Little Burgundy

Usually buy shoes from Little Burgundy but this store wasn't so welcoming. The cashiers tend to stand at the till talking to each other instead of greeting and helping out their customers. Ordered vans but they had yellow staining on them and looked worn.

I don't often write reviews, but I've just had such a good experience at this store! I wanted to exchange my shoes and was a little worried it would be a hassle, since I've had bad experience before. Staff were very accommodating and helped me with everything and also helped me choose a new pair of shoes which I'm so happy with now

During my visit to the store, Jiro provided exemplary customer service, demonstrating a robust knowledge of the products within the store. He was patient with my questions in regards to this season's Converse line, providing honest, yet professional, suggestions for what shoe would best compliment my typical OOTD (outfit of the day).

I will be returning to the store in the future, if the experience is anything like what I received from Jiro - kudos!
