My family has been going to this shop for almost a decade. They are always busy which is a good sign. Nobody repairs cars like Ron does. Honest and never overcharges or pushes unnecessary work. I purchased a used Toyota and the dealership service department tried to scam me for $800 back in 2019. Ron told me there wasn't an issue. Nearly 5 years later, the car is running just fine. I recommend this shop to everyone I know. Thanks guys.

Logan's is by far the only mechanic shop I've ever fully trusted. I first came here a few years ago after feeling like I was being scammed by my dealership service centre. Logan's showed me I was very correct in that feeling! Honest, Integrity, and fair are words I would use to describe Ron and his team. My wife and I now bring our car's to Logan's for everything from oil changes and routine patience to bigger fixes and repairs to our cars. Every time we leave feeling like our car is safer and that we've been respected as customers through the process. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Logan's to anyone. He always does his best to fit us in despite being a busy shop and is always straightforward with pricing and the state of our vehicles. No reading between the lines or finding out what's "actually" needed, Ron with let you know.

$$$ Very pricey, watch out if it is your first time here. You will face a large bill which was not explained to you before hand. My car had a throttle issue which I took to their shop and got repaired honestly in same day and good upfront communication. I have asked over the phone and also after towing my car to the shop for an estimate cost and never get a clear answer. 550$ for diagnosing, scanning errors and a fuse change plus a visual safety check is too much in my opinion. I would never go back to their business even though it is the closest in my neighbourhood.

Incredible customer service with honest effort to keep your prices down as much as possible and with a trust worthy opinion that will keep you informed and educated. Just sit in the waiting room and watch the interaction with each customer and you'll understand.

Went in for a brake and rotor change out, as the dealership that I bought my car from said I had 2mm remaining and need everything swapped out immediately. (felt like I was being gauged, I wanted a second opinion and was referred to Logans BMA but several colleagues)

Ron and his guys took a look and could have just preformed the service without me being none the wiser and taken my money. Instead they took a look and found that I had probably another years worth of driving before I would need to replace!

I had my brakes and rotors replaced here after experiencing strong shuddering behind the wheel every time I decelerated. The team had the problem diagnosed within 30 minutes and repaired in 2 hours.
I felt confident that I was being offered a fair price for the job and the service was impeccable and super-speedy. I appreciated the urgency with which they handled my issue, and the pleasant demeanor of everyone I dealt with. Would highly recommend.

Highly recommended. Brought my 2005 Kia Sorento in for a full inspection and to have the brakes and AC looked at after purchasing it and again when I need a tire fixed. My experience was warm and incredibly helpful. They were honest about the problems with my car and didn't try and to add any unnecessary labour and they were accommodating to my pick up and drop of schedule. As a young woman I feel confident bringing my vehicle here.

Saw the great reviews and called in to see if I could get an estimate for some work needed on my car. Guy on the phone refused to give me a quote over the phone for "something I might not need" and said they are a busy shop. I had already been to a different mechanic and know exactly what my problem is and simply wanted to find out if I can get a better deal as its expensive!
Guy on the phone said good luck and hung up on me before I could say anything else.
I called another place and they were happy to call their supplier for me and give me an estimate on the work that needs to be done.
This is not professional service.

I have been going to this shop for years. They are friendly and always do great work, and quite quickly aswell. They have a loaner car if you need to leave your vehicle for the day, and a secure fenced yard to leave it overnight.

I recently had my car towed to Logan's! From the first call to the last call, when I pick my fixed car back up, I was kept informed about what was happening! They are very straight fwd, polite and professional! I will definitely take my car there again!:)

I'm a senior and been dealing with repair shops for almost 50 years. This is by far the best place I've ever come to. Great customer service, really good mechanics and really honest about pricing. They only fix what needs to be fixed and won't scam you.

I brought my car to them as it was making an weird sound, the mechanic took the keys and went for a ride to see what's going on,
Then they brought back the car and they told me you should bring back the car tomorrow so we can see what's going on and he said we charge you 160 per hour just to diagnose what's wrong with it, I booked the appointment with them for the next day, but same night while I was driving my car broke down and I had to spend 2 thousand dollars to fix it and when I called them they told me they are not able to fix this problem

They are like most of the other people in this business who unfortunately don't understand the concept of emergency.

Another hole in the wall shop that will rip you off. I wanted to use OEM Toyota parts from the Toyota dealer and have them install them. Guy on the phone literally cut me off and said "we won't install customer supplied parts" - That spells scam shop all day long.

These guys will never pull one over on you. There's been many times where they didn't even charge me for minor fixes

Great mechanics. They do good work and are honest. They've done all the regular maintenance and automotive work on our old and new cars for years.
