My company had Jagger and his crew in to clean up our warehouse this week and they did an amazing job making the place look spotless as well as dealing with the “tar-like” big spill we had on our floors. The team was also super nice to deal with. Would recommend:)

The team was very fast to come out and clean up an area that was left a mess from someone who used our parking area as a place to sleep and use as a toilet. Alex did a great job cleaning and sanitizing the area. Top notch work.

I had a situation where I needed an intense clean, bordering on hoarding. I phoned Local feeling desperate. They put me at ease right away, I sent them pictures and they were able to give me a quote. Rolland and Fredo, the A team showed up and got right to it. They tossed couches, a mattress, a chair, carpet. Scrubbed everything. Decontamination, so much was done. Rolland was in communication by text and phone. She is one of the hardest working kind souls I have ever met. The place is 100% ready for new things, new start. I was never made to feel embarrassed. Compassion all the way. Worth every dollar. If you need help, don't hesitate to give them a call.

We recently hired Local when faced with an extreme hoarding + bedbug situation in our building. Pest control couldn't enter until the unit was cleared out and we were at our wit's end as the residents would neither clean nor vacate. In the first visit, the team heat-treated the unit. They donned full body coveralls and face masks, dragging out infested furniture and filling what appeared to be a 20-yard disposal bin over approximately 12 hours. They returned in the coming days to fill a second bin, strip the entire unit down to the drywall (cupboards, flooring, appliances etc), and then began pest control treatments. They had to juggle the enormity of the trauma clean, as well as neighbours who complained about the Dumpster (which forced them to quickly relocate it) and an EXTREME bedbug infestation. Both office personnel and the on-site crew were honest and easy to communicate with. They did what they promised in the time that they promised. In short they were heroic!
