Lifemark Harvey Avenue

Life Mark Harvey Ave was one of the worst experiences of incompetent care providers I have ever seen in my time. I had the unfortunate experience of being forced by WCB to receive treatment services from Mary Miller and her team based on the wrong diagnosis (lack of diagnosis). Please anyone receiving services from Dr. Miller understand she is unethical and do not trust her, request another worker. Life Mark has a contract with WCB to assess injured workers and does not assess their clients in an ethical way. Dr Mary Miller gave professional opinions based on the wrong information, she has no idea what my health circumstances actually were. I was fortunate enough to have qualified health professionals outside this agency counter her and advocate for myself. Do not let this woman treat you under any circumstances.

These people are daft! I needed hand physio as requested by work safe and my surgeon. After saying the same thing 3 times they passed me onto another.person. Again same questions. It's like who why are you calling? There's no hand therapist here for weeks!? I'm out I'll find someone who knows ABC and 123. Pathetic!

Physiotherapist couldn't be bothered to show up for my assessment and kinesiologist who was subbed in made false statements in my report. Tried contacting life mark several times about this but no one responded.

Total competence. The place I go to get better. Excellent, caring staff. Great atmosphere.

The Team at Lifemark on Harvey has been a silver lining during my recovery from a motorcycle accident. The all round knowledge, wisdom and empathy is outstanding. The highly sought after hand therapist Laura took my multiple broken bones and torn ligaments wrist and foreman from untouchable from due to near full function and pain free. Her side kick rehab assistant Jay Lynn was always there with her beaming spirit and resources to assist in all ways. Jay Lynn's kin taping was exact and much needed (along with her creativity and thanks to Carmen!) Becoming a weekly member of the Lifemark tribe how could I not mention Murray! The Godfather Physiotherapist full of wisdom, quiet mannerisms and wickedly great Kelowna guy. Physiotherapist Clarice is the on the move, walk fast to keep up with her brilliance! She's a wealth of knowledge and experience. Her brilliant mind digs for the exact right diagnosis of what is happening and creating such untoward symptoms.
Sherry at the front desk was the beacon of light, juggling appointments, staff, patients and anything else that came along. I miss seeing her and hearing her chuckles behind the plexiglass lol at Lifemark.
I did not get to know everyone personally, yet smiling eyes and quick greetings were abundant. (They also know how to "throw" birthday cake!)
