Lloyd's Cleaners

My husband took our goose down duvet into Lloyd's for cleaning. We went to pick it up, and presented our ticket to the owner. The duvet was not there. The owner told us to "help ourselves to another one". We found this to be utterly unprofessional. Since our down duvet was rather expensive, we were not about to "help ourselves" to one which 1) was not ours, and 2) was of lower poly-filled quality.
We purchased a new replacement duvet and showed the shop owner the receipt. The owner paid us $85 toward the cost of replacing the duvet.
In the end we felt the new owners of the business were doing their best, however we were not happy with the service provided and have not returned since.

Brought in jacket and Rita, seamstress did a wonderful job. She does beautiful Hemning too on pants. This dry cleaner is great service.

I took in a down jacket that had a 6" rip at the back and most of the left cuff missing. The lady was verry helpful and they repaired it so well you'd never know it was damaged all for under 20$. I definitely will be going back to see them more often! Fantastic experience. Verry skilled seamstress

They cleaned some antique stuffed animals damaged in a fire and did it well, promptly and at a great price. Good, friendly service.

I took a 3 piece suit in for a cleaning, suit was cleaned quickly and professionally. Staff was friendly as well. No complaints

They are wonderful. This business is totally professional telling you beforehand what the cost is, when it will be ready and have done a lovely job on all my items. Friends recommended them to me and I have no problem recommending them to others. They are the nicest people too. You won't be disappointed.
