Would give zero stars if possible. Very disappointing experience. So many months and so much money spent to end up with no resolution. Had to move onto another lawyer at a different practice to carry on representing me.

Very unhappy with the service from Linley Welwood. I was assigned a junior lawyer who was $150 an hour instead of $500 an hour by Peter who is a partner. I felt like there was no strategy leading up to the hearing and while the lawyer was polite I never got a sense he knew what he was doing and realized too late that that was definitely the case. Peter who is one of the partners was my first point of contact and even though the case went poorly and I outlined why I thought things went badly I never got the response promised by Peter. You can never go into a case with a guaranteed outcome but there was no disclosure of strategy and when I asked for a transcript of the proceeding from Peter I was told I would have to order it myself even though the junior lawyer said it was coming. I felt like I was being represented by a law student and ended up with a very large bill.

When you go to a lawyer for 'employment legal advise' you don't expect that advise to change 180 degrees (criminal advise OK.employment? !) but that is exactly what happened with Rajvir. After we received the letter back from opposing council LAUGHING at our position Rajvir changed his advise to 'You will lose in Supreme Court'. Odd how the advise changed only after them taking my $1,500.00 retainer, conducting a parlay, then being laughed at. Is Rajvir still articling? Sure seems that way. His advise went from 'They owe you $90K+ to.you will lose. ' I did lose the minute I gave this guy my money. Save your money and find an employment lawyer who knows his stuff. I'm now out of pocket for his education yet somehow he denies this. He also states I had to pay for his research.agreed, he researched case law pertaining to my circumstances.told me my last employer owes me 90K +. SCAM

Raj Nagra is an amazing lawyer! He provided excellent service throughout my entire case and was always available to answer any questions I had. His work was top-notch; he thoughtfully considered all options for the best outcome in my particular situation. Raj's intelligence, knowledge of the law, and creative problem solving were tremendous. I highly recommend hiring him - you won't be disappointed! 5 stars!

I called to ask about the price for a POA / RA and was told that the person I needed to speak with was on lunch. I was instructed to leave her a voice message and she would call me back when she returned in 45 minutes. Three hours later when I was busy and unable to take a call she finally called me and left a voice message. I extricated myself from what I was doing to immediately call her back but reception told me she had just left for the day. I find all this completely lacking - 1) to not call me back when she returned from lunch as I was told she would and 2) to call me at the very end of the day and leave immediately when I would have no chance to actually finally speak with her. It's all so annoying. Now, if you were like the competent law offices here, fees are listed on the website so no needs to waste so much time looking for an answer. We will be using another office. I do not recomment this one at all. SMH.

Crystal Arbour and her assistant Lauren Tracey at Linley Welwood were great to work with. Communication was excellent and timely. They were very knowledgeable and gave helpful advice. I highly recommend their team.
