fact if they were going to do anything about it. So, real nice I have to go get tested thanks a lot
