Awful staff! My boyfriend and I came here to get information about getting a customized cap, and the complete lack of information given, when asked what was needed for us to come get it done we were told ALL WE NEEDED was a PNG and then they gave us a price for the hat and customization and a time range, and we were satisfied at the time to come back later to get this done for an event he is playing at.
Little did we know, he forgot to mention a REALLY IMPORTANT DETAIL that we would need to get the PNG pictures digitalized, which apparently can take weeks, and is another additional price for each image! Now we won't be able to get this done in time for July, and it has really caused an upset in plans.
I don't recommend going to this location. Terrible.

Sitting here well after the mall opened and nobody showed up.started to read reviews and this seems to be the regular here.completely unprofessional should be removed from the mall

Was there three times in the last few weeks and at all times, no staff greeted me or asked if i needed help. All times i was there their representative was behind the cashier desk on their smart phone. Other customers seemed to just walk around trying hats on. Not impressed at all. Definitely some customer service training is needed here!
