I got a custom hat there on my birthday September 24,2023. This location had lots of options for hats and i picked up a hat for my dad and myself. Costumer service was amazing. The girl that helped me out was Geovanna, hopefully I spelled that right. Although she was really busy she was able to squeeze in my hat into the schedule. She even helped me customize the embroidery and was honest on how it was gonna look if we added certain things so i just trusted the process. At the end of it, now I have a perfect hat when I go back to work as a barber in Saskatchewan.

Had the pleasure of meeting Sanish today Thursday February 9th 2023. The store has a great selection of hats especially the MLB Nike Blue Jays hat that I was looking for. Several items in the store were also on sale. The selection and the level of service and the knowledge that Sanish possesses is second to none. I could recommend a place any more than this location. Sanish should be recognized by his manager and store owner for his outgoing demeanor, his knowledge and outstanding customer service skill. Well done Sanish. You have a customer for life. Even though the Willowbrook Langley location is only a few short KMs from my house, I will continue to purchase at your location. Who says old fashioned customer service is dead. This is not the case at Lids Guildford.

Great place to get hats but I would suggest putting in a chair there cuz I went in with my kid and he was sitting on the floor for the time I was there. Plus it will help the boys and girls there take a breather
