Little Burgundy

I bought the UGG from Little Burundy in Toronto. I wore it for 3 days and had a small hole in my right toe. I didn’t wear it when I went to the islands in China and the United States. I wore it for a few more days when I returned to Vancouver, as shown in the picture. When I went to the store, I was told that it was over a month old and it was irresponsible and rubbish. I bought it in Australia. I have been wearing the same UGG model and size for 5 years.

I ordered online and got two right’s instead of one of each! The clerk helped me check to see if they had the same style and size in store but they didn’t. He took my name and phone number and asked me to call back. He even told me when they get a new shipment of shoes. Great customer service!

I came to visit the store again on Saturday and Ron greeted me right away once I got inside. He was so nice and always smiling. Every time I come by the store, he's always the first person who greets and helps me out. Seems like at a time I grab a shoe that I'd like to try on, he was attentive of his surroundings and is first in action even before I ask. He's very accommodating and always chats up with you to make your experience at the store above and beyond. I wish I could give this store more than 5 stars; it's always nice to find someone in a store who's always happy about what they do and how they help people. I will definitely come back and ask Ron for his help!

Nice little merchant of footwear. Helpful staff assisted me in finding my size. I was informed by a little boy that I “no drip” and that I am ‘a munch’, but whatever that meant had nothing to do with this fine establishment! 5/5

Shockingly bad customer service. All the people working there were a bunch of kids who thought it was appropriate to be gossiping and mucking around instead of helping customers. I had to interrupt them to ask to try on some shoes and the lady started laughing loudly. I initially thought she was laughing at me and was very confused and taken aback, but I eventually realized she was actually laughing at some personal conversation they were having. When she brought me out the shoes she just dropped them on the bench and walked off without saying a word.

Who ever is running this store has a lot to learn about customer service.
I arrived and no one checked me for 10 mins, finally one of the girls came, asked me "what I want", bring me the size and then dropped the box next to me without even opened it. I have to remove all the paper from inside the boot to try it.
I like the product but rather get from other store.
I just get off the store as no one seems to care.they didn't even realize. Cellphones and chatting seems to be more important.

I always have a nice time shopping at little burgundy on Robson and that's saying a lot since I hate shopping.
