Kinda disappointed because I really expected Chinese food like Chinese people would make. This one was more western than asian

First time coming here and I was pretty impressed with how big the portions were. Enough to feed 2 people at least. Fresh and hot and very tasty.

Visiting BC and found this place. The meals were delicious and huge, worth the price. Will return if we are in the neighbourhood! Thank you!

Food portion is big, I would say more to American Chinese food. All the food is hot and service is friendly.

Definitely wasn't what I was expecting. Sure, the amount of food they give you is good. But the chow mein was flavorless, and the lemon chicken had a horrible underlying taste that resembled chemicals. The garlic chicken is okay, though, probably the highlight of the meal.

Didn’t know they were here. Until some coworkers took me here. Great food! Decent price. It’s my go to chineese food cravings now.

Have always ordered from Chan's which is no longer operating. We have been trying to find a Chinese food restaurant in Langley that we enjoy. So tonight we tried Lin's and are not at all happy. I can't even begin to describe the prawns as I am not sure they even were prawns. Absolutely no taste. Chow mein was ok and the beef chop suey was over cooked and soggy. Sadly disappointed considering the price that we paid. I am sure there is a "supply chain" issue so may try again in a few years but probably not

Ordered by Uber eats and the cost was extremely expensive for what we ordered. Took 45 minutes to arrive which is about average. Usually when we order Chinese food we get so much food we have lots of leftovers this was not enough for any and it cost $120.
Their food was not good! The ginger pork tasted like they used a lot of nutmeg? Who uses Nutmeg on ginger. Breaded prawns tasted like bread crumbs coated and it was no way prawns but miniature shrimps. The broccoli beef was very little beef slivers and the other veggie dish was beef was almost the same as the beef and broccoli with only difference was they added zucchini.
We definitely won't be eating there again.

Its fast food chinese. Nothing special and extremely generic but its cheap and fills you up. Some people like it but not me

Somehow, someone at Lins Kitchen found an overturned Ming and Sing product delivery van and emptied its contents. They then took it back to their restaurant, reheated it and poured hot sauce all over my "spicy chow mein". Will not go back.

Superb Food. You kinda expect Chinese food to give your grease burps afterwards but I've ordered twice now and the food has been excellent. I tend to stear away from greasy food. I had chowmein, fried rice, almond chicken, sweet/sour chicken and some pork item too.
They even accommodated on a substitution. That alone is worth coming back here.
I should also mention service was super quick and well packed. I'm a fan of this. Well Done this place. 5 stars

I found this business to be very expensive. The staff are polite and friendly, and the dining room is clean. The food portions are fair, but their prices seem to have gone way up since my last visit!

Ordered from this restaurant. It’s honestly below mall food court grade food. The only reason for the two stars is the portions. There big. But the flavor was never delivered. If you need a good bowel movement, then get a single serving and wait for the morning.

Overall a pretty good meal. The breading on the honey almond chicken and the sesame chicken definitely could have been crispier as it was pretty soggy. I wouldn’t definitely discourage the Kung POW chicken, it was literally 90% baby corn and other veggies and 10% chicken and mushrooms. Overall though it was yummy food for a reasonable price. I’ll probably return, I’d like to try their sweet and sour chicken. Lin’s, I’d recommend getting your breading to be a bit crispier.

Very sub par chinese food.
Feels like everything was thrown together and honestly tastes reheated. I got the pickup dinner special and I cant even finish it.
The sauces taste like from a package and are congealing. Not terrible, not good. Wouldn't come back.

It was tasteless and all the dishes tasted the same. It was not spicy when it was supposed to be. There was more sauce than anything else. The Chow mein was dry. Pineapple in the pineapple chicken was tastier than the whole dish. The eggrolls were pathetic. It was not fresh and felt like it was reheated. This was in the early evening there is no reason for it to be not fresh. I wouldn’t even leave one star.

Some of the best casual Chinese in the entire lower mainland. A small menu keeps the offerings top quality. Good meat cuts, well prepared and delicious every time. Great and friendly owners/service.

Great food. I order once a week and never had anything bad to say about it. Karen is wonderful to talk to and brightens my day everytime i go in.

Some of the worst chinese food I've ever had. All our dishes were cold, noodles were super bland, sesame chicken was 90% batter and was super hard. The vegetables we ordered looked like it was the cut off ends that should have been thrown out. Will definitely not be returning.

I was excited to see the change to later hours as I've always wanted to try this place. And it did not disappoint. A combo and a wonton soup (both were great, my kids loved the soup) and 3 of us were stuffed! Very polite and friendly young woman took and filled my order. Thanks for the great service and food!

Friendly staff and great food. Glad to see expanded hours - usually I'm only able to get it on my days off. I'll definately.be grabbing dinner here once in awhile!

I come here once per month or so, and the food is always great. Karen at the front is super friendly and always remembers my name. The quality of food is super consistent, which is important to me. Prices are not the lowest, at $11.50+ for a lunch combo, but quite reasonable, especially for the portion sizes (which are huge). I usually get the spicy combo, which is chow mein, kung pao chicken and five spice pork.

They could work on their presentation, I think because of some beurocratic legal thing they can't use plates or utensils, so the food comes in Styrofoam containers - I hate how wasteful that is. Other than that, I have no complaints about Lin's!

I had the lunch combo with sesame chicken and honey garlic pork. The veggie chow mein it came with was delicious and well cooked. The sesame chicken was crisp without being overly tough (a problem at other restaurants.) The honey garlic pork was sweet without being too overpowering, it was nice and soft too. The egg roll i got on the side was full of filling and was very crispy on the outside without completely falling apart. The owner? Karen is a delight too. Very friendly and nice to talk to.

This is the only restaurant I crave daily. The food is always very good and fresh. You will never find a better meal for under $15 thats ready in under 15 mins. Highly recommend.

Very friendly lady owner! The food came piping hot and was amazingly flavorful. I had lemon chicken, sweet and sour pork and veggie chop suey with noodles. Super fresh and I don't think there is any MSG. I'll definitely be back.

Food is great, staff friendly, the restaurant is clean, my only complaint is the short hours! Really wish they were open for the evening dinner rush as there aren’t many good Chinese food restaurants in Walnut Grove.

The food was good. And the speed of service was great. I have a personal issue with general restaurants that prepare hot cooked food and put it containers that are paper or cardboard and wrap it all in a plastic bag so the moisture destroys your package making it an entire wasted meal. Its a poor decision that is easily correctable. I give you five stars as the quality of your product should not suffer just because of an oversight of packaging. You did use a better recyclable dinner packaging. So its only the plastic bags that need to change.
