Lifemark CNC is an incredible facility. I was in involved in a vehicle accident and ended up with a concussion. It was a very unsure and scary time in my life as it was my first time sustaining this type of injury. I was referred to Scott (by my family doctor) and was assured that he is best in town and specializes in concussion rehab. I am happy to say that I have made it to recovery thanks to the wonderful team here. Scott did an extensive evaluation of where my injury was at. He is an excellent physiotherapist who listened to my concerns and symptoms. He really gave me the reassurance and hope that I would make a full recovery. Terryn (Kinesiology) helped me gain back my strength to go back to gym and doing all the things I loved again. The girls who work up front are always so accommodating and help rebook/let me know if cancellations come up. I am thankful that I entrusted this location to help me and I am so grateful for the team here.

I worked with Scott to rehab a knee injury and he was absolutely amazing! Really knowledgeable, caring and just great to engage with and work with. My knee is feeling so much better now thanks to the program he created for me.

I was looking for another attempt at physio to help with a shoulder injury, after having little success with it shortly after the accident. Lifemark, in the Capital News Centre, was recommended to me, so I stopped by and arranged an appointment with Scott Pinder. Scott evaluated my situation thoroughly, taking my history and testing my strength in several movements. After receiving IMS (Intramuscular Stimulation) and deep massage in my first appointment, I was able to sleep through the night with no pain for the first time in years! In follow-up appointments there was more IMS and massage as well as a series of strength building routines to be done at home, mostly with resistance bands. After 5 appointments and daily exercise, I'm thrilled with my increased range of motion, my strength, and the significant reduction in pain. I am very thankful for the care and treatment I received at Lifemark CNC and would recommend them and Scott very highly.

Scott Pinder did an incredible job helping me rehab my torn MCL to get me prepared for my international waterski competitions this fall. Since the injury 2 and a half months ago I am pain free and waterskiing mutliple times a day down south with a complete range of motion. Can't thank Scott enough for the work he did

Scott was great to work with and really helped me get my shoulder functioning again after a 3rd degree separation. He was able to provide me great exercises that had me back on my mountain bike within 8 weeks after my injury.

I started coming to the clinic at 18 after a car accident. When I first came in I was young, scared, in pain, and really confused about what was going on with post accident recovery. The team at LifeMark not only treated me as a person rather than a patient, but they also became like family over the 18 months that I was being treated by them. From my first days of treatment, all I remember is the reassurance I got from Manny about how everything I was going through is normal, and how everything would be ok. As a scared 18-year-old, I cannot express how much that helped knowing that they genuinely cared about my recovery. With kinesiology, Terryn helped me overcome things that I thought I would never be able to do again, and showed me I could keep pushing forward even when I wanted to give up. Massages with Richard allowed my muscles and joints to relax to the point where i could be a functioning human being. In occupational therapy, Cydney helped me piece my life back together and get into a normal routine that would seem so basic to other people, but I would not have been able to do it on my own.even though this is one of the most professional medical establishments I have been to for recovery, they never once made me feel like I was just another patient coming through their doors. The amount of times I laughed at this clinic supersedes anything else.if I were to recommend one clinic to anyone it would be this clinic.they will not only take care of your body and mind, but they also take care of your soul which is the most important part of recovery.
I will never be able to explain how thankful I am to everyone at this clinic for everything they’ve done for me in my recovery.

I came to see Karlee at the suggestion of my physiatrist after exhausting all the avenues he had to explain the chronic pain in my shoulders and arms. After the initial consult, Karlee formulated a plan of action that included bi-weekly appointments combined with a set of exercises to do at home. With her commitment to me and my commitment to the home exercises, I am now experiencing a quality of life that I haven’t had in two years. Thank you Karlee- I can’t recommend you enough to anyone requiring a thorough physiotherapist!

I was assigned to Lifemark by by LTD worker for my herniated disc. I dealt with Scott and Terryn and they were great! The appointments and exercises they gave me were really good and very beneficial to my injury. I would highly recommend.

Manny is very knowledgeable and truly an expert in his job. I worked with him for about three months. He helped me with improving my hip mobility and engaging my back muscles, as I was having troubles with deadlifting and squatting. During the three months I also had a ligament injury in my ankle which Manny was able to help me with it.

I worked with Manny Villatoro for about 12 weeks to resolve a chronic lower back issue. Manny did a thorough assessment and then week by week, through mutual agreement, increased the difficulty of my home exercises to build strength and flexibility based on my progress. Each week he reviewed new exercises to ensure I was doing them correctly. He based his IMS placements on my progress as well. I found him compassionate, respectful and knowledgeable. He also recommended a colleague for a specialized area of practice that would help me deal with a specific injury. I'm very appreciative of his support to get me back to full activity. The clinic is automated for appointments, billing and homework and they were consistently diligent about COVID 19 protocols which I appreciated.

Scott was my physiotherapist at Lifemark and he and the whole team were AMAZING! They were very accommodating to my work schedule and even offered Zoom sessions when I couldn't make it to the clinic. The front desk staff are very friendly and very kind. I HIGHLY recommend lifemark, and especially Scott to anyone in need of their services!

I had an ache in the area of my left SI Joint. I saw Scott Pinder at Lifemark Sport Medicine CNC. He was very thorough in asking questions about my injury, and checking my movement before diagnosing my problem. He treated me with technique to relax the muscles and then performed two different types of traction to relieve the ache. I knew right away that his diagnosis was correct when he had me do another squat, after his treatment, and the pain was already less. He sent me home with specific exercises and a stretch to do at home with videos of them for me to refer to. His instructions were clear and I began to see improvement right away. I would recommend Scott to anyone with an injury.

Manny was my therapist and I have to complement him on his knowledge, patience and expertise. He helped me work through my rehabilitation with professionalism and patience, always working with me to ensure a workable rehab program. I’m back. Thanks Manny!

What a great experience. I had never had a sport injury before. Scott was quick to diagnose the problem and came up with a strengthening exercise program to resolve the muscle strain.

I would highly recommend Manny. He is very knowledgeable, honest and genuine. I had a painful case of plantar fasciitis, and through the exercises and visits with Manny, something that I thought I’d have to live with was resolved. Can’t recommend him enough!

Highly recommend Manny at Lifemark CNC. He helped me tremendously with my tennis elbow. As a physiotherapist myself, I expect evidence based practice from my physio and that is exactly what Manny provides!

Thank you Manny for your amazing care and kindness in treating my vertigo. Thank you for explaining in great detail what exactly was going on and what the ideal goals were to rectify my most uncomfortable dizziness. Too many people I know suffer from vertigo and don't realize they should call you. I really appreciated getting in to see you promptly and how you had the high tech equipment to get the job done right.

Scott was a terrific physiotherapist and helped with my recovery from my achilles tendinopathy. He made my recovery plan specific to my goals and was helpful at every step of the way. I am now on my way to recovering and hopefully competing in races this spring and summer. I would highly recommend Scott to anyone who needs a physiotherapist.

My experience here was great. The staff worked very well together and had my injury figured out in no time, and also explained to me what exactly was wrong. They were also very straightforward and didn't push me to book unnecessary appointments after my injury was sorted.

This is one of the best physiotherapists I have been to. I had the IMS done on my forearms and back muscles. Felt amazing and they focus alot on prevention and maintenance afterward.

I have been going to Life Mark CNC for the past six months from a very severe car accident. The cheerful faces of Kayla and Lydia always greet me at the door. They are always friendly and patiently help keep my many appointments organized!
Manny has been doing concussion therapy as well as Physio for my back, knee, and shoulder. He is very knowledgeable in his field and is always very kind and encouraging through my healing process.
Amanda is my kinesiologist. She has also been an awesome part of my recovery. I have learned a lot from her and really appreciate her knowledge, kindness and patience. She can always make me laugh.
Rory has been my massage therapist at the clinic taking care of my whiplash and chronic headaches. I find him very kind and understanding with my pain and always feel improvement after every appointment.
