We just went to pick up Birthday Swag but Store Rep said they do not have such policy in a very rude way. Spoiled the day. Never recommend or visit the store again.

I really hope I didn’t spell her name wrong (sorry if I did!) but Neera was an absolute GEM! The best experience I ever had at this location. She was the only one working and it was BUSY yet she greeted every single guest that walked in and still provided the best service. I was set on returning a shoe that didn’t fit- and she totally convinced me to just get a different colour in the right size. Im so happy with my purchase and even in a better mood after engaging with her! 1000/1000 very pleased!

The girl name naira was so sweet and helped us a lot. She helped to get the proper size was funny and otherwise staff was excellent will visit again

The girl that helped me was lovely, although I showed my virtual gift card and the store manager couldn’t put it in the system anywhere. I explained that a friend of mine used it 2 months ago and there should be some left over but he said it wasn’t working. Turns out it was a new POS system they were using and he didn’t know where to add it. Super stressful for no reason. I had to call customer service to place the order and she used the virtual gift card I had. I’m shocked at how a store manager didn’t know how to input my gift card with the new POS.

Went in to shop for a pair of converse and the sales associate (didn’t catch his name) was very patient and nice.

Hershey and the rest of the staff were awesome. Decent prices, quick service and clean store.

Disgusting customer service. Charged me twice for the same order. Refused to give me a refund told me I had to wait until the item was shipped to my house twice and then somehow find a day off after being a working single mother to go return the item an hour drive away.
I will never shop at this store ever again and I will advise as many ppl as I can to not shop here
