Life Luxe Medical Spa

This is HANDS DOWN the most amazing spa in Vancouver. I am always impressed with the level of care, service, quality and attentiveness from all the staff members at Life Luxe. Not just do they shower you with kindness, but all of the ladies are a pleasure to be around and really make it a wonderful experience everytime I go. I also LOVE every single treatment I get. I have amazing results every single time I go and have done multiple different treatments and services. I enjoy each and every visit and am SO happy I found this place at the Hyatt. Thanks so much Life Luxe, I will forever be a loyal customer and continue to rave about this place to all my friends and family. Would recommend to anyone!

Awesome experience at the spa, Pari is very professional and knowledgeable she is very good. I had a massage and it was excellent the pression was perfect, she really make you feel wonderful!

Online it says their spa manicure included a foot soak but when I arrived they told me it was wrong, and when drying my nails they used a desk fan, which made me very cold. Also during the manicure I could hear a loud screeching noise and when I asked what the noise was they didn't know, and didn't try to stop it. I was rushed out of the salon without my nails being fully dried, they even took out my card out of my purse from my wallet and swiped it for me! Do not go here unless you want an amateur experience. The following day I talked with the manager and she gave me lotion to make up for the experience.really awkward and unwanted. DO NOT GO HERE!

I love this place specially for massage! I tried most of the massage area in vancouver and still I like it here because of the person who massage me! This place has good customer service and luna is my favorite! She’s really good and kind! I recommend this place if you want a better massage!

Not paying for the service they received from us, hanging up the phone and ignoring messages.

I visited Vancouver for a long conference, sat and stood for long stretches of time until my back was sore. Deciding to get some relief I booked a hot stone massage with Jing. I had never experienced a hot stone massage and wasn't sure what to expect. Jing performed some harder pressure massage first to relax my muscles so the hot stones could penetrate deeply. The stones were hot at first and then quickly became a very pleasant temperature. They were never too hot and Jing asked several times if the temperature and pressure was ok. I left feeling both relaxed and invigorated. I will definitely book another hot stone massage with Jing next time I'm in Vancouver.

I did my massage with Jing (not sure if I catch the name right but she speaks mandarin =) ) its a really great experience and my muscle tension got relief a lot. Already booked my next apt with her again.
