Haven't been here in awhile, tried to buy flea and tic treatment and was told i could buy the non-vet brand (Advantix that I can buy at Petsmart) cause the vet needs to see my dog before I get any flea/tic treatment? ! I don't trust places like this, my dog doesn't need to see the vet, it's a routine monthly flea/tic treatment. Lost my business. I'll spend my money elsewhere. Also I e had revolution flea and tic drops before and there was no issues. It seems like a ploy to get more money. The business has asked me remove my review. Last time I checked I had the right to post reviews

Came here for an emergency visit on a Saturday. The staff and doctor were nice and helpful. The prices are reasonable. Definitely recommend this place

I have had a good experience in this hospital. Doctors are knowledgeable and supportive.
Also, nurses have professional manner with pets. I really recommend this hospital for your pets.

I had called for the euthanasia service for my dog. It was extremely heartbroken to see my dog getting needle and I almost couldn't bear it.  Dr Joshi was really good and understanding. He comforted me and let me take the time to calm down.  He was very gentle and my dog passed away peacefully. Thank you, Dr. Joshi for your comfort and help.

I brought my dog after he ate chocolate. It was an emergency so I contacted this place since it is closest place from my home.
They were fully booked but thankfully they squeezed us in between appointments. When I got there, I could see they were really busy. I really appreciate how doctor Dr Joshi & Dr Sharma were being patient and took time to take care of my Brutus.

My dog eas attacked by 2 out of control dogs and was very close to being killed. It 2 wets hours to stitch up all his w0unds. When i asked how many stitches there were they said they lost count but there were lots. My dog was so close to death. But thanks to those veterans working so hard my dog made it. There is alot of healing still to do and the risk of infection is always there. But for now the outlook is good.

Choose it because it is the only hospital available at the point, however, the doctor and staff are all nice and friendly. Didn’t recommend any unnecessary service and charged reasonable price! Recommend!

The only vet clinic that was able and willing to help me interpret x-ray of my puppy Icey taken elsewhere for second opinion at no charge. All other places wanted to repeat x rays and charge me. They made space that day, had diplómate orthopedic surgeon on standby and in 5 minutes had my answer. Surgery booked few days later by orthopedic specialist. Available late evening to consult re pain management. They called first thing in morning to check in and again few days later. Front staff very helpful and friendly. Honest and up front
re cost. Both veterinarians very caring, careful and informative. Clinic is clean
and bright. If you are looking for a veterinary clinic, I highly recommend you give them a call. I very grateful for their prompt and caring help in a very stressful situation.

Took my French bulldog here today after getting no answers elsewhere the previous day. The dr got us in for his first appointment of the morning. He was very sweet to my dog. He got down onto the floor with her and pet her and made her comfortable before he began assessing her. He comforted her throughout the exam. When given our quote for the day, the vet worked with us to come up with a treatment plan that we could afford that still catered to all of our dog’s needs. I will get my blood work and x ray results tomorrow, but the doctors bedside manner was the best I’ve experienced. He genuinely seemed to care about my dog. The vet techs were also extremely sweet and told us they “love” our dog when we picked her up. The doctor also very politely told us that we needed to have a more frequent ear cleaning and nail trimming regimen. This is my first dog so I really appreciate him letting us know that we weren’t doing what she needs. We were recommended this vet by a friend and I think we have found our regular vet from now on.

Very friendly neighbourhood vet! Both the doctors always really thorough and take the time to listen to your concerns. They also make sure you understand any follow up care. I’ve been taking my puppy here and always feel like they’re in good hands.
