Purchased a defective garment and tried to return it the following day. Apparently they don't stand with their customers, I now have to deal with the company on my own time

By all standards, this is the best place to shop for quality and variety. They are highly organized and customer service oriented.

It is also the friendliest and safest workplace environment—the employer/supervisor-employee relationship is top-notch.

My husband had atherosclerosis and could barely walk. He has since had 3 fights (boxing) and works out all week. Drs were surprised that not only he recovered but how fast. Thanks from England.x

The Supplement Managers expertise in nutrition and health is exceptional, and he’s always willing to offer guidance and recommendations. I’ve been shopping at this store for years. This store is my go-to destination for all things health-related.

One of my very favorite places. Great selection of produce and shelf-stable health foods, and a supplement department full of knowledgeable staff. The store is clean, cheery, and well-organized, and there's always something beautiful to look at in the nook the base of the ramp.

The store is nice but the employees are not always. The cashier once threw a bag of cilantro at me and I had to catch it above my head. They are rude when the card tap doesn't work th first time, and the loss prevention workers are always glaring, following, and getting in your personal space. I spend hundreds of dollars per week at this store but still get followed aggressively by the loss prevention workers. It's an uncomfortable experience and I'm looking for an alternative option for my grocery shopping now.

The staff discriminates against anyone that wears a mask. Eyeballing and very reluctant to touch the items to ring them up and especially when handed cash.

Great natural selections, cool gift wear, stocked supplimets and a killer cosmetics and personal care section. I really like this store and spending time browsing and taking it all in I just don't love having security following me around, like if your going to stalk me at least offer to hold my things while I shop sir

Grew up in Victoria and have fond memories of this place, staff have always been friendly and helpful and has a great range of foods and supplements that’s are hard to find elsewhere.

Best selection of organic produce and fruits. Lots of variety in bulk and packaged foods. High quality meats limited selection.

Bought few stuffs from here today and really liked the prices as they were on sale. I believe they really have great potential for more business as there are not any other grocery stores in the area. Hoping they will introduce more stuff for competitive prices even if it means non-organic.

Staff have always been helpful and friendly. I know times are tough but the curry chicken wrap ingredient list should have rice as the 1st ingredient. I didn’t notice red onion, red pepper, spinach or mango chutney. For $9 try for less rice and more vegetables please. Will not purchase again.

Favourite place for getting high quality supplements and natural health products that promote holistic healing. I get vitamins, arm deodorant, shampoo, toothpaste and some food products. It’s a monthly go to store for my health needs.pretty expensive but a good investment.
