This clinic has quickly became my favourite spot for acupuncture with vanessa! But the little touches that the space intentionally creates makes a vibe and energy that makes you want to come back.daily crafted tea in the waiting room is delicious

This place is awesome:) I’ve done yoga here with Ichih and most recently, the aromatherapy treatment with Dr Robin. It was so relaxing! Everyone I’ve met here has been very friendly and accommodating. Definitely recommend!

I come here for RMTs and it's such a calming, soothing environment. I love how rooms are private and clean. Parking is super easy to find around here (street parking plus stalls). Highly recommend!

Jodie Pulsifier, is one of the most compassionate health care providers I have ever encountered. After seven years of incontinence related to birth injury and complications, and after dr's and bladder classes, she was the one who worked with me and my body in order to troubleshoot appropriately. Pelvic floor PT is not just kegels - it's ALOT more than that, and she has quite a few tricks up her sleeve. She is generous with her time and really loves what she does - and that makes a huge difference these days. Bonus points for being LGBT Friendly and Body Positive/Accessibility Aware.

I was incredibly nervous coming here but from the minute I walked in, their atmosphere was calming and welcoming with clear concise signs for amenities and directions. The professional I saw was also wonderful and created a safe space. I highly recommend checking out their range of services for your physical, mental and emotional health

I had the opportunity to meet Nicole for her tailored treatment of facial massage. She uses hot towels and a blend of Swedish techniques with tools to release tension and dissolve stress. I would highly recommend this clinic and Nicole!

My first time at Local in their space on Clarke and it is very peaceful and welcoming. I took my first Gyrokinesis workshop from Lynda. Amazing! Such a nurturing practice and Lynda is the most beautiful leader. She is graceful and kind and is mesmerizing to watch. I really did feel like I’d had a full body massage by the end of the class. Highly recommend.

I’ve been going to yoga and Pilate classes at Local Health for a few months and I’ve loved the variety of classes and experienced teachers. The space is welcoming and warm and a nice way to unwind from my day.
