Such an interesting store but would be a thousand times better and easier to shop if it was actually organized. It’s like shopping in a storage warehouse.

Be careful, scope out the place first, go home and do your research on the item you are inquiring about. Do not trust what anyone tells you in this store. Guarantee you can find the item in question elsewhere for a more honest price, and most likely undamaged to boot. Also the guy was rude.

Had heard a lot of good things about this place, so was excited to check it out for the first time. Seemingly lots of cool pieces, but not a price tag on anything. When I carefully picked up an item to see if there was a price on the bottom, the owner yelled at me, and accused me of potentially breaking the piece. He certainly did NOT make a good first impression. When I did inquire how much an item was, I felt he was just randomly picking a price out of thin air. Most likely won't be back, due to the really rude treatment and being scolded like a child. Decent customer service is a skill they don't seem to have!

I do really enjoy coming to this antique store but I find the energy is not as welcoming as I had expected. I also find the prices to be extremely high, therefore I no longer shop here.

Connor and Lois saved the day by helping me repair and find a perfect lampshade for my vintage piece. They went above and beyond to help me out for a reasonable price. I don’t know who else in town has the vast knowledge and expertise as these two. This place is worth a stop and a peek. Tons of gems!

Rude customer service, discriminatory, no price tags, extremely high prices. Left there feeling worse than how I arrived. I will never go back.

Always a fun time at Lois Lane. Have bought many treasures here over the years. You can tell staff are passionate about what they do, and they will always help you find that special treasure. Always worth visiting when in Kelowna.

Unfortunately, bad experience due to angry guy working there, not accommodating to questions at all & seemingly not interested in selling! Too bad, as there were several good things & other female worker was nice, but she also got yelled at.

Really cool antique shop. Like walking into a barn full of stuff from the 1800's through the 70's. Saw a bunch of things we had while growing up in the house.

This is my favourite shop in the Okanagan. I have pieces from Lois Lane in every room of our mid-century house. And I LOVE the owners - quirky dead-pan delivery, knowledgeable, honest and so so funny. My favourite kind of people. My most treasured piece is a 1960's phone booth that the owner added lighting and mirrors too. I have worked in antique shops in the past, and their prices/info are the most reasonable that I have found in Valley. HIGHLY recommend:)

Cool place to shop. Lots of unique pieces! We picked up two carpenters benches for a reasonable price and the owner was very helpful in trying to find us pieces for our new house. He stayed late to accommodate our busy work schedules so we could pick the pieces up and helped us load them. Definitely worth your while if you want special pieces for your home.
