All I can say about this trip to Yellowknife is
I didn’t expect Lion Canada’s company to be so amazing.
They were very friendly and positive when asking and discussing at the beginning, but they never gave any local information or itinerary. In the end, they only gave it after asking again and again!
I can understand that there is no detailed itinerary. If you don't give an itinerary, at least let me know the reason instead of ignoring the message again and again.
When we arrived at the local area, they didn't tell us who would come to pick us up. We didn't find the pick-up staff until all the passengers on site called you. Although we thank you for picking up the phone right away, we really hope that we can improve or contact you in advance. Inform passengers who will pick them up
The second day's trip also included a local city tour and a night aurora tour, but we were given a Japanese tour guide?
I would like to ask, don’t we hope that when we sign up for the Lions, it can be at least in Chinese or English? In foreign countries, we don’t expect to speak Chinese, English is also acceptable! But Japanese. I still don’t know what the city tour is about. After all, I can’t understand Japanese.

I previously joined the Rocky Mountains tour organized by Lion Travel. The tour guide provided detailed explanations, and the overall service was excellent.

Four Days in the Los Angeles Mountains

Booked my trip to LA. The staff was very nice and helpful when booking the flights for me. Great experience overall, highly recommended

The first tour in the Rocky Mountains, the arrangements for the first and last two days were haphazard, the restaurants were repeated, the tour leader lacked service enthusiasm (the driver was particularly good), and when filling out the satisfaction survey at the end, I was told to fill it out, sign your name, and return it to the tour leader. Who can't write it down? Are you satisfied? In this Internet age, why not fill it out online? I’ll try other tour groups next time. I originally wanted to say that Lion is well-known in Taiwan and can guarantee its quality.
