For several weeks I have suffered from pain in my head, neck, shoulder and lower back, and after having massage and physio treatments and having minimal results, my daughter referred me to Dr. Jeff Pereveerezoff at LifeWorks Family Chiropractic.

Following a very thorough consultation and treatments with Dr. Jeff my condition has vastly improved and I cannot begin to express how grateful I am to him.

Dr. Jeff and his support staff are always friendly and helpful and I highly recommend Dr. Jeff to anyone requiring the services of a Chiropractor.

I have never been to chiro before this as I was skeptical, but seeing the science behind the work LifeWorks does I was intrigued. Since seeing Dr. Vinny I have seen corrections in all facets of me life - breathing, mobility, flexibility, and have been invited to a community of improvement.

Very consistent care and always willing to help explain the reasoning behind the adjustments. Really like the focus on the nervous system rather than just joint/posture.

The best place to go to be adjusted. You feel alive and home with the plants, music, and smiles all around. They have helped me with my body when nobody wanted to. I have enormous respect for Dr. James and where he is removing subluxations. He is always smiling, upbeat, supportive, and well-informed. I rarely feel comfortable with male doctors, but he is reassuring. Trauma stored in the body is releasing bit by bit. They have short sessions multiple times a week to support recovery and rebuilding between. I sleep for a couple of hours after each session as it releases trauma and stress. I always get scared at new chiropractors. I will be scammed or crack my neck too roughly. NO, NOT HERE. THEY ARE WONDERFUL. They are in this practice to heal, not for greed. Try an adjustment, and you won't regret it. They also use a clicker often, which seems to be much less invasive. They always have great promos and even events like yoga. It feels like a familiar place as soon as you walk in there. Life works and makes YOUR LIFE WORK! I could go on and on, but just know they are there waiting and are right for you! They listen to what your body is telling you and understand that everyone is different with different needs and treatments. You're greeted by smiling gorgeous receptionists. Who is willing to work with you to find a plan appropriate for you. Thank you, Lifeworks!:) I am no longer worried about getting concussions. My mobility went from a walker to without. My tics have went down roughly 90%.

My girlfriend and I have been seeing Doctor V for several weeks now and we have both seen huge improvements in our sleep, daily activities, and in our bodies. Doctor V’s bubbly energy in the office helped us feel at ease and he is extremely knowledgeable and willing to answer and explain any questions you may have. Highly recommend 10/10!

The team, Michelle and Dr. James really made me feel comfortable and talked me through a lot of stuff, but, I felt all the info helped me understand what my body is not working with me, but against me for lots of reasons, and am ready for my first app't next week! Lifeworks is far more then any chiropractic experience, it’s a lifestyle into a greater sense of our unique wellness needs. Each practitioner is extremely thorough in taking time for a very generous assessment process that’s reviewed along the way to ensure correct care plan throughout. Lifeworks are incredible. I’ve been having ongoing chiropractic care for about 5 years, and have seen multiple chiropractors throughout this time. Dr. Kent is by far the best one I’ve ever seen.

He took a holistic approach, and using some pretty cool tech he was able to immediately identify an ongoing nervous system issue that’s been a big contributing factor to my anxiety, musculature issues and misalignment.

The customized care plan of stretching, exercises and adjustments have made a world of difference. I saw results immediately after my first adjustment, and continue to improve weekly since.

Can’t recommend these guys enough!

Was originally referred by ICBC due to a MVA back in 02/21. Have been going ever since. From day 1 Dr James his wife and their staff treated me like family. Their professional sincere compassionate approach to physical rehabilitation and mental wellness leaves a profound impression on their clients. Their atmosphere has been constantly kind positive understanding and supportive, even with the odd late arrival or rescheduled appointment. If only our world was like the the environment at lifeworks. The staff treat each and every client with dignity and respect and I would absolutley without hesitation recommend their practice.

I went in to the clinic a few weeks ago for my initial assessment, XRAY and nerve assessment. Dr Kent and his staff were welcoming and it felt like I was at home! My results showed that I had significant T1-3 misalignment and in only 1 session, I had already felt significant improvements in the adjusted neck area. Results include better peripheral vision, my headache of 9 months is no longer, and I can move my neck with ease and much better mobility. Each session improves my neck and back significantly! I can't wait for the next session tomorrow!

They are very thorough with scans and x-rays as well as amazing with children and familys. I 100% recommend them to everyone who are in need of chiropractic care.

Seriously they have helped me so much. I had so much right shoulder pain from computer work over years, and could not walk up stairs using my right leg. Shoulder pain is gone and can do the stairs with minimal pain. I have a little more work to do but the entire team at Lifeworks really care about their clients well being. Had my first appointment today. It's been years since I've needed a Chiropractor, or so I believed. This was a great experience for me. I’m amazed at how I feel these days.

I came there and I couldn’t hardly walk but after 3 visit I’m out off pain and feeling wonderful thanks to them.

I had never been to a chiropractor in my life. My lower back pain became so severe, I could barely move. I started visiting Dr. James 3x per week and over time, reduced that to 1x per week. Today (6 months later), I have no back pain whatsoever. Zero. Shoveling heavy snow is no problem. For me, the improvement was not instant nor linear, but the treatments definitely worked over time. I give Lifeworks Family Chiropractic my highest recommendation.

Absolutely amazing staff. They started with an evaluation. And found all my problem areas.and have concentrated on those areas.

I'm blessed to have found this great Chiropractic team. Dr. James and his staff are fantastic and concerned about overall health and well-being. I came into the clinic with 9/10 constant pain in my neck and upper back. After getting assessed on my pain level, stress level, x-rays taken, medical history taken, assess interference in my nervous system etc.a treatment was set up, and I started my first adjustment. This was all in the first day. I found out that I had a very advanced, long time problem with my cervical spine and it did not look not too promising. The sweetest words I ever heard that day, from Dr. James was, "I can help you". I almost cried. I thought I'd have to be on pain medication for the rest of my life. By the second week the pain reduced to about 6/10 and not constant. Each week I was getting better and looked forward to coming for treatment. The next x-ray showed my neck was straighter and my pain level after a month was almost nil, except if I overdid it with lifting etc. I am getting better and stronger each week. I had no idea just how badly all the stress and trauma that I have experienced over the last few years affected my overall spinal / nerve health. I can sleep without any pain and wake up without the horrible headaches now as my spine is properly aligned. My sincere thank you to all the team of Chiropractors at LifeWorks.

I was a professional athlete for 20+ years in which I’ve had these injuries; Liz Frank Fracture in my right foot twice, torn ligaments in my left foot twice, torn ACL & MCL right knee.only once, fractured right pelvis, separated both shoulders once, three back surgeries, torn rotator cuff left shoulder third and final time.along with multiple concussions and DDD so I’m very cautious trying anywhere new that has to do with my body but I figured after moving to Kelowna 1.5 years ago I should look into getting straightened out.
The whole team makes you feel welcome from the moment you’re greeted. (including phone calls). NO surnames or titles used here! Everyone calls you by your first name whether in person or by phone. Each step is explained so clearly. I could go on and on but I’m going to end this with the most important thing.
