I joined Lighthouse as part of a study and with more than two years of lower back pain. Dr J and his team at lighthouse are fantastic! It has been a great experience from day 1. They work with your needs to solve the problem causing pain rather than giving 1 adjustment and sending you on your way like other chiropractors I have been too. I finally have better movement to keep up with my busy family. Dr J recently started working with my 3 year old as well and is so good with him, he is usually excited for his appointments so he can hear the popcorn in his body.plus he loves getting his stickers and smiles from the fabulous Michelle up front. Dr. J and the Lighthouse Chiropractic team make you feel very comfortable and welcome as soon as you step in the door. I have seen a number of wonderful chiropractors to try to relieve my pain and have done acupuncture as well. Some have provided temporary relief but not for long. Having xrays and photos taken really help to see the problem areas. The follow up treatments and exercises are tailored to each person’s individual situation. Dr. J is very good at explaining his approach and I feel that I have found a long term solution to my pain and back issues. The program is set so that I can’t really cancel last minute without a very good reason and it helps me to be accountable for my recovery and treatment. I am excited to see my positive results and now have my daughter visiting Dr. J and his team as well. Highly recommend giving Lighthouse Chiropractic a visit for an evaluation. I have been returning to Dr. Ken at Lighthouse for roughly over 4 months now, in order to help alleviate my tight and achey shoulders+neck. Dr. J has been my chiropractor for a little while now. The amount of knowledge the Lighthouse staff has is truly amazing. I never would have imagined how much of our body is affected by an unhealthy spine. I really enjoyed how in depth everything was spoken about during the initial evaluation. I also really enjoy how instead of telling me to do exercises with no knowledge as to why, they actually explain why the exercise needs be done and how it’s helping. Everyone is extremely kind and I would personally recommend them 10 times out of 10

I have been to different chiropractors for 20 years. I have had a nagging lower back issue off and on. (I have other issues as well with spine) I have been given various advice from each of them. Some treat you like an open debit machine. Some have no treatment plan. Some came up with a treatment plan that didnt work for me. Dr Ken and his clinic appear to be a lot more in tune to a patients individual needs apposed to a cookie cutter approach. Its still early days, but I am seeing and feeling an improvement in my overall back health. One thing to consider are other ailments that you have with your health that maybe a result of your spinal posture and condition. They want to know about those. Lighthouse has some unique patient care devices that i havent seen before. The dennerrol table is one example. Expect a complete assessment when you go there. From xrays to other measurements and questionnaires. Expect a treatment plan. Your there to get better so my advice is to follow it. I am seeing positive results here. I highly recommend lighthouse. Great staff! Great doctors here. 5 star all the way.

Dr Ken the Chiropractor and Adam the massage therapist are amazing! I have been coming here for the last year and I have never felt better. There is x-ray proof that my spine is healthier and the progress made through massage in only a couple sessions is amazing

I've been to a few chiropractors.
I'd go for a while to help with some back pain then once I felt better I'd stop going. This place makes me want to keep coming back. The entire staff is so nice and my Doctor really knows what he's doing. He took x-rays and walked me through everything I could improve on and then they provided options and at home exercises to do in order to improve my posture. I highly recommend this place if you're looking for a great chiropractor.

Best chiro experience I've had in a long time. Incredibly detailed, caring and talented Dr's, wonderfully kind front desk and clean office. I have been working with Dr. Ken, and couldn't ask for a better experience. Discussed multiple treatment options to best fit my schedule and finances while still helping me get better. Since the initial conversation to book an appointment my experience has been outstanding. Everyone here is kind and caring, which is so helpful especially when you’re in pain. When you walk in they warmly greet you, and you immediately feel comfortable. Dr. Travis Robson has made me feel confident in my healing since the very first visit, he is so compassionate and really allows you to feel heard. The knowledge that he holds for what he does is unlike any other practitioner I have met. Although I haven’t seen them as practitioners yet. Kati, Emily and Bobby are always extremely lovely and so helpful! From the front of the office to the very back and everything on between, I will not consider going anywhere else!

My family and I have been coming to see Dr J for years now, and I can honestly say that he is the most honest, straightforward and capable Chiropractor I have ever been treated by. I love the atmosphere that he and his team have created. Our three kids have been adjusted since they were babies and we all enjoy incredibly great health. This summer I ruptured a calf muscle in a basketball game and was also in the midst of a rugby season. Typically this type of injury would set you back many months of rehabilitation and recovery. Knowing my eagerness not to miss the rest of the rugby season, Dr J recommended shockwave therapy. Bobby Davis treated me and offered great advice, helpful exercises and stretches and even sent me helpful videos. Dr. Ken Adams is absolutely fantastic. I started going due to a strain from golf, as well as lower back back pain from my desk job. Since starting I have been able to play golf regularly and no longer have any pain in my lower back! There was no pressure throughout the whole process and I was able to set a routine that worked for me. Would highly recommend!

Lighthouse Chiropractic has been serving me for the past 1 1/2 years. First with Taylor Brown RMT who has been treating my post car accident stresses and strained body. Taylor has literally been a God send as she has worked through many evolving issues I face as my body heals from the trauma and the accident. Strong hands and very intuitive, Taylor reads my body's issues and knead through to allow my body to do its healing.

More recently the last 2 1/2 months I have been treated by Dr Ken Adam's skillful hands as he applies his therapy to adjust my head forward, shoulder back posture. I am seeing my neck permit his skillful manipulations in a way no other chiro has managed. We get the desired adjustment every time! There really is hope that I will have a more balanced body with a heel lift helping to make my legs the same length and home exercises which support the process. So glad I am getting these services from Lighthouse Chiropractic!

Dr. Travis and the team at Lighthouse are amazing! Everyone is very friendly and professional, and will take the time to learn your name and ask how you're doing each visit. Dr. Travis has been a huge help in relieving my back pain, which I've had for nearly 6 years. Before visiting, I could not even do simple household chores without pain, and I was suffering from vertigo nearly every day. After a few weeks, my vertigo symptoms are gone and I can do multiple household chores without any discomfort.

Amazing chiropractic clinic! Dr. J has helped me with my neck and back pain and I've notifced improvements in just 4 weeks of care. He is very educational about my health and taught me a lot about how important a healthy spine is! The front desk staff are always friendly and the clinic has a very bright and energetic feel.

Our family would see a chiropractor quite regularly in the lower mainland. We recently moved to Kelowna and needed to find a chiropractor. The level of care we have received from seeing Dr. Travis Robson is next level.

To start, the x-rays brought so much clarity to why I was feeling the way I was. It was undeniable seeing the difference between my x-rays and the “optimal” example x-rays.

Before I would go to the chiropractor to “get fixed” but not really understand the underlying issues causing the pain. Dr. Travis helped “fix” us as in getting out of pain but then armed us with tools to move us in the direction of correcting the issues that were the source of the pain and stiffness. We stuck with the plan he set out and I have not had such a reduction of pain and stiffness since I was in my 20’s! Even with my substantial back injury from my teenage years.

I would highly recommend seeing Dr. Travis for your chiropractic needs.

Lighthouse has been outstanding for my chiropractic needs and the first office out of many I’ve been to that will take X-rays/progress pictures to see where your body is at and explain where you should be ideally. They create a plan on how they will get you physically where you should be and you will see results! It’s not just your standard chiropractic office, Dr. Ken has helped me so much. All the staff are also so friendly! I recommend Lighthouse to anyone who has persistent issues/pains that haven’t seen positive results from Chiro treatment yet, they will get you results.

I tweaked my back and was unable to walk properly. I called the Lighthouse clinic and was greeted by a warm, compassionate voice on the phone. Jaz quickly booked me in for an appointment and an hour later I arrived at the clinic, hunched over and using a walker to assist me as I was unable to walk normally. Dr. Jenkins saw me right away, took x-rays and determined the problem immediately to be some disc wear at the bottom of my spine. Dr. J adjusted me and was able to get me standing upright and walked out of the clinic without the use of the walker. I would recommend Dr. J and his Lighthouse staff to anyone needing this type of service. I have been back since and will continue to use their services whenever possible.

For a few months I had extreme lower back pain and unable to perform simple, basic maneuvers without pain. I tried a few simple exercises and even purchased a new bed, but somehow it made no difference. Realizing that this was difficult to deal with, I then decided to contact Dr, Ken Adams for a chiropractic approach. Dr Ken did a thorough, unrushed analysis of my problematic areas and and coached me on how to get great results with his guidance. After a few treatments I can honestly say my lower back pain has totally diminished. Definitely 5 star in my books.

They took me under their wing and have been helping me recover for a few months now and I can’t thank them enough!
