My friend recommended this nails salon I decided to try it and I love it. Highly recommend

Great experience at a lovely salon! I got my nails done by Nikki and she seems to put great care into her work. She gives advice to what would look good and converses with you through the process. I’m so happy with how my nails turned out! I would love to come back again.

Unfortunately disappointed! Had high hopes for this place upon reading reviews, however the sanitization standards weren’t there which threw me off. For a more “luxurious” salon, I was suprise by the pedicure session. The tub was not lined by plastic and it’s difficult to tell if it was washed properly beforehand. Someone else when after and I didn’t see a proper cleaning. I could be wrong.but it is the first time I haven’t seen at least the plastic wrap. The tools they used weren’t opened from a sanitizing pouch which threw me off as well. After the tools have been used in me, they scrubbed it and threw it aside. I question if they are all cleaned properly - as a result I was quite uncomfortable the whole pedicure session thinking whether I would get an infection. Aside from the nice ladies there, the other aspects of the salon was more “basic”. Not worth the higher price imo, unless you’re coming here for something specific like nails extension which seems like the salon is good at. If they can improve the visible hygiene practice, I believe the salon can do far better (even for someone like myself who does not go to fancy salons).

Lilly's Nail Lounge truly deserves a glowing review! My recent visit was an absolute delight, thanks to the exceptional service provided by Thai. Her skills in designing nails are nothing short of golden – she's a true artisan in her craft. Thai's precision and creativity were evident throughout the process, leaving me with beautifully designed nails that exceeded my expectations. Lilly's Nail Lounge, with technicians like Thai, sets a high standard for excellence in nail care. I wholeheartedly recommend Thai and everyone who works in this salon for an outstanding and pampering experience.

Finally found the BEST NAILS SALON in VANCOUVER. I have been so many nails salon but no where I feel satisfied when I leave. Only this store makes me feel so so happy. The nails shape is flawless & clean. They have bunch of colors to choose and so many charms & designs. This salon live up to the standards of a perfectionist. Definitely coming back

Very happy with this salon. Last month a different salon really messed up my nails. And I had a feeling I was going to be proposed to the following day. Lilly Nails Lounge, specifically May, really came through with fixing my nails up. They took me the same day I needed them and fixed my nails up beautifully. And I WAS proposed to the next day! Got many compliments from my nails. Thank you, May! (Photos are from last month and today!)

Say no to bad experiences here. Usually, I have Tiff with me, but this time, I guess their name is Patrick. He’s so patient and careful with my set. Also big thanks to Vanessa for keeping me entertained all the time

Got an acrylic set done with May and she was fantastic and really took her time! The nails turned out beautifully and May continuously checked in to make sure I was happy with the results and she was able to do the exact design I wanted. Definitely recommend this place for acrylic nails:)

How can you not love Lilly nails lounge? ! They have the best technicians. Everyone is super nice and friendly. They have the most selections of color. It makes you want to go there everyday so you can try all the colors!
My technician May is so skillful that she is able to make my weirdest requests to the prettiest styles! I get compliments all the time about how pretty my nails are.

Had an appointment with patrick for a full set of gel x nails, and they turned out exactly how i wanted! Overall beyond happy with everything they had to offer, and the service!

Their nail art is great, will follow reference pictures and give you exactly what you want.
The problem is it’s highly overpriced. You will get a big surprise when you finish the manicure and find a big fat bill. Plus the staff keep talking loudly in their own language in front of you and you can sense they are talking about you and how annoyed they are by the fact that you want a specific design and accessories on the nails.
The pedicure is price is double of what I usually pay at other places and it was not anything special at all, I have had better pedicures and massages for half the price!

I loved it here! I had such a great experience getting my gel nails done for the first time. The atmosphere was very nice and welcoming. The staff was wonderful. My nails look perfect! Highly recommend:)

Best nail salon in Richmond, maybe even in Vancouver. Patric and Vanessa are AMAZINGGGGGGGG. I have brought friends here and they also loved it. I'm so happy with my nails every time <3

Patrick is my favorite nail stylist. He listens to you and he also give you ideas on how the final look will be. He is dedicated makes sure you leave the salon with 100% satisfaction.

Amazing experience, I definitely recommend! I called to see if they had any availability to do an acrylic removal and they did right away. I didn’t wait that long. I cracked my own nail from my nails being on too long/rough with one nail and the guy made sure I wasn’t in pain when doing that one and took extra care of it to be as painless as possible! He also had time for a gel polish so that was really nice as well and made sure to put strengthener on my nails which was definitely needed! I did white with chrome!
