This hotpot reminds me of the one in Taiwan.
Super tasty and comforting. Highly recommend the Wulao Herbal Soup!

Matcha deluxe is sloppy, not a good egg waffle at all. The staff needs improvement on their skill.

Food is good, they need to do more cleaning. I couldn't help myself so I got rid of the cobwebs in the corners of the walls in the men's washroom and the layer of dust on top of the mirror. The dining tables are clean just need more cleaning on the general areas. I shouldn't be able to see webs and dust that easily in front of me. But that a side, really enjoy the food and atmosphere

Decent food if you order the right things. The coconut chicken hot pot wasn't as tasty as the stinky tofu and Thai pot. The squid appetizer is amazing and way better than the hot pots. The Osmanthus milk tea is very fragrant. Great price to taste and food ratio. The best part is that this place accepts credit cards, which is helpful for Americans who don't have CAD.

Delicious and very friendly! So much better than Boiling Point! I am a vegetarian, they are so friendly and helpful that let me switch the meats to tofu and vegetables (other places are like. ”We are sorry we can not do that”). The flavors is really good and won’t make you feel thirsty after (none or less msg in the soup). I am guessing because its location, still lots of people have not tried this place yet. This restaurant is a real gem! However, there is only one stuff in the front sometimes, so please be a bit patience while you wait for the hostess:)

Decent food and service! Cashier is so nice and I will pick this restaurant as one of my favorite place.

It was the weirdest restaurant experience we had during our visit to Vancouver. There were no other guests in the restaurant, and we had such strange service. The flames on our pots kept turning off and when we asked for eggs for our pots the staff were so confused. Is it that weird to ask for eggs at a hot pot restaurant? I’m still sitting here and am so uncomfortable that I so badly want to pay and leave immediately.

Foods was okay. It was the waitress lack of training and professionalism. No water was served unit we asked for it. Asked for two extra straws, and wait for 10 min, still no show. When I asked for the bill, it showed up right away!

Very tasty food. We got the Tom Yum, the herbal, and the Taiwanese spicy hot pot. The Taiwanese spicy was too spicy for our taste but the Tom Yum was truly tasty. It came in individual hotpots.

I was here last year 2021 and the price for Taiwanese spicy hot pot is $14.7. I am back again 2022 and the price is still $14.7! Taiwanese hot pot has a variety of toppings. It has less MSG than Boiling Point. I don’t think a lot of people know this place. I like it!

A pleasant surprise for a late night dinner! The hotpot meal tastes much better than Boiling point as I find all BP's hotpots to be too sweet. The vitality hotpot tastes like your usual pork bone hotpot soup which was delicious. I like that it came with at least 3 pieces of frozen tofu, delicious! There were 3 other groups but the food came really quickly. Would come back again with a bigger group!

One of the best “individual/personal” hotpot places I have ever been to outside of Taiwan. We got Wulao Herbal and Taiwanese Spicy. Both are super tasty and authentic. Definitely reminded me of the hotpot places I grew up with in TW. Drinks are also good, especially tea with cheese foam. 10/10 would recommend!

Food was okay but they really need to improve their desserts and waffles, i specially went to eat waffles, the ice cream tasted old and icy and they served me in a kids tiny plastic plate where the waffle could not fit and was hanging and gave me a plastic spoon to eat with, it was quit a struggle to eat i ended up using my hands to break the waffle, i would not go their again.

The worst service I have ever witnessed. 1 cup of water for two ppl and a waitress ignored us when we called her. They bring out our bill right after we finish (not ask for bill yet). Then I know why this restaurant only have 2 tables for Xmas eve!

Their pots we had were healthy and delicious! The service is fast too. I'd recommend getting a combo for just 2 or 3 dollars more as you get a drink and dessert.

Came here for lunch, the Taiwanese stinky tofu was pretty good. The setup was similar to that of another famous hot soup restaurant. The garlic soy was good and had its own twist. But preferred sauces of BP more. Pricing is decent but doesn’t include a drink, albeit you can add it as a combo.

Ordered a couple of items for pickup/ takeout for the first time and was pleasantly surprised by a few things: selection of hot pot was pretty good, packaging of soups and toppings was good and the food travelled well, and lastly, I thought it was yummy! Enjoyed my laksa and my sis enjoyed her Korean Army.

Thought the portion was good and we both had leftovers in the end. I would like to experience this restaurant for dine in and to also check out their bubble tea and bubble waffles.

Individual hot pot place in a small plaza (parking available). Clean and simple interior with wood accents and cool lights. Kind and friendly service, but it does get busy (takeout, Uber etc) especially when there’s only 1 person running the whole front.

My order:

Taiwanese Popcorn Chicken (Regular) : this one comes spicy as well (I think it’s tossed with chili flakes), but I opted for the original to get a baseline flavour. It’s a pretty big portion, and I like how it’s served in a cup (great for takeout). It also comes with deep fried basil, which is a bonus to me since not all restaurants are as authentic to serve it this traditional Taiwanese way. The chicken bites were juicy and well seasoned. It was crunchy, but lightly battered – they don’t excessively coat it. They definitely don’t cheap out, as each piece of chicken was solid (again, not too much batter, and they don’t throw in the super fatty end pieces).

Taiwanese Style Spicy Hotpot (Beef) w/ Iced Black Tea Combo: Individual hotpot, that was the perfect amount of spiciness. The soup base was pretty flavourful too. I was impressed with the portion of the hotpot, as there was a lot of assorted fish balls (3-4 types), sausage, tofu puffs/regular tofu, slices of beef, enoki mushrooms and crystal noodles on the side (can be replaced by rice). The beef slices were a tad tough (maybe I should’ve taken them out of the boiling soup, or opted for a different meat choice). Small portion of crystal noodles, so if you want a more filling meal, I’d recommend the rice bowl instead. The Iced Black Tea was pretty standard, usually these combo drinks are too sweet for me and you don’t have the option of decreasing the sugar level. Quite refreshing after the hotpot though. So sad, I totally forgot to try their sauces! I think one was their house special garlic sauce, and I don't remember the other one. It came in small containers on the side.

I shared 1 individual hotpot and the chicken for lunch, and found it was a good amount for a light lunch. I’d want to come back to try their desserts and individual Korean Army stew pot.

Owner and staff are super nice, food quality are definitely one of the top ones.

Tried several times already, always met my expectation if not exceeded.

Soup base are flavourful but not salty, satisfied in both quantity and quality with other ingredients. Price is also reasonable, worth a visit.

I don't know why some people feel the pot is not enough, but for me I ate the herbal pot I cannot even finish it. The meat is much more than other small pot restaurant.

Love the environment and the great service! Unfortunately they no longer sell the ice cream bubble waffles but their pots are AMAZING made with fresh ingredients, my fave is the thai green curry

I got the herbal vitality pot which was just ok. The portion was small and variety was very little. There were only few slices of meat and some balls and tofu. The pot was quite shallow so there wasn’t much food. There were no sauces or tea served. I definitely won’t be coming back.

The hot pot portion is good and soup base tasty. Lunch time comes with free drink. The service is great.

Lollipop was better than we expected. We like the combo of them having individual hotpot with many drink selections and bubble waffle desserts. The food was good service was ok. I had the large szechuan very spicy, others with me had Taiwan style spicy medium spice, and a laksa medium spice. Extra spicy was ok, not as spicy as I would like. The medium spice needed to be a little more spicy. The bubble waffles were good, nice and crisp on the outside. Service was ok.

This place is similar to another place in Richmond. Which I haven't been to in a while but will definitely come to this place again.
