Lifetime Dental at Sevenoaks

I’ve been with Lifetime Dental for roughly 3 years now. In that time I have been satisfied with the care I’ve received with the normal ups and downs along the way. However in the past 3 months I have received exceptional care from both Rhianon and Dr. Ghazvini. Their attention to providing the best possible care to their patients is evident and very much appreciated. I cannot recommend them enough and will be going out of my way to refer local friends and family to their care in the near future. Well done both of you!

I called to have an abscessed tooth pulled ASAP. I'm going through a tough time right now and I'm on disability and supposed to cover 55% of the bill. I have no money right now and they covered my portion for me. The treatment I received was top notch and the care and compassion they showed me made me feel blessed. I would highly recommend this office for all your dental needs I'm definitely going back

Incompetent. The dental hygienist dropped a tool, picked it up, rinsed it off and proceeded to try and use it on my son. When I asked her about it, she claimed that she left the tool in the sink and grabbed another. So I checked and sure enough there was nothing in the sink and no clean tools, either. When I pressed her on it, she told me she has "clean" tools in her pocket. This wasn't even the first time she's done this. The last time we were there, she dropped a bib on the floor and still used it.
Between the disgusting disregard for hygiene and having to wait well past your appointment time, this office is not worth your time.

6Stars! Dr Bob is awesome all the staff are very friendly and accomodating. I know i am not the easiest patient but they put up with me with grace and understanding! And Dr. Bob SAVED MY LIFE recently, he noticed a lesion under my tongue, and told me to get it checked.long sttttttory short it was cancer and DR BOB{my hero} basically saved my life as it was caught early by him and now I can get treatment right away. Hes a great DR and all round nice guy.funny too, loves his fish.thanks to everyone there, cheers

Called early on a Sunday morning with a throbbing toothache… dr kyle responded within minutes and was able to help out immediately. Couldn’t have asked for a better response and experience. Thanks again to dr kyle and lifetime dental. They were a life saver!

I highly recommend Dr. Kyle for both dental and orthodontic services. I’ve had extensive work and have just started Invisalign treatments with him. I’m consistently impressed. Dr. Kyle’s expertise is evident, and his staff is always accommodating, making it easy to schedule appointments that suit my busy life and schedule. If you’re in need of top-quality dental and orthodontic care, Dr. Kyle and his team are a great choice.

First time back in the chair after an embarrassingly long time away. My teeth needed extra attention. I'm not proud I knew what the consequences are. When I tell you that sweet gentle dental hygienist and I went to war on my bottom jaw please understand she left it all out on the field and cleaned my teeth to the fullest extent of her ability. I was happy with her efforts and swore a promise to return to the dentist at the next appointment.

Obviously trying to scam out of money. When I walked in I had filled out the form saying that I am basically overall fine with the presentation of my teeth and then the first thing the doctor asks me is if I am happy with how my teeth look. I say Yes and then he goes "I noticed your two front teeth are super crooked. We could get you an Invisalign to fix that. " And goes on and on about it after I say again that I'm fine and that it is not priority. Very nice. Sees young girl with coverage and thinks "I wonder how much money I can milk her on insecurities. " Disgusting. I have very straight teeth and every other dentist in the past have consistently complimented me on it. There were more obvious money grabs in the appointment but I've seen the unprofessional Google replies to this place in the past and would rather not have a childish reply calling me names and leaking my disclosed medical information. I do NOT recommend this place. Especially if you're a young woman.

Dr. Kyle was very accommodating and very helpful.

I was in so much pain and he acted on my concern right away.

He did phone consult and prescribed me antibiotics and anti-inflammatory meds.

My 94 year old grandmother had a lot of tooth pain. Lifetime dental removed the bad tooth and her pain was gone next day. No pain meds required. A+

I took my 1 year old daughter here as I discovered she had a chipped tooth. I was amazed by my experience and the patience and care of the doctors and assistance. Pleasant greeting at the front desk. Lovely interaction with the dentist, very informative, very caring and understanding. Overall a family feeling. I felt relaxed and at ease. Absolutely recommend.

Dr. Kyle is so considerate and kind. Someone in the family had a severe tooth ache so we thought we’d give a call late at night for a emergency. The earliest appointment for us is this upcoming Tuesday but Dr Kyle went out of his way to help arrange something for the pain and inflammation until we can come in to the office. Thank you for going above and beyond to make this problem tolerable!

Amazing dentist! Had to go last minute for an emergency operation! They were more than accommodating! Excellent establishment and went well beyond exceptional service. Less than 24 hours post procedure and swelling is down by more than 60 percent. Dr Kyle came in on his day off to take care of my needs. I live an hour away from his practice and I am his new patient. I made 20 phone calls on Sunday in the Vancouver area trying to find a Dentist to take care of my my needs, I was in extreme pain. I drove to the valley to have Dr Kyle to perform 2 extractions and a bone graft. An hour drive is a minor inconvenience for the level care he provided. I will continue to make the drive for my future dental care needs.

This is a wonderful practice with friendly, sincere and caring staff. My first experience here was an emergency and they happily took me in with short notice. My family and I will be coming here for routine checkups, and dental surgery if needed again, from now on. Highly recommended!

Called after hours due to unbearable tooth pain from the root canal I had got done the day previous at a different dentist, that did not give me any sort of medication, just said to treat the pain with Advil/ Tylenol. No matter how much I took the pain would still come through. I called the 24 hour line and spoke to Dr Kyle. He was very helpful and was able to get me a prescription over the phone for antibiotics and some stronger anti-inflammatory (this was at 830pm) and even called the pharmacy for me to get it made. Life saver! It was like night and day after taking those meds. I cannot thank him enough for curing me from that intense pain.

Had my tooth chipped and dr kyle did a perfect job to make it look perfect the same day on my first visit.

I really enjoy how.i am treated with courtesy by the front desk staff the DAs at the back and then Dr. Kyle. They make me feel that they care and that I am not just a number to fill the quota for the day.

Dr bob is the best. I really appreciated him and Basanti. She helped me a lot during treatment.

Previously we had excellent experiences with the other dentists and staff. Dr. Kyle on the other hand is arrogant with poor time management skills. Appointment made for 8am and Dr. Kyle still hadn't left his house. Rescheduled appointment the next day at 10am and again Dr. Kyle wasn't in the building. He finally shows up at 10: 30 looking like he hasn't showered in days with a wrinkly shirt on. If your patients can show up to their appointments on time, be a responsible adult and show up to work on time.

I went 2yrs back. After that never been there. Because the receptionist was discriminating my country and doctors. They are just money grabbers

I had a wonderful experience here! I had a dental emergency, and my dental office was closed. So I called Lifetime Dental and they got me in a 4: 45pm and did emergency dental work and stayed late to help me. I was very thankful! The staff and Dr were very kind and helpful. I would highly recommend them.

After my own positive experience I decided to get my son get his dental work done here. As always, Dr. Kyle and his team made sure he was comfortable and taken good care of. This is surely his best dental experience as he got two fillings placed and left with a smiling face!

Dr. Kyle Nawrot is one of the most gentle dentist I’ve had ever. I have childhood trauma from a dentist I had as a child and told the office this and they went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and well taken care of! I practically fell asleep during my last 3 root canals! Best dentist ever and the receptionists and hygienist are also one for the books, all very polite and professional!

Wow do I have great things to say about this dentist! I contacted Dr Kyle fairly late Saturday evening in desperate need of an emergency root canal. He not only answered me in an incredibly prompt manner, but was able to immediately call in a prescription to my local pharmacy for antibiotics and anti-inflammatories, and on top of all that was able to book me in first thing the next morning. My procedure was completely painless, super fast and ended up costing me less than I had initially planned. I will be recommending Dr Kyle to everyone I know! 10/10 amazing experience.

Dr. Kyle Rawnot has been doing a great job on me. I am getting full extractions done slowly. He is extremely patient and as soon as I show a sign of pain (still a bit of healing from prior extractions) he stops for me to take a breath. The staff are very friendly and understanding. I would suggest this dentist for sure.

I had a dental emergency and Dr.kyle went way out of his way to help me before I got there and following up the next day.he booked me first thing the next day and went to work on it and the pain was gone! I avoid dental work due to a fear of needles! But the way he did it was crazy I didn't even feel a thing. It was an amazing experience and much appreciated I highly recommend them and the staff was great too super friendly and helpful

My kids didn’t have chairs to sit on for more than two hours, and two appointments were not honoured as scheduled.
One of my teeth which was filled is sensitive four days after the filling. I have to call and ask why because my tooth wasn’t sensitive before the filling.

I had a excellent experience at Lifetime Dental! The staff especially Tammi and Dr Letnick! Took care of all my dental needs and definitely recommending to family and friends. I was extremely impressed with Dr Letnick experience and care for his patients. 5 star all around dental office!

Lifetime Dental was a pleasure to deal with.
Reece at the front desk is extremely helpful. Jackie the hygienist is very personable and put my mind at ease. Yorsa who took my X-ray and pictures also took the time to explain and even share them with me. Dr. Kyle took extra time to explain everything in detail. It’s nice to get the treatments you need where the staff are not rushed and truly make time for their patients. I highly recommend Lifetime Dental

It has always been an amazing experience being at Lifetime Dental, I have had all my wisdom teeth extracted here, and the doctor was much patient and made sure that I am frozen completely and feeling no pain and then only proceeded with the treatment. I love the customer service as well that is provided, both the doctors, assistants infact the hygienist and reception is super friendly Front staff is always welcoming and makes sure that my concerns or fears are addressed.
Anyone who has fear of extractions or anxious this is your place.

The guy was so patient talked to me the whole time tryna get my mind off of getting my tooth extracted sucks they charge $500 to get put to sleep and nearly $200 just for the extraction itself even though I’m on income assistance.only down side, but they were very nice there one lady even came & held my hand unlike clearbrook dental they actually gave a bunch of gauze to go and a prescription of medication and t3s overall good service but not the happiest about being charged?

I had an exceptionally good experience here. I needed an emergency root canal and had to catch a flight home. I called in the morning at 7: 00am and despite the fact that I had never been there before, I was in and out quickly and was able to catch my flight. Amazing service!

Had a great experience at Lifetime Dental. Very nice and polite receptionists and awesome treatment. Best thing was that they booked me for the next day and next week when I needed, so no weeks of waiting.

It was my first time visiting a dentist in Canada and I definitely had a great experience with Lifetime Dental. The dental hygienist was very professional and patient with my case. I have not been able to visit a dentist for years and there was a lot of work to do with my teeth but she went through it thoroughly and patiently. Everyone was very courteous, friendly and explain things very well. The dental office was very clean and cozy. Highly recommended.

I am a very nervous person when it comes to dentist visits due to generalize anxiety amongst other things. The staff here were very kind and accommodating and did everything they could to make sure I was comfortable. I also work for a travelling show and am originally from the states so the fact they were able to accommodate me on such short notice was amazing and very helpful.

I would like to give a huge thank you to Dr. Bob Letnik, he really worked hard on my teeth and took great care of my smile, along with his expert assistant Vasanthi, they worked over time and went above and beyond all my expectations. It was very kind of them to offer appointment during covid 19. When no other dentist was available. They took extreme care of my wife during her tooth extraction and followed up when she was in extreme pain.edit Dr Bob. Letnick was kind, knew what he was doing and offered his immense help. Would certainly recommend.

Kyle helped me with my tooth extractions. Not painful at all made me feel very comfortable! They were very professional and polite I would definitely recommend this place! As well as the dental assistant she was amazing made me feel comfortable aswell!
