Very nice place! Welcoming & Inclusive atmosphere. My stylist, Jane, was very helpful and patient. She helped me pick out the right sizes and styles to help choose what I wanted. Overall, I felt very comfortable here.

Katrina was so amazing with helping find my perfect dress! She was so much fun and knew exactly what I wanted to see and try! She made the experience so amazing! Lots of laughs. I instantly fell in love with my dress and she even showed options similar just to see if it was the dress for me which it absolutely was! I can’t wait to see her again when my dress is in! Amazing experience! The best thing is there’s no appointments needed and you get a whole hour to try on their lovely variety of dresses. Brooke was skilled and knowledgeable about all the dresses and she made them fit perfectly. I appreciate everything and I found my dress with pockets!

Had a wonderful experience dress shopping here! The offered refreshments on arrival was a great touch and very much enjoyed that my personal consultant, Tatiane, already had about 10 dresses picked out prior to my arrival (thanks to the pre-emptive email correspondence).

I enjoyed my experience at Lisa's Bridal so much! We were treated so well with a glass of Champagne and a hot towel on arrival. Rita made the entire experience so memorable and enjoyable for myself & my bridesmaids. I connected with her straight away. Rita picked out a few dresses that matched what I was looking for and also pulled out a few different styles for me to try so that I was able to get a well rounded experience. I said “yes” to the wedding dress of my dreams, and the dress was even better than I envisioned! I cannot wait to show it off to my future husband on our wedding day. Poor quality dress with horrendous craftsmanship.

I took my dress to a seamstress who was appalled at the quality of the craftsmanship. The lace attached to the fabric in a way that made the dress look wrinkly (ironing/steaming it would not fix the problem). For the price of the dress, I expect the dress to be made well or a partial refund to get this dress fixed. This was sadly not the case. My seamstress will be deattaching all the lace from the fabric and reattaching it to fix the issue costing me hundreds of dollars.

Steer clear.

I bought my wedding dress at Lisa’s Bridal and I love it so much! I went to 3 different dress shops before here and Lisa’s Bridal’s price, service and interior for photos are the best:)

Especially, I want to thank to Katrina, she helped me a lot to try on lots of dresses and find the best dress for me. Even my friends who were with me said they saw she was working hard to search for dresses for me while I was trying on a dress in a fitting room. My friends and I felt her sincere effort to help us which was very different from the other shops!

While trying dresses, we laughed and talked a lot together and she was honestly giving me advice and recommendation. She didn’t force me to buy expensive one, she only recommends me whatever fits better on me! I often saw dress assistants frequently look at their watches to see time which makes me feel rush and finish earlier than the promised time. However, Katrina never made me feel rush and I felt comfortable with her a lot! I saw some good dresses at other shops too, but I found a satisfied dress at Lisa’s Bridal.

They have gorgeous interior for your photos and friendly and patient staff. I love the rose wine they gave me and I was surprised that the brand of wine is my favorite brand in Kelowna

I had the most amazing experience at Lisa’s bridal! I made a bridal appointment quite last minute, and I’m so thankful I did, as I ended up finding my dress here! My consultant, Melanie, made the entire experience so special and truly listened to what I wanted. She was so considerate of my budget, and didn’t show me one dress that was over my budget. She made me feel so comfortable and has such a warmth about her! The store manager (sorry I forgot his name!) was so wonderful as well. 10/10 recommend to all brides!

A few days after getting engaged, my family came to visit, and I took this oportunity to make an emergency appointment, and start the serch for the perfect dress.

Everyone at Lisa's bridal was very nice, and I have no doubt that all of the stylists are very nice, but without a doubt I am sure Tatiane is THE BEST.

My consultant, Tatiane was amazing. She sent me an email few days before my appointment where I could give her an idea of my dream wedding dress. When I showed up, she was very welcoming and I felt so comfortable immediately. She already had a few dresses picked out, and I love how she knew exactly what I wanted. She was so attentive and took the time to listen to what I was looking for. And she was open to share the prices of the dresses I tried on. I also truly appreciate how she was patient with me and she tried her best to give answers to all my questions such as alterations needed. She even let me try on my dress with crinoline so I could see what it would look like. Such incredible effort and genuineness. Am looking forward to when my dress arrives!

Easy process to call and book an appointment. There's pay street parking near the store but I'd definitely say go early to find parking in case it is a busy time as you may have to walk a bit depending on where you end up parking. You're allowed roughly 4 guests including yourself on weekends, not entirely sure how big your party can get on the weekdays but I think you can ask and they'll try to accommodate where possible. Dresses start at 1500+ so expect to spend that at minimum (+taxes).

Store itself was large, bridal area was spacious and had room for 3 bridal consultations at a time (so it was kind of nice to see what others were looking at too for inspo).

It was busy with a lot of prom 2023 consultations and a few other bridal consultations. We were seen relatively quickly. Tatiane was my consultant and she was very friendly, personable and really listened to a lot of what I was looking for. She even brought in a dress option based on her own opinion of what I might like, that I was not as interested in but she actually nailed it right out of the ballpark. The dress I was iffy on? Turned out to be my favorite and the one I went with. She helped me take a lot of photos, gave lots of time for us to decide, and it was a really easy seamless experience for me and my family. They also gave us wine (I'm assuming it's a bubbly but I didn't really pay attention to it) as a gift at the end which is a cute touch to the experience.

They'll order your dress new for you, mine will take roughly 5 months so plan for that and they also have an alterations price list you can peruse through. They also have storage package options for your dress if you don't have the space at home yet, but it will cost extra.

The worst experience for my daughters wedding. Completely unprofessional, and disrespectful! When I called to voice my complaint for being charged for an appointment we needed to cancel, I was faced with incredible rudeness and she was extremely nasty while yelling at me, before hanging up on me! Shocking! What a way to spoil what should be a happy experience. I do NOT recommended this boutique to anyone who is looking for an enjoyable experience! Very unhappy! But pleased we did not buy the dress there!

Booked an appointment online for a wedding dress, and Rita was an absolute gem of a stylist. I walked out with the perfect dress that I had not even envisioned. I had heard from others that Lisa's Bridal was more expensive than other bridal shops, but that certainly is not true! All the dresses I tried on and loved were $1600-1800. Rita was very, very good at finding styles I liked (more modest neckline, no plunges please) well within my budget. Even the dresses with plunging necklines, she was able to show me visually exactly how it would look if I wanted to have them made more modest. I also appreciate how upfront they are about the cost of alterations. My friend who had gotten her wedding dress from the bridal shop next door said that they didn't share alterations costs with her until after the purchase.

I felt very comfortable in the luxury experience at Lisa's Bridal, and very happy with my dress. The try-on area was beautiful and spacious and private. My friend took a million photos and videos. There was no pressure, no rushing, and all the dresses were beautiful. Rita was attentive to my style preferences and brought additional dresses when it came to mind. You should definitely request to be paired with Rita!

Had a bridal dress appointment today with Rita and she was AMAZING! She had a bunch of dresses pulled for me beforehand based on my descriptions in our initial email and I honestly loved them all. Rita was fun, easy going, patient.and just super helpful and honest. It was a great experience and I said yes to a dress she chose for me!
Also I went to other bridal shops before visiting Lisa's Bridal, and I felt uptight and pressured at the other shops, but at Lisa's Bridal I felt like everyone are genuinely friendly and excited!

I loved my experience at Lisa's Bridal. It was extremely organized and the team put a lot of effort in to make me and my guests feel comfortable. My stylist, Katrina, did a wonderful job picking gowns and helping me visualize what I was looking for with the venue and theme. I'm not someone who gets excited about clothing normally, but I had a great time and was thrilled with the gown I ended up with. I really couldn't have asked for a better experience, I highly recommend coming here for wedding shopping!

Kyra was amazing! I went back a number of times and tried on many many dresses! She was very patient and listened to my preferences to help me find the perfect dress! Everyone there was lovely the service was amazing they were always very accommodating!

Most amazing experience with Melanie to pick out my wedding dress! She was attentive, kind, and her attention to detail was above and beyond! I spontaneously booked a last minute apt at Lisa's Bridal shop and honestly it was a great decision. Rita was my consultant and she nailed everything right from the start. She put on an amazing display showing me all the ones she picked for me to try on (all were BEAUTIFUL) I tried on over 10 dresses but the first dress I tried on was THE ONE. Rita was honest with her opinion on how I looked, she made me feel so beautiful and special even though I didnt do my make up and only half did my hair. 10/10 would recommend Lisa's Bridal and Rita ️

The shop itself is very nice and fancy, which makes wedding dress shopping feel special. I liked how I did not need to jump around other brides while at my appointment. My stylist Rita chose a variety of styles based on photos I sent her prior, and she did a fantastic job of showing me dresses that I loved! I found multiple dresses here that could have been the one, and after trying out other stores, I realized that the quality of the dresses at Lisa’s were much better and so I returned to buy my dress. The price point is reasonable too for the quality of the dresses. I definitely recommend Lisa’s bridal for a good dress-shopping experience!

I had a great experience here with Angela! When we arrived she greeted us at the door and already had some dresses preselected for me to try. Although, I didn’t receive an email asking about my preferences like a few other brides mentioned (probably due to a typo in the email they had on file), I did indicate on the form when I initially made the appointment the styles and designers I was interested in. We also had hot towels for our hands upon arrival.

During the appointment, she paid close attention to what I liked and didn’t like and changed up the dresses based what I told her. Angela also brought over a few other styles for me to try just so I had an idea of what looked better with my body shape. I didn’t expect myself to say yes to the dress at the first shop I went into, but was so glad I did. The dress I tried on was truly stunning and to top it all off I also received a bottle of sparkling rose! Can’t wait for my dress to arrive:)

Mena was my stylist and she reached out a few days before the appointment to get a sense of what I was looking for and the style, vision and budget. During the fitting she was incredibly helpful pulling dress styles and also finding dresses that I had seen on their website. Everything was in my budget and I didn't feel pressured to purchase.

I had the most exceptional experience at Lisa’s Bridal. My stylist Gift was very helpful to help me find the most perfect prom dress and she created an environment where I felt super comfortable. I said yes to the dress this past weekend at Lisa's Bridal! I had two appointments with my consultant, Kyra. The first one, which I just brought my mom along for, was so special. It was a very relaxed and beautiful atmosphere and I didn't feel at all rushed through my appointment like at other bridal shops. They also are the only shop in the Lower Mainland that I found ro carry Essence of Australia dresses, which I love! Kyra picked out incredible dresses for me to try on and really stuck to my vision - she knows her stuff! I came back a second time with my bridesmaids and mother (they squeezed us in on short notice thankfully) to decide between 2 dresses I had fallen in love with during my first appointment. Kyra was so sweet and excited to put me back in the dress I really loved and ultimately said YES to! It was a really beautiful moment to share with my mom and friends. I definitely reccomend Lisa's if you're hoping to feel well taken care of and to try on beautiful dresses!

I picked out my dress in less than 30 mins. Lisa's bridal was the first place I went to to try on my wedding gowns. I won't post my wedding dress as the wedding is not till September 2022 but I will say it's stunning. I would highly recommend Lisa's bridal. Their service is great and wonderful selection of dresses and veils. They gave me a bottle of bubbleie to congratulate me.

I just need to say Tatianna and Nelson are the BEST! I am a single mom who couldn't afford my daughter's 700 grad dress.and these two helped me immensely! I had a breakdown and they were there to calm me down. LOVE THIS PLACE!

I had my first bridal appointment at Lisa’s Bridal and found the dress! My consultant Angela got in touch with me prior to the appointment to make sure she had a good idea of what I was looking for. When I arrived at the salon, we sat down and on the wall were a series of stunning gowns she had pulled for me. The only difficult thing about the appointment was that EACH DRESS was beautiful and it made it hard to choose. Angela really listened to what I was thinking, was wonderful with my mom and bestie, and made finding my dress so much fun. What an absolutely incredible experience. I had been to other shops and was kind of disappointed because it wasn't the experienced that I had envisioned. From the second we walked in it was perfect - we were greeted with warm hand towels, hot coffee/tea, and my stunning consultant, Rita, had already preselected my dresses based on what I told her I liked/what my budget was when booking. You can tell Rita adores her job, she practically danced with the dresses when showing them off to us! She was so helpful and I am so so happy she was a part of such a beautiful experience, one I'll definitely cherish forever. ️

I just bought my wedding dress from Lisa’s Bridal and the experience was amazing! They have a great process where your stylist emails you ahead of time so that they can learn about what you’re looking for. Mena was my stylist and was able to pull some beautiful dresses for me, the first one I tried being the one! I liked that they pulled dresses ahead of time, at other stores I went to I went out to look at dresses on the floor but it became overwhelming very quickly.

All the staff were amazing, offering us drinks and having a hot towel to sanitize our hands with. I also never felt pressured to buy something and Mena actually said to not talk myself into liking something. It was also very Covid friendly and we were actually the only ones there for the entire appointment. I cannot recommend Lisa’s Bridal enough!

I can not say enough amazing things about Lisa's bridal! Lorena was my stylist a couple weeks ago and blew me away with her knowledge of everything. She answered all of my questions and was generally very pleasant. She emailed me prior to the appointment and had dresses already pulled. She even took notice of my body type to give me suggestions on what might look best. I ended up buying my dress that day and later they even mailed me swatches of fabric that matched my dress so I could find the perfect veil! The store itself is gorgeous and very well kept and I will suggest them to everyone from now on.

This is the place to go especially if it’s your first wedding shopping experience! I had Charlotte and Nelson helping me and they were the kindest and most amazing consultants. They really worked hard to help me find a perfect dress that I felt comfortable with. You will not be disappointed and you will feel very special as you search for a dress for your big day. They often gave me different options of how the dress could be adjusted, if I didn’t like something. Not many bridal stores give you this option. My fiancée and his best man also ended up getting their tuxedos from then as well, and Nelson was incredible! After both of us had bad experiences somewhere else, this place really felt like home and we were treated with so much kindness. They were so flexible and made sure they did everything they could to make our top choices work. If you have not visited them, just go for it. You will not be disappointed!

We had such a great experience. Everyone from reception to payment and everyone in between were fantastic, welcoming, accommodating and so helpful. My consultant, Rita, was so knowledgeable and helpful as well as, most importantly, honest. She was so intuitive that she even picked a gown that had my favourite flower on it which is quite unique and she had no idea that it was my favourite. The dress ended up being the one I purchased. The bottle of sparkling wine to take home was such a nice touch as well!

This is how shopping for a wedding dress should feel. Amazing service from start to finish. I flew in from Alberta after some very disappointing experiences there. Nelson and the staff were patient and enthusiastic, making the experience memorable and fun. The follow up afterward with shipping my gown to me and accommodating making my husband a kerchief out of the fabric, etc.was above and beyond. Will for sure be back when we renew our vows ︎

My stylist Mena had a beautiful selection of dresses within my budget ready when I arrived - it was my first time trying on dresses and I wasn't sure where to start. Mena made me feel at home and was so patient as I got my family on a zoom call. She ensured I had a variety of styles to test out, and brought in new dresses as my preferences began to form. The first dress she pulled ended up being the perfect match!

I wanted some time to think about it and there was no pressure to make a decision that day. I happily ordered my dress with Mena a few days later! The rest of the team was transparent, kind, and answered any questions about the purchase.

Beautiful selection of dresses and lovely and knowledgable staff! Ended up buying my wedding dress from here! Only downside is you can't take pictures until you say yes to the dress.
