I own a business my self and i know how hard it is to earn reviews. This company not only blew my mind but i am actually taking a couple things they did and applying them to my customer service staff and sales team. Just little tweaks that go so far with people that come to you.

From the initial phone call and immediate follow up with a pricing email and sales call to an immediate booking for a same day install once i had chosen my unit straight through to helping me set up my app in a patient way. They weren't pushy in getting instant payment so i didnt have to wait around with a credit card when i had to get my kids to school and get to the office.the bill got emailed to me 3 days later giving me all the time in the world to get sorted out for the bill.this whole process from the time i called to final install in total was 4 hours lol like unheard of in almost any industry. Their process was tight, their staff were obviously vetted and well trained and their installation team was fast and completely professional. This company now has 141- 5 star reviews and i hope that anyone thinking about getting a new opening system for their garage goes with them, they are fantastic!

Ok wow, blown away by the customer service of lions gate garage doors. Super friendly people. We're able to get my garage door fixed very quickly.
I accidentally drove In to my garage door and damaged a panel. Even though it was 12 years old they were able to find the exact same panel and replace it. It looks good as new as if nothing happened.

Kate was friendly, helpful, and very responsive on the phone. Harry and Connor came on time, and had the job done professionally and efficiently. They have also serviced another old garage door for smoother operation and provided helpful advises on how to maintain my garage doors.

Great Service! Our garage door broke on Friday night. We called Lions Gate and they didn`t pick up so we left a message. Within 10 minutes they returned our call. First thing the next day they were there to fix our door for us. About a week later, our door stopped working and our garage door was open. We couldn't get it shut. I called them up at 730pm on a Saturday night and they answered. The owner said he would be at our place in 15 minutes and he was there less then 10. He fixed our door right up again for us. Lions Gate Garage, was amazing Alfredo the owner and his team paid me a visit as I had problems with my Garage Opener. Alfredo took the time to call me on a weekend and listen to my problems and was very informative on what I should do and try. Once we established my opener needed a new motor he let me know I had a life time warranty with Lift Master/Chamberlain and I ordered it in. He came the next day and repaired the door. My opinion of this man is he is a professional, authentic and genuine tradesman, that I would refer my friends and family to. He spent time explaining what he found and his end result and price to fix the problem was vert reasonable considering all the work he did. For your Garage Door repairs do not waste time looking for someone to trust, call Lions Gate Garage Door Ltd, for the best service experience I have ever had when dealing with repairs I had done on my Garage door.

I emailed LionsGateGarageDoors to inquire about a garage door opener replacement and was promptly replied to with all the options to consider as well as price. Kate was quick to arrange a convenient time for install and Alfredo arrived right on time. He was quick to install and walked me through how to set up the remote features. Had a spring break that resulted in the arm also detaching. Called LG Garage just after 8am and from the onset had 10/10 service from Kate. While this wasn’t an emergency, there was a natural sense of urgency to find resolve. Within minutes she called back with an appointment for an hour later.

Met Alfredo who was extremely personable and knowledgeable. He walked through a range of educational pieces about the doors/springs etc and provided extended service to the unit to ensure its operating capacity was optimized.

My garage door seal needed to be replaced. The service I received from Alfred was prompt and efficient. He gave me a quick tutorial regarding the workings of the garage door. He even replaced my garage door keypad, which was not working properly, with a new and better model free of charge, since the old one was still under warranty. Customer service is fantastic. I purchased a double garage door from Lions Gate Garage doors this month January 2022. It did take some time to get it, due to the current shipping issues, but well worth the wait.

Phenomenal service from start to finish. Alfredo and Kate and both excellent, and their tech (I cannot recall his name) was also great. They went over and above to ensure we were taken care of from Day 1, recommended great products and the installation was perfect.

Our garage door jammed shifting to the right so my husband called some garage door companies on Dec 20 to ask for quotation. He was impressed after talking to a lady (Kate?) in Lions Gate Garage as aside from giving him a reasonable quotation, she assured him there will be no service fee or other fees. The amount quoted will be purely for the work that will be done. Someone came promptly on the 22nd to fix the problem and gave my husband pointers on maintenance. Unfortunately, we had to call them back on the 24th because the bottom left roller got dislodged. My husband was afraid to close the garage because it might make matter worse. He talked to the same lady who assured him someone will call him back and 10 minutes later, Alfredo called. He guided my husband over the phone on how to safely close the garage door and on the 26th, Boxing day, Alfredo came over to fix the problem and took the time to explain to my husband what he did as well as the root cause of the problem. We’re very impressed that they stand behind their work. We highly recommend Alfredo and his team – only positive adjectives can describe them. They get 10 stars out of 5 from us!

I would like to say Thank You Alfredo for a job well done on my Garage Door. Alfredo replaced the Spring Roller. He advised me on how to maintain the garage door and give me information on how a garage door works. He found that the Spring Roller installed 4 years ago was the wrong one. He installed the right one and my Garage Door is back to work again. Also, he came very fast. In less than an hour after I called the company, he was already knocking at my door. Very professional and I will recommend him to my friends definitely.

All I have to say is Alfredo does amazing work because it shows, and he truly cares about his clients. They are reasonably price and well worth it. I'll be going back to his company on a regular for any servicing required. I spoke with Alfredo and he was very polite and he was able to start work the following morning. There were so many issues with our garage and he was able to fix ALL of it. Our door was scraping the frame. The rollers were practically almost falling out of the tracks. The cables were frayed. It was slamming shut very loudly whenever it would close. There was a huge gap at the bottom of our garage where we had to push the door down for it to meet the concrete floor. He was pretty familiar with our setup since he worked on a few of the garages in our complex. He already knew it was a custom bulit garage and he didn't charge extra for the hassle. Thank you for your great work Alfredo! We hear it and see it everyday and it is one major peace of mind after having it serviced by your company.

Exceptional service! My garage door stopped working and when I called Lions Gate, Alfredo was very knowledgeable and really took the time to explain to us what the problem was, what to expect, and suggested different options for our 25 years old garage door. With the help of Alfredo, we were able to buy a new one and he sent Harry to do the installation for us. Harry was polite, punctual, and finished the installation in no time. He patiently taught me how to use wifi to control the garage door, and even serviced the other garage door opener that we had on the other side of the garage. We feel this company is trustworthy, sincere and gave excellent advise and service.

I accidentally jammed my door while changing the bottom rollers on it. Called Lions Gate and Harry came to the rescue. He was punctual and friendly. He quickly unjammed and rebalanced the door, then recoiled the springs and made sure everything was back in order before leaving. I'd highly recommend this company to everyone.

Alfredo's gift is twofold: first in patiently explaining and educating about garage doors. I'm so glad that we chose Lions Gate to fix our bent and cracked metal garage door. I had three quotes and only Alfredo at Lion's Gate gave me a no-charge in-person estimate and offered a few creative fixes instead of the usual "replace the whole door". I had called for a new garage door opener and Alfonso had me down for the next day instead of the Day he told me over the phone so when I called late in the afternoon if they were coming he said he messed it up. But he and his installer Harry showed up after Hours and got it done and adjusted my door better than it ever was. I had an old garage door buckle on me on a Saturday night in January 2021 at 8pm. A friend had recommend Alfredo so I message him through their website. I had a reply later that night. It was a Saturday after 10pm and I can received a reply. WOW! I did not think I would hear back until Monday. We came out on Tuesday and showed me and my wife what he would recommend and explained in detail what was involved. A couple days later I have a new solid garage door. I could not be happy.
