We've eaten in many wonderful restaurants but I must say this one is excellent and deserving of a Michelin star. A 10!

We visited Liquidity Wines after learning about them through the VISA Infinite website. We had the 3 course food and wine pairings for the 4 of us and it was an amazing experience. Upon entering, we were greeted with a glass of Riesling and then guided over to our table. Everything on the tasting menu was well thought out from presentation to taste - all ingredients were local and fresh. You're free to wander for photos and a self tour of the vineyards afterwards.

OMG. The wines are off the charts this year! So refreshing to go to a winery and enjoy every sip you have. The wine maker Amy is making amazing wine. Don’t miss out. The only negative is the tasting fee of $27, only waived if you sign up for the wine club. It will unfortunately keep people away from those amazing wines.

Had a great afternoon trying wines and the chef’s pairings at liquidity today. The wines were above our expectations and we were happy to come away with our favourite wines of the day. The pairings looked a bit small when first delivered to our table, but were wonderfully delicious. Meagan was our wine tasting guide and completed the trifecta of a great experience. Altogether it was a worthwhile stop. Highly recommend choosing liquidity, and I’ll be back for more.

Such wonderful food, wine, and service that we stayed for a tasting after our gourmet meal. Spent nearly 5 hours being hosted by a terrific crew of people - Emily, Christian, and special shout-out to Chef Josh for a meal that was otherworldly.

Had a three course wine paired lunch here and everything was excellent. After paying our bill we decided to purchase the wines we had paired with lunch in the shop. Our server offered to bring them straight to our table. We paid her for the wines and went on our merry way happy with our experience. Upon arriving home and looking at our receipt which had been emailed to us we discovered a $20 dollar tip had been added to our wine purchase that we had not authorized. This leaves a pretty sour taste in our mouths after a great afternoon out.

On a recent visit to Liquidity on this past Mother’s Day, we had the best time. Had an unbelievable lunch that was paired with different wines for each course. The food and the wine was outstanding. Sandra and Larissa were very friendly and welcoming as they looked after our group. Views were outstanding as we looked out over Vaseaux Lake while we enjoyed the experience. Can’t wait to do it again. Well done!

Liquidity was the last stop on our tasting and it was so different than the others but just as incredible. Sitting out on the patio reminded me of sitting on a French countryside overlooking rolling hills! I loved seeing the garden planted with beautiful fresh herbs reminded me that everything grown there was used. As soon as you enter you are greeted by amazing staff and presented a beautiful tasting of wine. Sandra was very lovely and presented all the wines and food perfectly. She explained everything the in perfect detail. The sourdough bread was to die for! The 3 course meal was exceptional and we all tried each others because everything looked so good! Presentation of the foods and pairings were perfect and this winery has a very unique vibe. Although it was beautiful and very high end looking, I saw people riding up in bicycles so it also had an element of a casual vibe to it. Larissa came over to our table for a quick chat, as she did all the tables, making sure everyone’s experience was as good as it gets! The space was beautifully decorated, immaculately clean and of course the view was exceptional. The staff were all very friendly and you could tell every one of them loves their job! We also bought several bottles of wine here as the wine was outstanding. The Chardonnay was by far my favourite! When I am sitting on my deck in White Rock sipping my Liquidity Chardonnay I will be dreaming of sitting on that lovely patio looking over the hills eating the delish beef tenderloin and that Bread! Omg that bread again! I cannot wait to come back this summer and do this all over again.
