After years of accumulated emotional stress, I decided to give counseling a try when I experienced a new overwhelming stressful event. Each conversation with Robert and implementing the tools from the sessions led me to a state of feeling less overwhelmed and experiencing more joy. Robert is very kind and engaging. It is obvious Robert does this work for the love of it and genuinely care about clients

Excellent therapists! Actively listen and provide practical solutions to address concerns rather than suggestions from textbooks. They genuinely care about their patients!
I experienced tremendous growth in my 5 months with the service. Moreover, I see great breakthroughs and tips to learn and grow as a person. The therapists are positive and supportive which allow myself to view things in different perspectives.
They are so validating and reaffirming of my emotions. I feel heard and understood during our sessions. I am extremely grateful how much patience they have for me. Lighthouse Counselling is highly recommended for those who are seeking mental health professionals! They are the spa for your mind! I would rate 100 stars but Google only allows 5.

Saw the good reviews and decided to book a couple counselling session. My partner and I were due to meet with the counsellor on a Sunday afternoon. We arrived and found the office closed. Left a voicemail and a few days later an email to see whether he mistook our appointment date. He never reached out to apologize for missing our appointment. His scheduling app did send us reminder a couple of days prior to the appointment to confirm the session. Not professional and a really disappointing experience.

If somebody looking for counselling, i would definitely recommend Rob for everyone. He has great personality and he's always doing his best with regards on his job. It was a great experience working with him and just like the other comments below, at first I do have hesitations to go on my first session with him but as soon as the session started, I begin to feel comfortable and no regrets attending my sessions. He is the best and he's always listen to your concerns and helping you for your fast recovery. Thank you so much Rob, now I feel better.
