Liquor Depot Kelowna

This has to be the most friendly shop I've been to! I'm new (ish) to Kelowna and back in my home town the local liquor stores have nothing on the employees at this store when it comes to customer service.
All their employees are super nice, they value their customers, they're always in a good mood and happy to see you! SO personable!
Especially Bobby (my personal favorite!)

Don't like this place, I can see why they call it "Angry Otter" rude staff, won't be back. What a ridiculous name.

For some reason the Budweiser cans taste quite bad here. I've noticed this over the past 1-2 months. I tried some at other stores and they are normal. Maybe it's old or left out of the fridge? I don't know what it is but I cannot finish these beers, they are not right.

Staff and management are very rude. It's a very unpleasant experience going there. Would not recommend.

New beer fridge is good for lots of cold beer varieties! Updating to say that I still think this is a great liquor store.

This is a fairly large liquor store. They have a good selection of goods.
They have a lot of coolers, including a large walk in cooler. A lot of choices that are already cool.
Friendly helpful staff.

A huge selection of BC wines all in one long row in the back of the store.
Lots of free parking.

Good prices, friendly staff and always a parking spot close by. A (too) small cold craft selection is the last missing star.

I was so angry. One night at 10: 55 I mistakenly went there to buy my booze. When i got to the counter. I got denied because I didnt have two peices of I. D! Im 44 with grey hair! I understand being safe. But there is something called resonable doubt, and discrestion. Upon talking to other people im one of dozens of people that went thru same problem. All that were waaaay past the carding age. Bad bad business wow! There books are gonna reflect there pore management forsure. Again i understand if there is any doubt atall, sure! But come on! They have lost so much money and so many customers wont go back because of this. They wont get shut down for serving underage. But for lack of customers! One lady I talk to was about 64 yrs old! There is no way in #$×%$# she looked 18 yrs old. Same goes for me. Duuummmbbb!
