Convenient, caring and quick. I was pleasantly surprised to find they are open for appointments 7 days a week. I was given an appointment sooner than I expected. The vet phoned me personally to relay my cat’s bloodwork values. Then I was able to get my cat in for an ultrasound the very next day!
I will continue to take my cat to Lincoln Animal Hospital.

This vet office made me so distraught with their sleezy medical practices to the point where it's taken me years to write this review because their actions actually make my blood boil. To this day I am so thankful I got a 2nd opinion and didn't let them pull several healthy teeth that never gave our dog any issue or pain. I cannot fathom a human being so low in character as to want to pull an animal's teeth, making their life immensely more difficult, all in order to make a quick buck. There was so many more unprofessional practices that, unfortunately for this review, I purposely have blocked from my memory. I know because I remember having a laundry list of things that upset me. I can tell you have friends with similar experiences, one of which paid for a dog's travel visa where she has to drive it to the US boarder to be stamped to then find out of was never needed. Their reminder emails are also purposely misleading to look like you made an appointment in order to lure back customers who don't know better. Please go anywhere else.

Dr Ali Sadaghdar in Lincoln animal hospital is the best vet and he is amazing also his team are the best, they best care my dog always

GO ELSEWHERE. ANYWHERE. I got my dog put down here and had a few encounters with them over the years. They lost my dogs remains for several weeks and I never got my paw print that I paid for and so desperately wanted.apparently the company they employ to do it “ forgot “ before burning him. Money hungry vets with no regard for pets or their owners.

Fantastic vet care.open every day.reasonable fees. I highly recommend Lincoln Animal Hospital.

Staff knowledgeable, polite and Helpful. My puppy grow up in isolation due quarantine lock down I thought hi is going to be uneasy and with anxiety, seeing the vet.first time after lockdown.

Dr. Mary was very kind and understanding. She did everything she could to make sure that Max (my chihuahua) was taken care of and that I was fully informed and supported in taking care of him as an owner. She's great.and look at him now, back to mean mugging it.

In his final hours, Dr. Ali and his staff provided both Teddy and us the much needed sympathy and support and did everything possible to make sure that Teddy passed comfortably (our beautiful Teddy is truly missed) Dr. Farhang also called the following week to check on us which was very thoughtful. My family and I love these superb doctors and their kind staff.

We are very grateful and thankful for the wonderful care that Dr. Farhang Farhadi and Dr. Ali Sadaghdar along with the rest of their amazing staff provided for our Teddy. We took Teddy here for all of his care from the beginning, from routine vaccines and checkups to emergencies and surgeries, and they always treated Teddy as if he was their own dog. A few years ago he required a major surgery which Dr. Ali performed perfectly. The outcome was beyond our expectations and Teddy was able to enjoy 3 additional years. With their care, Teddy was able to live a full, vibrant 16.5 years. Unfortunately Teddy recently passed away and the entire staff has expressed their love and empathy and helped make the process easy for both Teddy and our family. I highly recommend Lincoln Animal Hospital!

I have been with them for 5 years now. The staffs and veterinarians are very friendly and helpful. My dog had couple times of emergencies this year, and they were kind enough to fit in an appointment on short notice.

Get vaccinated for my cat. Price is crazy! My first cat so 0 experience on her vaccination. Then I talked to other clinics, I realize that they must charge more for those unnecessary requirements.
So if you have no experience on your pet, stay away from this clinic. They will ask you to pay more on your pet even though those are not required. I reviewed several one star feedback. All have concerns on the price. So be cautious!

This clinic has highly trained, compassionate staff. Our cat Cheddar Chips says his medicstion shots didn't even hurt and made him feel so much better. And mom was quite happy with the bill. Prices are quite reasonable!

They are truly caring and amazing.
They Receptionist lady was absolutely nice. I have seen Dr. Ali. He was friendly and kind.also very nice with my little dog. They followed up after few days after, about my little boy and asked how is he. We are new in BC from Australia and not living in coquitlam. But this clinic worth to travel and have good vet. Cheers to all of the staff.

The Dr's behavior was very strange. My dog had a minor broken nail and he recommended sedation which wasn't necessary. They cut her nails and stopped the broken one from very minor bleeding and charged me $300. The doctor didn't seem caring and honest to me. He barely stayed in the room with me and send her nurse to take a look. The staff are very nice and welcoming but I don't trust this doctor's words. When he spends a minute with you in the room and comes back with the most expensive way to sell a package to you. I'd recommend finding another clinic for your pet.

We recently moved to the area and have been so amazed at the compassion and expertise at Lincoln Animal Hospital. They now care for all 4 of our cats. In particular, Dr. Ali discovered the route of our kitten’s health issue we had been struggling with (and which had been misdiagnosed by 2 previous vets). The issue is now resolved and we couldn’t be happier.

We can not say enough great things about the care we’ve received from Dr. Ali Sadaghdar for our elderly dog Sadie.
We transferred to Lincoln Animal hospital a couple years ago, due to our previous vet selling their small business.
We have felt our dog was very well cared for in the hands of Dr. Ali. He always took time to hear us, assess our pup and she was not afraid of her visits at the vet, which was our previous experience.
As our dog was nearing the end, we visited several times as her health was failing. We were met with compassion and care. We were informed of our options but never felt pressured and always felt she was in good hands. Dr. Ali sincerely cares about his patients and family. We are forever grateful to Dr. Ali.

I recently switched to a new vet and this made me realize how unreasonable this place is; the doctor is going after the $.

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Ali Sadaghdar and his staff! My 10-month-old puppy had a knee problem I took her 2 different clinics and they told me she needs surgery and they were all talking about the cost instead of giving me more information. I took her to Lincoln clinic and Dr Ali helped me a lot, he spent time explaining every detail which I appreciate as an “over worried” pet parent, he explained our options and he gave me some advice which was super useful.
Another time I called the clinic for an emergency case, the Dr and the staff were nothing but kind, empathetic, knowledgeable and caring. I could say that Dr Ali treats our dogs like they are his own, and you can tell he genuinely cares and he always gives us his honest opinion.
I am beyond pleased and will only take Fandogh to this clinic moving forward and recommend them to all our friends.

Both our dogs love Dr Ali, and we love him and his team too! He has been our vet for over 6 years now and we travel from North Van only to see him. He treats our dogs like they are his own, we love how he interacts with them and you can tell he genuinely cares. He always spends the extra time to explain things to me which I appreciate as an “over worried” pet parent, he is respectful of my opinions and always gives us his honest opinion. The staff are friendly, organized, and the clinic hours are very convenient. They have always accommodated us if we have an emergency. We won’t take our dogs anywhere else. I took my sick cat there today and was amazed with the immediate response by Dr. Farhadiniaki And all the staff to urgently help my poor boy. The attention to detail, care and comfort provided by the whole team was more than I could have imagined. All treatment options and prices were discussed in detail and explained thoroughly. They got him in right away as well. I am beyond grateful for every team members help today. This vet hospital is amazing and I would highly recommend trusting them with your fur babies care. I know that the decisions he makes is for the well being and comfort of our very loved family dog, Ahou. He is truly a pleasure to speak with as well as attentive and accommodating of our time. I took my dog TooToo there when he had turned 4 months (after his first month with me) and the staff were friendly but my overall experience was not a pleasant one. At that time I had no idea which vaccinations my dog needed so they did the recommended DHLPP, Bordetella and Lyme vaccinations and also rabies vaccination and another two which I don't recall. The total bill was $280. I brought him back 1 month after that for his remaining second shots and was told they would only do the necessary ones but then they did all the shots again and it was another $280. It felt the place just wants to bank money and after talking to a few local ppl around the area I got the same response. Never took my dog there again.

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Ali Sadaghdar and his staff! Our beagle Molly first came to this clinic on an emergency and from the second we walked through the doors, they were nothing but kind, empathetic, knowledgeable and caring. The doctor explained our options and took a more holistic approach to the problem while keeping us informed every step of the way. You could tell he genuinely loves animals. We are beyond pleased and will only take Molly to this clinic moving forward and recommend them to all our friends. Thank you Dr. Sadaghdar and team!

I haven't had too many experiences with veterinarians thankfully but if anyone has had a worse experience then I did I truly feel sorry for you. The assistants were lovely to deal with but the doctor did not offer the same expereince. He spent 10 seconds "examining" my sick cat but the next 30 minutes talking about money. Not offering any answers or results of the "exam" until I would pay anywhere from $1,000 to 1,500, not including treatment. Never once did the doctor make it seem like he had the animals interest in mind, the only obvious interest was payment. The part that really upset me was after I decided to go for a second opinion, he tried negotiating the price with me as I was leaving for him to run the tests, only to take the results with me. Thankfully I decided that it was best for my sick cat to leave and visit an office with a doctor who puts the need of the pet first.

You know when you find an animal hospital and when you get there you realize the staff isn't there to sell to you the human; they are there to fix the problem your animal is having? We as pet owners were secondary to our cat, and it was obvious. That's what I want when I look for animal care.

The team at Lincoln animal hospital were so caring and patient. We had to go back numerous times to get bandages changed after out little fur baby hurt himself, and we couldn't have asked for kinder service. From the front desk staff, to the nurses, to both the vets that work out of the hospital - everyone was knowledgable and keen to help our little guy.

Fantastic service by the staff. They are always kind and caring and they do everything to make sure your pet is comfortable. The only downside about this place is the high prices for everything especially examinations.

I came to this hospital due to an emergency with my puppy, and would never come here again. I found Dr. Farhadiniaki to be incredibly unprofessional in his interactions with me and was deeply disturbed by how he interacted with my pet. When my puppy began to whine within the medical area with me present, he loudly shouted at her to "stop screaming so much" while leaving the room rather than taking the time to soothe her. I am deeply concerned about the fact that he felt comfortable acting in this manner towards a patient (who is a 9 week old puppy) with me and other staff present, and would never trust him to treat my dog with kindness and care- in fact, I worry about what kind of treatment my puppy went through when I was not there. Additionally, I found him to push extremely hard for unnecessary tests and specialist visits, as well as attempting to sell specialty foods when simple home care would do the part. In relation to his disrespect towards me, he repeatedly asked that my mother join him to discuss a care plan when I am the adult owner of my dog. He continued to do so a total of three times despite being corrected the first time around- I found this to be extremely condescending and disrespectful in terms of client relations. I would absolutely avoid this vet especially regarding the interactions I witnessed between Dr. Farhadiniaki and his patients.

Where do we start; Dr Ali and staff a huge Thank you for taking care of our beautiful Tito we miss him terribly but you went above and beyond for the family thoroughly us to see him over to his next journey, we had 11 wonderful years filled with love. Not professional at all. Lied to us and said our dog was sick and needed surgery. Only moments later to say he was kidding. Who does something like that? Save to say we switched vets after.

We will be switching Vets! We have been going here for almost 3 years and we've honestly had enough of this place. Several strikes. Our cat has been having on ongoing health condition that has yet to be resolved. Vets just seem to care about money, we always end up leaving spending $500-$1000 each visit with still no solutions. We were given antibiotics for our cat in which they didn't not give us enough for 10 days so I had to go back a pay for another refill when they did not own up to the mistake. We had to go a 2nd time to refill as the 2nd refill was still not enough!
The last strike was the way they handled my cat when they were trying to get blood work from him, it was completely unprofessional and traumatizing. It was all unnecessary as they knew in the past he always needed to be sedated. Moreover, Dr F is rude and condescending. Stay clear of this place.

The girls at the front were nice but the doctor we saw seemed to be rushing us in to a bunch on treatments for our three month old puppy, who we thought might have a UTI. He could tell we were new pet parents and that we were worried, so he pushed all of these blood tests and antibiotics at us. He seemed to not care about our dog at all. My boyfriend said no thank you and we went to another clinic the following day. Turns out our puppy just had very normal discharge that happens a LOT with un-neutered dogs, yet the doctor at Lincoln AH was trying to convince us it was much more serious. Safe to say we won't be back.

Tried to take advantage of me and my wife. Trying to sell us treatments for our dog like a car salesman.

I’d like to add that I’m a big fan of the appointment reminders via text - especially when you’re busy working all day and can’t answer the phone. Their complete care and love for animals truly shows ️ I highly recommend Lincoln!

We took our puppy for her first check up appointment to see Dr. Ali Sadaghdar. Dr. Ali was caring, loving and very gentle with our puppy. He was very patient and answered all the questions we had. The girls at the front were also very awesome and nurturing. We live in north Vancouver but Dr. Ali is the best and highly skilled and we don't mind driving to Coquitlam. Would recommend Dr. Ali to anyone that has a pet!

Lincoln Animal Hospital's caring staff cannot be surpassed. Their compassion, wisdom, care, and expertise is beyond measure. Whenever a pet requires treatment, this can of course can be stressful, yet the Doctors, Manager, and Assistants at Lincoln make every contact and visit a positive, reassuring experience. My wife and I are very grateful for all the staff (past and present) at Lincoln Animal Hospital. Dr. M. Farhadiniaki, Dr. Ali Sadaghdar and all the kind veterinary staff have taken care of our dogs, Frodo and Sam for most of their lives.

Frodo, our Chihuahua/Jack Russell cross, recently passed away on July 28th, 2019, after 16 1/2 years of an amazing life. The last 1.5 years he lived with Kidney Disease but never lost his quality of life until the very end. Part of the reason he lived so long was the amazing care and treatment that everyone at Lincoln Animal Hospital gave our little man. We’re so thankful that they helped make Frodo’s life an incredible one! Sam is still going strong at 16 1/2 years old and loves seeing the vet staff every time we visit:)

My wife and I both highly recommend Lincoln Animal Hospital and all the amazing staff that work there. We can’t say enough great things about them and are very grateful for the many years of care, love and commitment they have shown to our dogs who are a BIG part of our family.

All doctors are extremely friendly and knowledgeable! Been taking both my miniature schnauzers to this clinic since day one. Would recommend them to anyone that care about their pet!

We have been coming to Lincoln Animal Hospital with all of our animals for over ten years now and will continue to do so. The doctors and staff are very good to our cats and dog. They are very caring, helpful and kind! We feel assured that our pets are in safe hands whether its for a checkup, dental cleaning or any other procedures. Highly recommend them to anyone!

Dr. Ali is amazing. He is very knowledgeable and experienced. He is so good at what he does. One of the best. He can be trusted %100.

The practices here are a little unprofessional; if you visit you'll get it. Stuff like painkillers in a clear bag (our regular vet told us it's light sensitive and should be kept in an opaque bag). Also, expect to pay more here than at other places. They are the only ones open late at night near our place, and it was an emergency.

Thank you Dr Ali Sagadaghar for being so helpful, empathetic and patient with us, and our cat Mochi! We have been seeing these doctors for about 2 years before we moved out of BC, but we really appreciated their service and knowledge.

We have been coming here for over 4 years with both our cat and dog and are very pleased with the friendliness and care the staff provide. We highly recommend taking your pets here, they will be treated like family. The extended hours are also a plus.

You are the best! Kind, and you take the time to answer all our question. You really care about animals. I would never go anywhere else!
