DONT EVER GO TO THIS PHARMACY, STAFF IS UNPROFESSIONAL GAVE ME WRONG EYE DROPS WHERE I GOT SIDE EFFECTS COULDNT GO FOR MY WORK IF YOU LOVE YOUR LIFE PLEASE DONT GO HERE, THE MANAGER HERSELF ADMITED THAT THEY MADE THE WRONG PRESCRIPTION.

Not being open on Sundays is dumb! Finally are getting staff who's attitudes don't make you want to punch a wall. Good job on that note. But head pharmacist makes you want to pull ur fingernails off with a butter knife, rather then deal with her ever again.

Booked a vaccine appointment, they didn’t have it. They could’ve called and cancelled the appoinment instead of wasting people’s time.

Lots of confusion trying to get your Covid and Flu shot. The lady giving the shots is great but her assistant was horrible. Several of us let her know we are here to get our shot. She didn’t say or do anything. We just waited. Later, we found out we needed to sign a form. The helped never told us anything.

Terrible place for prescriptions to get filled out. For example, this won’t be the first time. My wife dropped off her prescription at 11 AM this morning was told it would be ready in 15 minutes. She went back at 3 o’clock to pick it up and it still wasn’t ready.

Had appointment booked for Covid vaccine and apparently they ran out. I ended up going to a different pharmacy and got it no problems.

Scheduled appointment for covid vaccine at Loblaw pharmacy on Gordon Drive. Arrived for appt and told they had "run out"! No apology, no suggestions on what to do.terrible customer service.and very poor planning, how do you run out of vaccine when you are listed on government website as covid vaccine provider
