Liuyishou Hotpot Richmond

The ambiance is really nice, warm and welcoming. The meat is fresh and the portion is quite good. There's also plenty of customization for sauce to personalize to your taste.

Excellent hot pot in Richmond that wasn't too busy on a Friday night!

Came here for dinner on a Friday night and were seated right away. The seats were great and comfy and the interior was nice and clean.

The meats here were excellent quality for the price and their spicy house special soup base was sooo good. It was spicy and addictive. We also had the sukiyaki broth, which was alright, definitely not as good as the spicy house broth.

Veggie and mushroom platters were fresh and came bundled neatly with good portion. Tofu dishes were also good and the assorted meatballs were amazing.

They also had a sauce bar with an adequate amount of ingredients where you can make different kinds of sauces for your hot pot.

We found the recommended beef/lamb ring platter to be more than enough for a group of 2, however we did order an extra side of New Zealand lamb to go all out before the new year!

Customer service here was great, the servers were attentive, fast, and friendly. They even have a call button on the table if you need to get their attention for something.

Overall, I can easily recommend this hot pot restaurant in Richmond. Quality and value was great and the fact that it wasn't super packed like other hot pot restaurants around Richmond. We were also given free ice cream at the end!

The ingredients are very fresh, the service is attentive, and the prices are affordable. Highly recommended.

The waiter Liu Yishou is attentive and warm. Being in the store feels like returning to China, which can relieve the pain of homesickness.

The dishes are fresh and the bottom of the pot tastes good. Dessert recommendation: brown sugar ice glutinous rice balls

Soup base tasty, meat was flavourful and sauce, fruit and dessert station were a nice surprise.

Came here for dinner last night and my husband got food poisoning after.vomiting and diarrhea. The only thing he ate that we did not eat was the cooked lamb skewers. Paid hundred+ dollars for food poisoning Arghhh. Beware

Service is way too slow! There was only two tables when we were there to eat but it took more than half an hour to get our order. And I wish the staffs are more friendly.

Foods are amazing. Service is also good. We love the choice of sauce and condiments table with lots to choose from, plus fresh fruits and others.

Terrible environment. The first time I went there, I sat down and immediately got sticked by a sticky pest control board on my sneaker and that's really gross when I was supposed to dine in. Thought they removed it when I told them, my sneakers were all in sticky pest glue and this experience totally ruined my appetite. The tea cups are also greasy and uncleaned. Very disappointed and disgusting. One star for giving me food instead of robbery.

Good quality beef and lamb and authentic flavour of Chongqing spicy hot pot. This Richmond location is probably the biggest one in greater Vancouver area.
