Little Caesars Pizza

Bad food and bad customer service. I ordered online and when I picked up my order it was wrong, went all the way back to get rhe correct order and the man behind the counter tries to convince me the two pizzas I have are the same.they aren't, one was stuffed crust and looked terrible and the other wasn't stuffed crust and was the wrong pizza.all the crusts were wrong, the pizzas look disgusting and the people working didn't care about it.

Was fast but is absolutely terrible pizza. Extremely thin and crust was hard as rock. I tasted nothing but pizza sauce, although i got the 3 meat treat. Not even sure if there was cheese on it. Cheap yes, but was no different than a grocery store frozen pizza.

I’m confident the food here poisoned me. It’s the only food I ate in the last 24 hours that I did not eat in the proceeding days.

Each slice was inconsistent with toppings and how cooked it was. Salad was so rotted I had to throw it away or risk food poisoning. Awful. Anyone with more than a one star review was paid for sure. Employees are very rude and don’t anything on shift and using mobile phones. Moreover, never go to this restaurant

Giving the posion food. Employees are extremely rude. Waiting 30 minutes in dining area for. Not giving fresh food.

Very poor service takes 40 minutes for takeout order. Poor quality food and wastage. Employees are rude and talk very rudely to customers as well skip drivers.

Typically I have loved and appreciated the great service from this Sooke Road location. But upon trying to order online, having my debit visa denied because it doesn’t take interact (?) and seeing no option or write up as to ; not accepting visa-debits and why you cannot have delivery and pay at door (which seems odd in 2023, when there is useful clover machines etc for interact/credit payments if a company really doesn’t want portable machines)

I attempted to call after being unable to order pizza with my visa-debit card, I called the shop.
I tried asking if their deliver person has interact machines, I was asked to repeat myself 3 times with this one individual.
I was passed off ‘you talk to her’ (assuming my gender and pronouns, but that’s for another day)

Next employee asks my question, ‘does your delivery person have interact, like a debit machine at the door’
I’m asked to repeat myself ‘I need to know if your delivery drivers have a debit machine. ‘
‘Uh ya. Oh wait no’
‘Ok well there’s no where on your website that states that and I’m unable to finish the order for delivery because I can’t pay for it on your online service?

Employee: *silence* ‘ok’

So I guess that’s it? Just lose customers? No suggestions?

Jeez I know you’re a chain but don’t you at least care about having customers come back?

I go above and beyond for my customers in the retail store I manage.
I try to find a solution or to resolve any customer complaint, it’s disappointing this pizza place does not.

Amazing customer service when faced with bad delivery drivers from door dash. Should have been door dash’s problem but they stepped up to ensure I was satisfied anyway. Kudos to the whole staff

Literally not edible! Used to be good in the 90’s. No more. This place almost makes dominoes look good!
