Liberty Tax

I've had my Income Taxes prepared and subsequently e-filed by Liberty Tax in Langley for a numberof years now. I've had the pleasure of dealing with both Ken and Merv & regardless of who I am dealing with, I've always left their offices with confidence my taxes are accurately filed. I also more often than not, leave their offices having been more educated about CCRA & any new and / or changing CCRA rules that may apply to my personal scenario etc.

And the cost for having Liberty Tax e-filing my tax returns each year is as fair as it gets in my opinion. As I've said to both Ken and Merv. "you've a Client for life" when it comes to filing my taxes for the forthcoming years.

Got my taxes done and later on got to know that they charge $150 for business, but I was never aware of that. Every time I asked for the price they had told me its $116. The lady who told me at the receptionist was Natalia. And then when I spoke to manager, he never apologized, and kept saying its $150 and said I can't confirm what the receptionist told you. But either way, would suggest to confirm with the them the price before you start getting your taxes done.

Marv, General Manager, was exceptional. His expertise was admired, and efficiency was appreciated. Will be back again next year.

Staff are very unprofessional and rude! Never going back there! Your personal Information and social insurance number is left on the table for everyone to see. When you call, they are loud when repeating your name and social insurance # which makes me uncomfortable with all the identify theft going on.

Was behind in my filing and need multiple years done ASAP. This location was fantastic. My returns were done very quickly and accurately at a great price. Highly recommend for anyone looking to get peace of mind tax services.

Bad experience with senior tax preparer, instead of solving issue which he created he told me to leave the office.

I was told by Merv that for every “new” client I brought in I would receive $20. I brought in my two daughters in April and have yet to receive my $40. Merv doesn’t answer his phone calls or messages and is “not in” when I visit the store.
SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! SCAM.

Liberty Tax in Langley City has the best service in whole of Metro Vancouver. I went in to do my taxes and Merv went over the process step by step. He was very knowledgeable and provided with excellent customer service. I highly recommend this location for exceptional customer service.

I went to Liberty tax because my sister recommended them. I was not disappointed. Very professional team. I would recommend them to everyone and will deffinitly be a return customer.
