This company recently changed ownership and the new owners never answer the phone. I'm trying to reach them to complete my built in project which the previous owner started, but the new owners do not seem to care and I'm just stuck with an unfinished built in unit. Shocking that they would acquire a business and abandon existing client base and their unfinished jobs. Would not recommend.

Purchased the rice straw tatami mats made in Taiwan, and am very happy with the product and service! Quick and friendly service, and the mats are beautiful. They smell lovely, best sleep I've had in a long time. Would definitely recommend.

Installed tatami few months ago and it's been great so far. Michael and his sister were super friendly. Size exactly fit into my measurements. I live in Victoria and they charged reasonable fee to come over for installation. Professional tatami maker and great products. Strongly recommend!
