Amazing Pain Relief from Dr. Amayem. I have lived through 2 frozen shoulders and felt a 3rd one starting after a broken shoulder had healed. Frozen shoulders (adhesive capsulitis) produce a unique, and unbelievable pain. Dr. Amayem's treatments stopped that frozen shoulder from fully developing and provided extraordinary, instant pain relief. I am happy to recommend him, highly, to anyone with acute or chronic pain and, in particular, for effective treatment of frozen shoulder. I arrived at his office as a skeptic and left as a pain free person eager to leave this review (despite disliking social media - as those with pain really need to know!).

I see Dr Squire for a fascial release treatment. This involves a needle being inserted into my fascial layer, a saline being injected to separate the stuck fascia, while being guided by the use of ultrasound. I'm undergoing this procedure due to a long-term chronic pain issue throughout most of my body. The treatment itself can be quite painful but after one session, my shoulder that has had limited motion for over a year, now has a greater, painfree range. I realize this will likely revert back over the next few weeks, but still gives me great hope for recovery. The treatment is pretty expensive and is not covered by extended medical, but, for me, is worth the potential return to a life with less pain. I sincerely hope that this will become a recognized treatment for pain and be covered by medical plans. Too many people have chronic pain issues, which degrade quality of life and lead to more health issues, to say nothing about the effect on one's mental health.

The dictionary defines superlative as: of the highest kind, quality, or order; surpassing all else, or others - supreme. I define it as Dr. Pamela Squire. As a physician, friend, and human. She is of the highest kind, quality, and order. Supreme.

I am extremely grateful for the long awaited therapy I am receiving from Dr. Pamela Squire. She is finally getting to the roots of my problems, after years of suffering with chronic pain. She is empathic, kind, very knowledgeable and professional. She really does live up to her slogan ‘life again’ - wanting people to be alive while they are living!

Dr. Squire is incredible. She brings so much knowledge to the table and is always searching for new and better answers. I have seen many doctors who, after failing to find a fix for my problems, blame me or my body for not fitting into their specialty. Dr. Squire is one of the only specialists who validates my pain, my body's reactions and my condition, and uses these as motivation in her search for answers. After trying several types of therapies with her, we have found one that is helping me immensely. I am so grateful to her for giving me a reason to feel hope and excitement in my ongoing recovery - one that has left me feeling hopeless for over 10 years. I cannot say enough good things about her.

Dr. Squire is a very caring and extremely knowledgeable doctor. I always feel very at ease in Dr. Squire's care, as she talks me through the procedures, provides me with information on what may be causing my pain, and explains each step of her treatment plan clearly. I also feel that she takes time to really listen to her patients, and doesn't rush the appointment. Dr. Squire's MOA Jennifer is also truly an amazing and caring person, who I look forward to seeing every time I visit the office. Jen really keeps the place running! Dr Squire is not only incredibly knowledgeable and competent, she is also very good at explaining how/what she will do and what to expect. I have had to deal with a number of doctors with regards to my issues, she is the first to actively HELP and provide relief. Best ever.

I have permanent injuries & pain issues & have been treated by a team of specialists for years. None has the knowledge, technology, or skill-set Dr. Squire has (or her compassion). As painful (downright torturous) as many of the treatments are, I would not be so high functioning, have the quality of life, or even my business to the degree I do, without them - or her. She's the one procedural pain doc I could not get by without. Life changing.

There is no more caring Doctor, or human, that I am privileged to know. Besides making me scream - from those deep massages - she expertly uses those deep injections, to make me feel - and function - "almost normally" for a few, very special weeks.
