Levi's Outlet Store

I left Levi’s outlet today feeling happy and confident. The workers in there were some of the kindest most beautiful women I have ever met. The vibes and aura they gave out made me truly feel like this was a safe space to try some jeans on. Thank you so much for helping me today. I wish you girls a prosperous and happy new year

I was at this store on Dec 18th. The customer service person was so great. She was friendly, not pushy, asked what she could do to help. She gave great information and provided amazing customer service. Really impressed especially since customer service these days has gone down the tubes.

I don't even want to leave 1 star. 60 day return policy even with receipt and all tags they wouldn't even exchange after 40 days. Never again will i purchase from here. Very very bad service

The store was well maintained I just came for browsing in morning there were two managers I think Candice and harman they helped me in shopping and suggested right fit and style I ended up buying great stuff at good price. Keep it up! Thank you

I got a $7 dollar levi's 501 jean on this outlet a few days ago and now that I cameback to get somemore they are all sold out. Great store specially when on sale.

My must stop shop for jeans. They offer deals on clearance items as high as 40% off already marked down merchandise a couple times a year. I got three pairs of jeans, 2 T-shirt’s and a button down shirt for $160! Little secret is they keep all markdown and clearance items in the back by the fitting rooms. Always check that section as they’ll have deals

It was awesome. Lots of items on sale. Plus the mall is incredibly big, and tons of excellent stores

Had the worst Levi’s store experience here ever. I was the only customer in the store, and all the staff were just talking to each other and looking at their phones, I didn’t get customer service beyond the initial hello, nobody asked if I needed different sizes in the fitting room, it just was not good. I’ve always thought of Levi’s as having excellent customer service and have never been given reason to think otherwise until now. I hope this is not consistent as I was fully intending to buy a pair of jeans and ending up leaving empty handed. I truly hope this is not the new standard of employees at Levi’s.
