I've been here 3times before. All empolyees are kind and friendly. And food was also perfect! Also I'm so satisfied with Ivy who is the manager of this restraunt about her nice service!

Solid choice for AYCE if you're looking for value and really craving hotpot in downtown. There's not much competition (at the time of writing, Big Way had 4 reviews in the last week complaining about food poisoning). Their spicy broth is a little spicier than other places, so be sure if you order spice level 3. The servers are friendly and patient, but they seem a little understaffed.

The vegetables are fresh, but everything else is very mediocre or low quality. The fried pork (?) was mostly flour and grease/fat, and it wasn't crispy. The beef wasn't very marbled and was tough even when we timed it correctly in the pot. They also don't let you decide how many of an item you get per round since the kitchen decides that. It's not really a problem because they'll do 3 rounds of orders (as far as we can tell from the menu).

Overall, you get what you pay for. I would recommend Dolar Shop, Haidilao, or Xiaolongkan over this spot if you care about better quality ingredients.

PS: Soup base, which is essential, isn't included in the AYCE price.

Excellent value for all-you-can-eat hotpot. Service is also great - you get that sense that they really want you to eat!

We went for AYCE. My chilli tolerance is very high and the soup base was delicious and way more spicy than expected! SPICY LEVEL WAS GOOD! However, we removed three huge chunks of oil from the soup because it was much too oily and even after removing them it was still very oily. Be prepared to wait even with a reservation - we waited at least half an hour.

One of Vancouver's favorite hot pot shops! Now it’s time for all you can eat~~Compared to the selection of fresh and various dishes and all kinds of pot bottoms that I love, the per capita price is more than 30 yuan. Please praise your boss for me! No matter how many times you go, the small ingredients and delicious appetizers are always complete and fresh every time, and now there are free ice powder, mouth-watering chicken and sauerkraut fried rice! And their service is really good

This restaurant was super good service was super food was good and nice i work self in a restaurant and this was super good helpfull also and all with all people when you in vancouver go to this restaurant.

The food was amazing and the prices were great too! They were cheaper than some other hot pot places but the quality didn’t drop at all. In fact the food quality was probably even better. As for the service, it was amazing since there were people help serving us even when we didn’t need it. Even if they weren’t here, there was a button we could press to get service. I also loved the atmosphere as the environment was very comfortable yet very welcoming.

I haven’t been here for a long time. Recently, I heard that all-you-can-eat is similar to self-ordering. It’s a lot of money per person. The most amazing thing is the new drink, Lemon Tea, which is as good as the one I drank in Chengdu. I recommend you to try it. I feel that the new business model is very suitable for dinner parties. The lady at the bar is called IVY. She is super enthusiastic and sweet. You can go to her if you come hahahaha

Highly recommend Liuyishou! The taste is very authentic! They provided very fresh ingredients, they had a very large selection of sauces, and the servers were incredibly nice and attentive!

SO good I highly recommend going. The ambiance is nice, and the food is of course amazing. Beware of the spice level though!

The taste of those hotpot is sick, meats and vegetables are fresh and tasty. All you can eat side dishes would be your favorite before or after the meal. Servers are always friendly and creating a very nice atmosphere.

First time having hotpot, there are many choices for ingredients and sauces, I like that they give you recommendations for sauces to mix together. Fun time with friends!

The interior was quite spacious, there was no intense smell around. Waiters were very helpful. The food was delicious. However, I found the prices high.

My Chinese gf says not nearly as good as Richmond. We both had belly aches. Mostly the music was really bad. Not a relaxing place to eat.

Tasty hot pot and good portion size! I got the lunch mini pot and it was more than enough for one. Warning: medium spicy base is actually quite spicy!

Food flavor taste great, the little bear design for the soup base was unique, will likely to visit again.

I think this place is awesome. It has amazing food and it’s at a good cost. The service is good and you can get free fruits and sauce! I recommend you to come here.

A really good hot pot. Everything was delicious and the waitress was very helpful. I've tried several hot pots around the world and this one was excellent!

We had the lunch special spicy dry pot which tastes good as usual. I have a vip account with them that gives us discount very time we are here. They give large portions of food and a lot of quality meat in the dry pot. I like their service and the nice environment. There’s also a student discount going on! I really recommend this place.
