We visited all the major piano shops in Vancouver and Richmond, and our first impression and experience with Luke was so positive, we knew we wanted to work with Loewen to purchase our very first piano. He was so knowledgeable, patient and didn't pressure us. He asked all the right questions and even urged us to take measurements for the stairs the piano would need to be moved up to confirm the max size we could purchase. In the end we went with a new Kawai aures piano and it sounds amazing and suits our needs perfectly, thanks to the expert guidance. Again, if I could give Luke 10 stars I would - he really made this such a positive experience. Thank you so much!
