Been getting my haircut by James for almost three years. He’s professional, timely and consistent with the quality of his cuts. I’ve always left extremely happy with my hair, and somehow he continues to get better at his craft. Would recommend his service to anyone.

It’s not just a haircut it’s an experience. They know what they’re doing you can tell with the end result always being phenomenal consistently. If you know you know best haircuts in Vancouver best to book ahead of time they are Extremely passionate about their craft.

I had been living out of the country for 2 years and just recently visited Jom again for the first time since. Safe to say he is top tier and is able to offer his insight and opinions on what he thinks will look the best. Not often you can find a barber that you can trust when you want to make a significant change in your cut.

My experience at Liminal was superb, from booking my appointment to the service itself. Joseph was awesome and his skills are top notch, and the location of the shop is convenient. Definitely just earned a new regular!

Extremely professional service and a great first experience at Liminal from Jom. The atmosphere was great - very clean and modern inside as well. Jom was super friendly, conversational and good at his craft: He gets to know all his clients on a personal level while being able to give them a cut that will fit their hair type/head shape and encourages feedback/critiques from the client to further suit their needs. Very impressed with my haircut as I had been going to my previous barber for many years and while I always thought it looked clean and sharp, I also felt something was off as it didn’t really fit me. On my very first visit despite being a project, Jom delivered and gave me an even cleaner cut than I have gotten before which fit me perfectly from day one. 10/10

It’s really hard to find a barber who can give you exactly what you want. I’d trust Jom to cut my hair before any big event. That’s why he is one of the best. Well… got nothing but unreal things to say about this place.it’s clean, organized, professional, and the vibe is always right with the music and friendliness you’re met with by all the staff. Major shoutout to Rami, the detail is always crazy, and he takes the time to hear what you want, and EXECUTES! He is very personable, and I look forward to seeing him each time I go. I’ve gotten a haircut by majority of the homies at liminal (shouts Jomari and Joe) and they’re also amazing! To all the lads cutting at liminal… BRAVO!

I’ve been coming to Liminal for a few years now. Always a positive uplifting vibe in the shop. Anytime I’ve got high profile client work or an event to go to in the States, I come here first to get taken care of and always get compliments on set. Evan the shop owner is a great guy and super inspiring with how he runs his small business. Can’t see myself ever going anywhere else.

I used to get my haircuts downtown but thank the lord I found this place, not only is it close to home, parking is easy and free, the haircuts are always fresh and the vibes are chill especially with the music bumping! All the barbers at Liminal are professional and provide quality cuts for a good price. Started using Joe about 5 months ago and I have never looked back. My hair is something I really care about and I am very picky with who I allow to cut it, almost to the point of being sacred. Joe is by far the best Hairdresser I have ever used, and now I only trust him. Recommend to any and all.

I've been coming to Liminal for almost a year now and I have had multiple cuts by Evan, Joe and Jom. It's hands down the most experienced and friendly barbershop I've been too. They aren't just generic cuts like many other shops do. They cut your hair to match the shape of your face and head. Making sure that you not only leave looking great, but when your hair grows back it keeps that same shape and keeps you looking your best, until your next cut. The attention to detail is unbelievable. Great vibes as well.

I've been going to Evan since 2012 and the professionalism his team has is unmatched. You always feel welcomed when you come into the shop and they have handled the COVID-19 pandemic incredibly.

A barber named Andrew gave me an amazing cut and gave me the best haircut that I ever recieved. He gave me a really good fade and the perfect length on top. My favourite place to go now, such a good atmosphere and very friendly staff!

By far the best barber shop I have visited! Liminal is ideal for people who want a cleaner, and more professional experience. I couldn't handle waiting in line or the mess at some of the other barber shops around and I like how they take appointments which for me is important. MOST importantly I would.say they are the best quality hair cuts as well. Highly recommend!

I was never one to really care about haircuts, hairstyles, or grooming in general. To me getting a haircut was more maintenance than anything else. I used to laugh at people who got multiple haircuts in a month, now I'm one of those people counting down days to my next cut! I selfishly almost don't want to leave this review to make sure I can keep my appointments!
