Limas Autobody & Glass

Our car’s rear windscreen was being smashed a day after Christmas. Limas Autobody & Glass did a great job fixing it. They are so expert in their field, reliable, and time efficient. A big rave to them. I’m happy to give them a score of perfect 10. I attached before and after photos.

Friendly professional service. They did a great job on my car after an unfortunate incident with a deer. They promptly addressed some minor issues after repair. Would definitely recommend.

I had a fabulous experience getting a new windshield at Limas. Communication was easy from beginning to end, their availability matched my schedule, everyone was super friendly and accommodating, and the work was done quickly and professionally. I would absolutely go again without any hesitation.

Quick note of thanks to Limas. A guy there just made slight fix to my car, on the spot and for free. Other companies were booking consultations weeks out and he just said to just bring it by and offered to take a quick look. He made a fix and hopefully that takes care of everything, but either way he did it for free and there in the spot which is really nice. Thank you!

Lima painted my 2016 Mazda MX-5 Miata, they did great work and kept me up to date. They worked with me to get the rims I wanted while I was away with work and hard to reach. Some delays not due to Lima, but from third party companies and Mazda for parts, however they kept me up to date.
They are busy with the loads of ICBC claims but worth the wait, id go back to them again.

Fantastic service! For my icbc claim Lima had a very smooth and efficient operation getting the quote and then scheduling when to bring my car in. They do beautiful work, my car looks great! Everyone at Lima was wonderful to deal with.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Lima’s Autobody and Glass came to our rescue, squeezing us in to replace a front passenger window due to an unfortunate break-in that happened at the hotel we were staying at while visiting Vancouver Island. They even went the extra mile and washed the car from bumper to bumper. They turned a terrible experience into a positive one and we can’t say enough good things about their management and staff. Thanks again guys for a wonderful job, the workmanship and service was absolutely amazing. We highly recommend this shop for any of your autoglass needs.

Someone had driven into my parked car and damaged the front bumper and side panel. I brought my car to Limas for repair and from start to finish it was a fantastic experience.

Chris in the front office was extremely helpful and great with communication. I am very happy with the quality work that was completed on my car. Hopefully I won’t have another reason to come back here but if I did, I would 10/10 bring my car here again. Highly recommend this shop!

These guys are amazing! Why go anywhere else? I manage a plumbing company and I sent one of our employees to drop off his van at 8am. They said we couldn't drop it off that early because our appointment was at 10: 30am. Instead of sending us away, they fixed our bumper right there on the spot and didn't even charge us! All the praise to this rockstar company who understands a thing or two about stellar customer service! Will definitely use them again! Highly recommend!

First time bringing one of our Company vans to Lima's and we are very impressed. We primarily dealt with Chris but all the guys there were friendly, personable and efficient. I will absolutely be bringing back any vehicle to these guys, although I hopefully don't have to soon.

What more can I say that others haven't covered. Work was done fast, quality of service was great, and I walked out paying what I expected. Overall one of the best experiences I've had dealing with the automotive industry.

DO NOT GO HERE!

We took our jeep in for some minor scratch repair and paint. The estimated work time was 4 days. We dropped our jeep off on a Sunday over a week ago. This shop keeps stalling and extending the pickup date, and now the jeep has been in their shop for over 9 days. That's twice the amount of time quoted to us.

If you like paying more than you initially planned for renting a car, by all means, use this shop. Otherwise, don't waste your time here and find somewhere better.

I’ve used their services twice now with two separate vehicles, and I’m always pleased with their work. Not only that, but this time I got my truck back and it had been pretty much detailed inside. And I will tell you, it was a mess. I just came back from a month-long camping trip. I highly recommend these guys.

The only shop that would take my Jeep under a 5 month wait after we were hit, and they did an AMAZING job! My Jeep is gorgeous!

Excellent workmanship, efficient service, and great staff all combined to make for an excellent experience in getting a few repairs addressed. This is a shop that clearly cares about customers. As a nice touch, my car was sparkling when I picked it up, and they never tried to up-sell any products or services. Limas really went the extra mile, and I'll definitely be back the next time my car needs any autobody services.

Had an insurance claim repaired with the team at Lima's Autobody & Glass. They did a wonderful job! The entire process was efficient, and I would recommend them to anyone looking to get some work done.

Absolutely incredible customer service. I reached out to Limas after trying every shop ICBC had listed. After hearing over and over that nobody could even have a look within 1-2 months Limas said to come down right away. They ordered a new sunroof and had it replaced in 2 days. Right before the rains came. I'm stunned how awesome they were and couldn't recommend them more.
