We drove all the way to just try this restaurant Thursday around 1: 30pm it's says open but the door was closed and lady didn't let us in. I'm not sure what's going on but you should put working hour properly so no one waste their gas to drive

The stars are fading on this place. I used to go at least once a week or more. The portions are smaller and the options are definitely smaller too. The subs are gone and many of the other fine options that used to be there. This, for a long time, was a fine place to go. Now I'm looking for a better place that uses proper bone broth like this place does.

This place used to be great but seems change of ownership is also change of quality. Food now below par. Meat all chewy and no longer good. GT express Noodle House is way better.

Delicious and great portions! This is a gem of a place for your pho needs. Try out their Sate if you like a bit of heat.

The atmosphere was very nice the servers are very attentive, not to knowledgeable with GF, needed a little guidance. The menu has a few GF options but be careful as tasty as the Chicken lemon grass was i did find piece of beef and fat noodles in my soup, so cross contamination possible.

Consistently delicious option for Vietnamese food. The space is clean and big so you rarely have to wait for a table. They have servers that go around making sure the food is good and that you have everything you need. Unfortunately this visit their AC/ventilation system wasn’t working so they have a big fan at the entrance but unfortunately it was barely able to keep the restaurant cool enough. Hopefully it gets fixed soon.

First time trying their lemongrass chicken and it was super flavourful. Would recommend. My usual order is their pho with tendon, rare beef, and brisket.

I find that the pho I had (Minh’s Special) and salad roll was lackluster. Kinda pricey for the taste and I wish they have a smaller option for their bowl. I’ve been to Vietnamese restaurants that has tastier and more flavour in their broth. Their service is pretty good though and restaurant is clean.

They updated the menu. Claimed management didn’t change but everything seems off - I had to tell them the soup sucks now. How can you charge top dollar for pho that is below average? I’m very sad rn this was one of the best in burnaby. To give some details, pho was muddy, beef was cheap, noodles average, broth was the worst like 1/5 totally different from before. Want a lime with your pho? Better bring your own because a lemon is what you get.

Someone mentioned the owner also runs Pho Den and everything now makes total sense! I’m bumping this down to a 1 star.

Good place for phõ. Their chicken nuggets although smaller portions are made fresh to order.

Must try the sate dish, only place with this type of dish and definitely worth trying.

The hygiene was good and the staff was friendly, but the restaurant didn't have lime, it only had lemon. The food was above average, so I'm giving it a 4

The Minh Roll was not deep fried as stated in the menu, in fact it had no rice or wheat wrap just plastic wrap!

One of my favourite restaurants.

Soup base for the pho was delicious, the flavor is bold but not overwhelming. Spring roll very crunchy and tasty. The dry noodles were a bit sticky to mix the flavor up but satisfying.

Little Minh use to be great. Our recent visits proofs to be less than fruitful. Portions were great and you alway have some to take home so even when the price were a bit higher than most we did not mine. As they get busier, the portion start to get smaller, food takes longer to arrive, they start turning away dine in customers half hour before they close. Am sad we have to look elsewhere, was good while it lasted.

This was the best pick-up experience I ever had, hands down! I was greeted politely, offered a better deal for my order, and seated at the bar with a cup of hot tea. Amazing! The pho was delicious, too!

An absolutely phenomenal experience! The staff was super friendly, helpful and nice, the restaurant was clean and the service was super quick! The food was fantastic and the portions are huge - totally worth the price point! Each bowl of pho was so tasty and full of flavor and all the cocktails and mocktails were refreshing and had the perfect balance of sweetness. They had a large variety of unique items on their menu like the Minh's Roll, which is a shrimp salad roll with a spring roll inside it, and boy was it a game changer! I 100% recommend checking out Little Minh's and will definitely be coming back for more!

Came here on Fathers day for lunch. It wasn't too busy, but more people came in as we started eating.
Service was fast, although we started with an appy since we wanted something for our daughter. Couple other tables came in including one table away from us who had their order taken first. Then the server immediately walked away before we could place our order.
Finally when our appy arrived, we asked if we could order.
The food was good, and everyone was happy. Just wished the server we could have ordered sooner as we were all hungry. Overall yes, we will come back.

Amazing place for pho. Very large portions 2 people can easily eat from one. Great customer service and very tasty food. Also the brown sugar milk tea was addicting.

Pretty good food and the service was excellent. We had ordered Bun bo hue, Bin's bites, the make your own rice plate which came with grilled chicken, pork, and a spring roll. The Bun bo hue was good but needed a bit more flavour and seemed a bit watered down. The Bin's bites were nothing special but as for the rice plate, the meat was very flavourful and was cooked to perfection! The soup and fried roll that came with the rice plate were also pretty good. Would definitely come back!

Classic example of catering to larger western clientele but deviating from the authentic roots and full flavour broth. Style of soup is Northern Vietnam. If you are looking for safe choice go for it, if you want Vietnam, not exactly here.

The restaurant is empty but ALL the tables are dirty so I had to wait for them to clean a table. Then they dont explain if we are to order online or order with the waiter so spent 10 mins trying to waive down a worker in a DEAD RESTAURANT.

Pretty good. The beef short ribs were a bit on the skimpy side but tasted delicious.also had the chicken wings which was tasty.

High tech restaurant, friendly and helpful staff members. Clean and well keep place. Will return again!

My friends and I come here once a week.all the way from north van! Definitely worth the trip. We always get two chicken sate and the veggie pho. Always amazing everything time and its hard finding a good vegetarian pho. My friends also rave about the chicken sate and cant find anything quite like it. All week we look forward to coming here:) thank you lil minhs!

My partner and I come here every weekend for the soup! Tons of flavour, generous portions of meat and servings that are 100% worth the value!

Visit wasn’t planned, just random. Have to admit their pho broth has been one of the best I’ve had in greater Vancouver and my husband and I can be picky. Their short ribs were tasty. While I also generally dislike rice I found myself eating the entire mountain they supplied. I’d return!

I'm glad most people are having a good time here because my food was terrible. I always look for veggie options at Vietnamese places and I'm used to veggie springrolls and Bahn mi so that's what I ordered. The springrolls looked like they came from the frozen section of the save on foods across the lot; tiny, barely any filling and I had to ask for sauce because it was not provided. The Bahn mi was made with fake meat and tasted like food gone bad. I had to spit it out because it was so awful (which I've never had to do in my life). I will most definitely never be back.

Delicious, new, clean, and great service. We had a vermicelli bowl, satay beef pho, and Minh's salad roll (spring roll inside a salad roll). Meat was the most fresh and tender we've ever had in Vietnamese dishes. Will definitely be spreading the word and bringing people back!

Happy to have a lunch spot in the same location we get most of our shopping done. We have tried a lot of Vietnamese in the area and this one is at the top of the list. Very good food and we'll be back! Love that they open at 10 am.

That pho is so delicious and the broth is so flavorful. I've eaten there a few times already and I can't get enough. Perfect for a cold day.

Great food. The broth tastes different from other usual pho place. The aroma of the lemon leaf and herbs make the soup tastes so good. And the spring roll stuffed with taro, is the best I have ever tried. Try it before dipping into the fish sauce:)

We had a pho and a vermicelli bowl. I liked that you had the option to choose the proteins and/or features of the dishes. The ingredients of each dish were really fresh and very tasty especially the spring rolls. The staff was very attentive and polite and the interior was very clean comfortable. Definitely the best place to eat at market crossing while you are getting some shopping done. We will definitely be back.

How can I not give 5stars on Little Minh! We've been struggling to find viet restaurants in Vancouver that have good services and quality food! And we FINALLY found it! I'm so happy we live near by. We come here at least once a week. Every time we come here food is great consistently service is also amazing.
My favorite dish is Bon Bo Hui! You must visit here and try if you haven't.

As you enter the restaurant, you will be greeted with a smile. Inside the restaurant is very clean and very nice. The service is fast and the food is great. Generous servings too. And you don't have to worry about parking as there is enough parking space available. Highly recommended.

Love the food, especially the sate noodle soup. Service is excellent. Husband and I had visited this place two days in a row once we discovered this hidden gem.

This is by far one of the best Vietnamese Restaurants. The staff are happy and smiling and provide attentive service despite that I had to repeat myself a couple of times because of language issue (could be me).

The restaurant, the cutlery and utensils, and the washrooms are clean!

My favorite is the Chicken Pho with onion, cilantro, and ginger. The soup is very flavorful. The noodle are properly separated (not bundle together where you have to shake it loose like many other Pho places). There is a very generous portion of chicken breast that is tender and not over cooked.

Great new find thats in our local neighbourhood.staff is super friendly and the mvp roll is genious! We are now regulars here!

This place is a definitely a cut above the rest for Vietnamese. In terms of interior decor, cleanliness, and food quality, and payment (not cash only!). The owner had a dream and vision for his personal restaurant. Highly recommend to all!

Came here with family. Great atmosphere, kids love the fish tank. At first we didn’t know if they serve noodle soup as the name indicates it’s a bar/grill place. Pho soup is good, clear and light. Portion is big, with lots of meats. $13 for a large size. We like the beef noodle soup, chicken soup is OK, a tiny bit too much ginger.

The service is great, they actually acknowledge that you are a customer and not just a transaction. The food is good as well as many places give you miniscule portions. Would love if the bahn mi was available all day as I don't get to eat lunch till a bit later. Overall a great pho place in Burnaby and honestly we really needed a good one here! Only thing I would like is that the pickled vegetables is less dry. Doesn't taste very pickled.

The broth tastes so good and no MSG at all! I was impressed by the portion and the ingredients being selected. The regular size bowl is large size in elsewhere PLUS more beef and meatball in it. In other Vietnamese restaurant, you would see most of them using regular onions, where MVP is using red onions which give you more spice and freshness after eating (I also found myself so stinky after taking regular onions but red onions don’t have such problem!). When I was making order, I thought the regular portion could be small so I added a house special spring roll. The rice paper roll tastes so fresh and crispy in it with the deep fried spring roll.and the sauce gives you more flavor if you want it more savory. So happy that we finally can find some good pho in Burnaby~highly recommended!

Wow, great spring/salad combo roll (MVP roll) - the pho portions are huge. The restaurant is clean and fresh with a radiantly lit fishtank.

Went to try this new Pho place out at Burnaby Market Crossing plaza. The place was pretty big but only had a few tables seated when we got there. It was very clean and very different from other Pho restaurants.

We ordered the Most Valuable Pho and the Bun Bo Hue. MVP broth was light but very tasty. Bun Bo Hue was a little spicy and had a lot of flavor. Both phos came with tons of meat! I actually couldn't believe it. Every bite of noodles had some meat!

We also got chicken wings. Sadly there was no half order, we didn't ask if there was or not. But we managed to get 2 flavors half half. I overheard the chef telling the waiter not to take half half orders if the restaurant gets busier. So this might have been an one time exception.

I would definitely come back to MVP for more pho. It is very delicious!

Great service and good food.
I order a regular size of house special pho. Portion is big, meat quality is good and the broth is clear and not greasy at all.
Unlike other pho place, this place is very clean and have comfortable seating.
Price is the only problem in this restaurant. Foods are quite expensive over there.

Friendly, attentive staff. Menu is small but well executed. I have tried most things on the menu and have been happy with all of it.

Ambience is great, customer service is excellent, and area is clean. Every now and then they'll update the menu with new items so keep coming back.

The price is excellent for the quality of the meal.

Noodles are just like in proper Vietnamese places. Not soggy and falling apart when I try to pick it up with my chopsticks. Broth is clear and flavorful without the MSG kick. Meat portions are ample and will prepared.

I've tried the vermicelli with grilled chicken, pork party, grilled pork. Tender and juicy

MVP bowl, meat portion was great, and all meats were tender and not over fry

Deep fried wontons with their house made wowonto are great and go well with their sweet and sour sauce.

Spring rolls are fresh and not refried.

Most importantly to make it stand apart is they value your feedback. I told them the bun bo hue noodles were a little too soft that time and they helped me make the experience perfect.

Trying out the new Bo kho today

This is my 2nd time to MV Pho after being introduced to it, I brought another friend there. The first time i enjoyed their full flavoured rare beef pho tai. I am not usually a soup person but this was truly good! This time we tried their MV Salad roll & it was crunchy good! Packed with bountiful goodness of ingredients that we ordered another to go with our dish of crispy chicken wings. Truly a worthy stop!

Just checked out this new Viet place on the area. It was super busy during lunch. I came back after their lunch rush and man oh oh man I see why they were busy. I got the pork and chicken rice plate. Wowowowoowowowowoww so juicy. It felt like i was eating BBQ in Vietnam. They made their food to order and the quality showed. The space was open and inviting. I highly recommend. If your coming during lunch, be patient with them. The wait is worth it.

The broth was pretty good and there was a lot of meat; I requested to add the Vietnamese sausage to my pho and they happily complied. We also tried the special roll which was a spring roll wrapped in a salad roll, which was not what we expected but still tasty. Would come back for sure.

Best Pho I had so far in Burnaby! Deconstructed pork sausage is a must. Staff is very friendly, fast service, nice and clean.

This is a new Vietnamese restaurant so I gave it a try.
I ordered the Large Most Valuable Pho for $13 and 2 order of spring roll for $4.
For me, it's overpriced as the taste is so bland and the rice noodles is overcooked even the soup is just warm and not hot as it's supposed to be.
The spring roll is crispy and nice but very small portion compare to other vietnamese restaurant.
I won't recommend this restaurant and won't come back as there are other better vietnamese restaurant in the area that serves authentic vietnamese food.

Washroom: Clean! Make my actually want to actually sit down if I have to. A number of Pho places I go have not as decent washrooms which make me hover

Ambience: more Sitdown restaurant feeling than Sports bar feeling; looks like it caters to family and sports fans; TVs play Sport games (feels like I’m back in the Philippines - Southeast Asia family bar vibe)

Service: Friendly, well timed, *lunch rush* could be a little rushed, young manager interacts with people / likes frank remarks from the looks of it (asked for my opinion) ; servers Might need to be more trained - multiple servers serve my table.could be good and bad - I feel I met the whole staff

Food: Beef Pho- filling; worth the money; 13$ = lots of meat, sizeable noodles, and good amount of sprouts and lime (looks like it’s refillable) - my friend got this

I got Dry Hu Tieu? (I forgot how it is spelt) - Seafood (cooked wonderfully not rubbery at all - squid and prawn) plus wide egg noodles; big bowl of chicken soup on the side. Little pricey but worth it (13$, seafood right?)

Price compared to other Pho places - a little higher but size is comparable to price.

Would probably go again cuz it’s near the house and the highway; filling and sizeable
