Big, centrally located facility that was able to get me in right away for an urgent physio appointment.

Has excellent weight room, private rooms for personal physiotherapy treatment, showers, towels, counseling.

The team at Lifemark are friendly from the moment you enter the location. Always greeted by the staff at reception and my whole team overseeing my recovery in the Occupational Rehabilitation 2 Program. The kinesiologist Christine, and physiotherapist Howard, took the time to answer all the questions I had. I really appreciated all practitioners and clinical counsellor support with my limitations and being compassionately encouraging to make progress no matter the pace of recovery. I would definitely recommend this healthcare organization for your well-being.

Lifemark is located right in Downtown Vancouver but is so outdated it looks like it belongs in an abandoned ghost town in rural Canada. Not only is a lot of the equipment outdated, broken, or unusable, but so are the methods. Particularly the physio, Alan Kaplan, felt like he had not spent any time updating methods since first being certified. He had a terrible bedside manner and went out of his way to frame me negatively in my WorkSafeBC claim. He did not seem to have any gravitas or respect in dealing with people from the LGBTQ+ community and his dislike for me felt rooted in that, and I felt very uncomfortable as he loomed around the space, popping up every so often. Even if you are seeking physio or treatment and you have a WorkSafe claim, ICBC claim, or are covered by your insurance, don't waste your time or money here, it is honestly subpar top to bottom and you can easily find a place with better practitioners, equipment, and more modernity anywhere in and around Vancouver.

Knowledgeable and polite staff with good facilities and organizations. Aiden was my kensiologist and Allen was my physiotherapist both were warm and patient with a good understanding of human body. I feel way better than before going to Lifemark.

This was my first physiotherapy experience and felt that I was in good hands towards recovery. I got injured on a film set and twisted my ankle so a lot of my workouts were training my ankle for mobility. I had an extremely caring and attentive kinesiologist Aiden who was helpful every step of the way and was able to guide me in a direction of recovery. Other helpful and attentive staff such as Ian checked up on my progress and was willing to answer questions. Everyone was extremely kind and professional! It was a bittersweet feeling to leave but completing my 4 weeks and feeling 90% recovered helped build up my confidence again with my body.

Highly recommend Alex. He was courteous, professional, knowledgeable, listened patiently to my many questions and gave thoughtful answers. I left with a solid plan to work on strengthening my knees.

Had a very bad back injury was inn alot of pain and the team at Lifemark helped me to regain my strength and gave me the tools needed to stay on the road of recovery tnx Aiden, Depack, Christina and the rest of the team at Lifemark.

Horrible, it looks like they work for worksafe/ICBC. They make you feel like it's your fault that you got an accident.

I came here through work safe after an injury. The staff was wonderful. They are a knowledgeable team of OT, PT, Kinesiologist and a counsellor as well. They are super professional, helpful and friendly. They are happy to answer any and all your questions and concerns about your injury, especially when you have other medical issues. They truly care. Colin, Sai, Olivia and Sean are a good team. I am completely impressed. Front desk is also very helpful and friendly.

Anyone who has the privilege of meeting you during a challenging concussion recovery is in very good hands. Colin, thank you for the excellent support you provided while I progressed through my recovery and return to work program. You are a gifted communicator, listener and recovery-support program designer.

Dedicated and caring staff will help get you up and running after an injury. They're knowledgeable and experienced in the recovery matters and will help you get motivated and get moving again.

I attended the Lifemark Physiotherapy program where I had a team of dedicated professionals working together to help me return to my job. I consider myself lucky to have had Colin Bialik as my OT and over the last six months working together I found him to be professional, understanding, patient, kind and knowledgeable. Thank you to Everyone on my team who worked so hard helping me with my recovery.

The online booking system is awful and states that the practitioner is working times and dates that they actually aren't. When contacted by admin later in the day to confirm my booking the reception tried to bait and switch my appointment with a less experienced practitioner. Admin was dismissive of my complaints. I can't rate the quality of treatment, but the booking system and admin experience was terrible so I'll book instead with nearby competitors.

I was injury at work on March, and worksafe BC put me to the OR2 program, I am very lucky to have a very good teams to help me to recover, they are all very thoughtful and understanding and know how to help me out and suitable for what I need. I had the pleasure to work with Colin Bialik for the last few months. He helped me to reenter my workplace with much success. Colin exhibited much care, compassion and knowledge. He has the ability to listen to his patients and guide with very important tools to challenge yourself through pacing and planning. My daughter was treated at this clinic for an injury after a mountain biking accident. She received excellent treatment, the staff were warm and friendly and she was successful at recovering and getting back on her bike. We can't thank the clinic enough for all that they have done for her, both mentally and physically!

Working with Warren was a real pleasure. He listens, gets to the bottom of the issue, spends the time with you one-on-one, explains everything clearly (anatomy, details about the exercises, etc.) and is open and keen to answer any questions. I went in with an ankle injury and also addressed some shoulder and knee pain. All the staff I interacted with were very friendly. Highly recommended!

I saw Warren at Lifemark for a climbing-related injury since I wanted a physiotherapist with sport specific-experience. Warren is knowledgable and encouraging and took the time to work with me to develop a tailored recovery plan. This place brought me out the slump I was in due to my injury. I was able to exercise 5 days a week. Every part of the day was good. 5 $ parking on Pacific by Rogers arena. But parking under lifemark and across from T&T. Go in with a positive attitude, do what you have to and get on with it.

After sustaining an injury I was referred to Lifemark by my insurance company. I was hesitant at first, as I had already seen several specialists. Upon meeting Taryn (kinesiologist) she quickly made me feel comfortable and confident in her abilities.
Taryn provided me with an exercise program that safely addressed my injury and ongoing condition.

Lifemark has good facilities and friendly staff, and Warren is a great PT. He's mindful of my goals and gives me plenty of support and advice. I highly recommend him for rock climbers as he is a climber himself. Thanks, Lifemark!

After a high impact automobile collision I was referred to the Lifemark Physiotherapy Clinic @ Keeffer Place. Through my doctor and support from ICBC my journey to recovery has been fantastic. I came to the clinic unable to bend, lift, squat and barely able to walk. There is still a long road to completely return to a full recovery but the progress I have made is well beyond what I initially thought was possible. The staff from reception to the clinic to the gym were completely professional and always accommodating. Bravo.

This place is awesome! The staff is great, from the front desk to the doctors and health practitioners. Dr Joffe is great and always makes me laugh, Colin Bialik the OT is so caring and attentive, and Sherryl Burk is a very compassionate Counselor. I've worked mostly with Taryn (Kine) and Liz (physio) and they are absolutely fabulous, I cannot say enough good things about these two! I feel like they have my back and they genuinely want to get me back to optimum health. They are so kind and caring, and they are funny too which helps the process. Please keep up the great work! I had an excellent experience at Lifemark Keefer. All of the administrative and professional staff were very welcoming and helpful. In particular, Warren Nicholls, Physiotherapist, who helped me recover from a knee injury this past October. After injuring my knee at a spin class, Warren performed several treatments on my knee and guided me through a series of strengthening exercises which led to a speedy recovery (<1 month). Throughout the process, he was very informative and answered my questions promptly between appointments. I also had the opportunity to meet Paula and, through our brief introduction, I could tell that there was a high standard of professionalism throughout the practice. I highly recommend Lifemark Keefer and Physiotherapists Warren and Paula!
